POLA KAJIAN HADIS AKADEMIK DI PERGURUAN TINGGI KEAGAMAAN: Studi Terhadap Skripsi Mahasiswa Tafsir Hadis Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Pemikiran Islam UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Tahun 1995 - 2016
Studi hadis di Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI) Indonesia memiliki pola, ragam dan karakteristik sesuai dengan kekhasan masing-masing. Berbagai jenis dan bentuk mata kuliah yang tawarkan dalam studi hadis menandakan adanya dinamika yang berkesinambungan. Sejak tahun 1995 hingga 2016, jurusan Tafsir Hadis Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Pemikiran Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang yang di dalamnya prodi Ilmu Hadis berlindung, telah mengasilkan alumni sebanyak 276 Alumni. Idealnya karya-karya tersebut didiseminasikan kepada khalayak agar memberikan dampak yang positif bagi kehidupan keagamaan. Realitanya tidak demikian, hingga hari ini belum ada yang melakukan penelusuran secara serius melalui penelitian. Penelitian ini menjadi penting untuk mengetahui pola dan tipikal kajian hadis akademik yang berkembang pada mahasiswa Tafsir Hadis, terutama prodi Ilmu Hadis di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang serta memberikan kontribusi yang memadai dalam pengembangan kajian hadis di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research, karena objek kajiannya literatur dengan menelusuri data-data berupa skripsi mahasiswa Tafsir Hadis sejak tahun 1996 sampai 2016 untuk kemudian dideskripsikan secara kritis. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah content analisys, oleh Harold D. Lasswell yaitu mencatat lambang atau pesan secara sistematis kemudian diberi interpretasi. Sedangkan sifat penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, mengingat fokus penelitian ini adalah pola kajian hadis akademik dan kecenderungannya.Hadith studies in Islamic Higher Education (PTAI) Indonesia has a pattern, variety and characteristics in accordance with their own peculiarities. The different types and forms of courses offered in the study of hadith indicate a continuous dynamic. From 1995 to 2016, the Department of Tafsir Hadith of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Thought of Raden Fatah Palembang State Islamic University in which the Prodi Ilmu Hadith had taken shelter, has produced alumni of 276 alumni. Ideally the works should be disseminated to the public in order to have a positive impact on religious life. The reality is not so, until today no one has done a serious search through research. This research is important to know the pattern and typical of academic hadith study that developed in the students of Tafsir Hadith, especially the study program of Hadith in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and contributed sufficiently in the development of Hadith studies in Indonesia. METODOLOGI IMAM AL-THAHAWI DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MUSYKIL AL-HADIS DENGAN PENDEKATAN MUBHAM AL-HADIS
Kritik sanad dan matan hadis sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi ke-shahih-an sebuah hadis. Pandangan para Muhadditsin menegaskan bahwa ke-shahih-an sanad hadis bukan jaminan mutlak bagi ke-shahih-an matannya. Seringkali sebuah hadis dinilai shahih atau hasan dari sisi sanadnya, namun sejatinya hadis tersebut tidak demikian, karena tercederai oleh unsur-unsur syaz dan ‘illat yang bukan saja berada pada sanadnya, tetapi juga dapat muncul pada matannya. Secara umum, makna musykil hadis diklasifikasikan kepada dua kategori ; mukhtalaf al-hadis dan hadis yang mengandung makna samar. Musykil hadis kategori kedua adalah hadis yang tidak mengandung unsur kontradiktif dengan semua hadis atau dengan lainnya tetapi hanya mengandung makna samar dan karenanya memerlukan penjelasan. Inside the human chest there is a clot of blood called the heart. So in Arabic it is known as qalb. So in this study examines related to the heart. The purpose of this study is to explain and find out how a healthy heart according to Imam Muslim. Qalb is a way to see the good and bad of human actions. Qalb is an intense language in hadith science circles because the heart is an important thing in human life, including Imam Muslim. So the author raised the theme of Qalb to study more deeply related to the heart. Ma\u27aanil hadith is a hadith that comes from authentic texts. It aims to carry out an understanding of contextual human life. In this study, contextually, three problems are discussed. the first is about how the concept of the heart in the hadith of Imam Muslim. The second, about how the correlation of physical and non-physical health and how the wisdom of a clean and healthy heart. Meanwhile, in this research, this type of research uses field research. While the data sources used are secondary data sources which consist of a study of books and documentation. Rabbani's Character in Social Media: A Study of the Relevance of Al-Qur'an Meme's Instagram Mubadalah.id with Interpretations of Mufasir Nusantara
This article aims to examine the idea of Instagram Mubadalah.id about the character of Rabbani in the Qur’an. In the post that was uploaded in the form of a meme on its website, Mubadalah.id seems to have contributed thoughts about the character of Rabbani that men and women must have. This is interesting to study further, considering that Mubadalah.id is an Instagram social media that actively posts issues around Islam, especially those related to gender. By using qualitative methods and a virtual ethnographic approach, this article concludes that Mubadalah.id’s Instagram provides the idea of nine Rabbani characters based on verses of the Koran which are packaged in the form of memes, namely: having faith in Allah, always doing good deeds, protecting oneself from lust for the world, intertwin hablun minan-nas, have commendable morals, do not oppress women, are aware of their potential, are aware of slander within themselves, and behave in rahmatan lil ‘alamin. The nine characters of Rabbani in the Qur'an offered by Mubadalah.id are very relevant to the interpretation of Mufasir Nusantara against the verses which are used as a benchmark to designate the character of Rabbani. RELEVANSI PENDIDIKAN WANITA PERSPEKTIF QASIM AMIN TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN DALAM AL-QUR’AN
Dalam Masyarakat, khususnya di Mesir pada masa Qasim Amin, tradisi seklusi (pemingitan) wanita masih gencar ditegakkan dengan dalih menjaga kesucian wanita, bahkan mengejek wanita yang keluar rumah untuk mendapatkan intelektualitas. Maka Qasim Amin merasa perlu menyuarakan pentingnya pendidikan bagi wanita. Selain itu, diturunkannya al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman kehidupan manusia merupakan berkah untuk mencapai kebahagiaan sejati di dunia dan akhirat. Selain menegaskan pembebasan dan kesetaraan antara wanita dan laki-laki, al-Qur’an juga memuat persoalan pendidikan yang diangkat baik secara implisit maupun eksplisit, mulai dari proses pendidikan hingga materi pendidikan itu sendiri. Pemahaman Masyarakat Tentang Mengambil Sejengkal Tanah Di Desa Pagar Agung Kecamatan Pseksu Kabupaten Lahat Dengan Paradigma Hadis
This research is entitled "Community's Understanding About Taking an
Inch of Land in Pagar Agung Village, Pseksu District, Lahat Regency with
the Hadith Paradigm" The hadith of taking an inch of land is a hadith that
explains the law for someone who commits unjust acts (land problems), such as
the hadith narrated by Shahih Bukhari, Rasulullah SAW said "whoever abuses a
piece of land on this earth then later he will be burdened with land from seven
earths". But this hadith contradicts life in the community in Pagar Agung Village,
Pseksu District, Lahat Regency. The problem is how the understanding of the
muhadditsin scholars regarding the hadith of taking an inch of land and how the
understanding of the people of Pagar Agung Village, Pseksu District, Lahat
Regency regarding the law of taking an inch of land is in accordance with the
hadith of the Rasulullah Saw.
This type of research uses field research, namely research that goes directly
to the location to make observations about a phenomenon that occurs in order to
get answers to a problem. The type of data used is qualitative data and is
descriptive in nature. The data sources for this research are primary data sources
and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained
by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis techniques carried out
during the research process used Scuthz's theory of action.
The results of this study can be concluded that the muhaddittsin scholars
agree on the law of taking an inch of land, that is, on the day of the afterlife, it will
be worn with seven layers of earth and the understanding of the people in Pagar
Agung Village, Pseksu District, Lahat Regency is still lacking in the hadith about
taking an inch of land. Some people do not know the hadith about taking an inch
of land, while some people already know the hadiths about taking an inch of land
and think that this hadith is very good because it reminds people about unjust acts
and the punishment they will receive in the hereafter if the unjust acts are
committed. In this study, there are various motives for someone deciding to take
an inch of land, among others, because of past grudges and jealousy when
someone else's land is larger than his own
Keberadaan Agama Samawi Pada Masa Fatrah Dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an
This study seeks to explain the existence of the divine religion during the Fatrah period (the era of the void of the prophet), which started from the appointment of Prophet Isa AS to the sky until the appointment of Prophet Muhammad SAW as an apostle, as well as the condition of the divine religions that existed at that time when in the hereafter because Allah clearly will not punist his servants before sending an apostle. The study concludes that the meaning of fatrah is a period of prophetic emptiness that began when Prophet Isa AS was appointed to the sky until the appointment of Prophet Muhammad SAW as an apostle by Allah SWT. While the existence of the divine religions at that time experienced a high level of moral damage, because there are many changes and storages that make the heavenly religion lose its authenticity, so that at that time a Prophet and apostle was needed who could invite people toreturn to the path of truth. The status of those who lived during the fatrah period who died before getting the da’wah of monotheisem were survivors and declared as a group of the people of heaven. But those who believe in other than Allah will enter the people of hell
Strategi Dakwah di Era Milennial: Kajian Hadis Manra-a Minkum Munkaran
Abstract
This study aims to describe how da\u27wah strategies in the millennial era (study of the hadith manra-a minkum munkaran). This research is a library research or library research. This research method is to find out how to convey da\u27wah in the millennial era by utilizing technology. The data sources in this study are primary, namely the main data that comes from the text of the Shahih book of Imam Muslim, the work of Imam an-Nawawi, and the secondary data sources in this study are: Hadith books, hadith books, books of ulumul hadith, and scientific literature. related, then the data is collected from various sources, both primary data of the Prophet\u27s traditions and secondary data from related supporting books, then analyzed and analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner, namely by describing, presenting or explaining clearly and clearly. The explanation regarding all the existing problems is deductively concluded, namely by drawing conclusions from general to specific statements so that the research results can be understood easily. The results of this study are da\u27wah strategies in the millennial era in the hadiths studied are that there are three ways to apply the first minkum munkaran manra\u27a using hands such as power, authority or real action. Second by verbally telling in a subtle way or in kind words and the third, namely by heart, is to deny the evil deed. The da\u27wah strategy in the millennial era is how a preacher delivers his message based on the times by utilizing technological advances such as internet media including social media and electronic media to arrive at the target object of da\u27wah.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan tentang bagaimana strategi dakwah di era milennial (kajian hadis manra-a minkum munkaran). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Metode penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara menyampaikan dakwah di era milennial dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini primer yaitu data pokok yang bersumber dari teks kitab syarah shahih Imam muslim, karya Imam an-Nawawi, dan sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini berupa kitab-kitab hadis, kitab syarah hadis, kitab ulumul hadis, serta literatur ilmiah yang terkait, selanjutnya data terkumpul dari berbagai sumber baik data primer seperti hadis-hadis Nabi maupun data sekunder yang bersumber dari kitab-kitab penunjang yang terkait, kemudia ditelaah dan dianalisa secara deskriftif kualitatif dengan menguraikan, menyajikan atau menjelaskan secara tegas dan sejelas-jelasnya terhadap seluruh permasalahan yang ada kemudian disimpulkan secara deduktif yakni dengan cara menarik kesimpulan dari pernyataan-pernyataan yang bersifat umum ke khusus sehingga hasil penelitian dapat dipahami dengan mudah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Strategi dakwah di era milennial dalam hadis yang diteliti ialah terdapat tiga cara dalam mengaplikasikan manra’a minkum munkaran pertama menggunakan tangan seperti kekuasan, wewenang atau tindakan nyata. Kedua dengan lisan memberitahu dengan cara yang halus atau perkataan yang baik dan yang ketiga yakni dengan hati ialah mengingkari perbuatan munkar tersebut. Strategi dakwah di era milennial ialah bagaimana cara seorang da’i menyampaikan dakwahnya berdasarkan perkembangan zaman dengan memanfaatkan kemajuaan teknologi seperti media internet meliputi media sosial dan media elektronik agar sampai pada objek sasaran dakwah.
