1727 Tarihli Tahrir Defteri’ne Göre Iğdır’daki Kişi Adlarında Hz. Ali ve Ali Sevgisinin İzleri
Die Quelle dieses Artikels sind die (Mufassal) Register Hefte aus dem Jahre 1728 der Provinz Revan, die aus dem osmanischen Archiv des Ministerpräsidenten in Istanbul mit der Nummer 901 stammen. Es wurden muslimische Personen identifiziert und nach Verwendung von Personennamen hin untersucht, die 1728 in der Region Revan, der heutigen Stadt Iğdır mit den Gemeinden Sürmeli, Aralık und Iğdır, lebten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Menschen aus den Dörfern in der Region Iğdır überwiegend folgende Personennamen verwendeten: Ali, Nur Ali, Ali Kulu, Ali Verdi, Merd Ali, Kılıç Ali, Genç Ali, Kadim Ali, Nazar Ali, Şah Ali, Ali Merdan, Sultan Ali, Mehdi Ali, Masun Ali, Can Ali, Dost Ali, Dem Ali, Bende Ali, Gök Ali, Aşur Ali, Ali Timur, Ali Rıza, Seydi Ali, Hüseyin Ali, Ali Hüseyin, Dergâh Kulu, Şah Kulu, Yol Kulu, Niyaz Kulu, Rıza Kulu, Şah Verdi, Şah Kerem, Şah Geldi, Şah Hüseyin, Hayır Ali, Haydar Ali, İmam Kulu, Dem Kulu, Ocak Kulu, Şahım Kulu, Yar Kulu, Muhib Hüseyin, Muhib Ali, Şir Ali, Bayram Ali, Gül Ali, Muhib, Halife Kulu, Hüseyin Kulu, Pir Ocağı, die es erlauben auf den Glauben der Menschen in dieser Region Rückschlüsse zu ziehen. Die Identifizierung und Untersuchung der Verwendung des Ali Namens oder Namen, die Spuren der Ali-Liebe enthalten und deren geographische Verteilung, kann es ermöglichen die Verehrung von Ali historisch geographisch zu rekonstruieren. Ebenso werden neben den verwendeten Ali-Namen auch andere Männernamen aus der ersten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts in der Region Iğdır näher betrachtet, um einen Einblick in die Namensgebung der Türken in diesem Zeitraum und dieser geographischen Lage geben zu können. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Daten aus den Register Heften wichtige und grundlegende Informationen zur Identifizierung und Bewertung der in der Geschichte verwendeten Personen- und Ortsnamen enthalten und darüber hinaus zur Analyse und Untersuchung der wirtschaftlichen, administrativen und religiösen Struktur der Provinzen oder Regionen, wo sie lebten, herangezogen werden können.Located in Ottoman Archives of the Prime Ministry in Istanbul under number 901, the cadastral register dated 1728 concerning the province of Revan is used as a source in this paper. This paper identifies and analyzes personal names used by Muslim people who lived in Surmeli, Aralik ve Igdir districts that were parts of the Revan Sanjak in 1728 and today are forming the province of Igdir. The personal name choices, such as Ali, Nur Ali, Ali Kulu, Ali Verdi, Merd Ali, Kılıç Ali, Genç Ali, Kadim Ali, Nazar Ali, Şah Ali, Ali Merdan, Sultan Ali, Mehdi Ali, Masun Ali, Can Ali, Dost Ali, Dem Ali, Bende Ali, Gök Ali, Aşur Ali, Ali Timur, Ali Rıza, Seydi Ali, Hüseyin Ali, Ali Hüseyin, Dergâh Kulu, Şah Kulu, Yol Kulu, Niyaz Kulu, Rıza Kulu, Şah Verdi, Şah Kerem, Şah Geldi, Şah Hüseyin, Hayır Ali, Haydar Ali, Imam Kulu, Dem Kulu, Ocak Kulu, Şahım Kulu, Yar Kulu, Muhib Hüseyin, Muhib Ali, Şir Ali, Bayram Ali, Gül Ali, Muhib, Halife Kulu, Hüseyin Kulu, Pir Ocağı, made by people living in the villages in the Igdir province, also offer an insight into the matter of the local community’s belief. Historical traces of the Ali’s reflection in personal and geographical names will be enlightened by specifying the places in which personal names, that bear the trace of Ali and love for Ali, are used most often. Some of the principles of giving name among Turks will be explained also with the examples of male names other than Ali, used in the Igdir region during the first half of the 18th century. It appears that data in cadastral registers is not only an important source about economic, administrative and belief structure of regions, but also a raw and important source for identifying and evaluating personal and geographical names used in the past.Bu makalede kaynak olarak 1727 tarihinde tutulan Revan Vilayetine ait, İstanbul’daki Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivi’nde bulunan 901 Numaralı Mufassal Tahrir Defteri’ndeki verilerden faydalanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada 1727 tarihinde Revan Sancağına bağlı bulunan bugünkü Iğdır ilini oluşturan Sürmeli, Aralık ve Iğdır nahiyelerinde yaşayan Müslüman halkın kullandığı kişi adları tespit edilerek incelenmiştir. Bu tespitlerden Iğdır bölgesinde yer alan köylerde yaşayan halkın kişi adlarındaki Ali, Nur Ali, Ali Kulu, Ali Verdi, Merd Ali, Kılıç Ali, Ketm Ali, Kadem Ali, Nazar Ali, Şah Ali, Ali Merdan, Sultan Ali, Mehdi Ali, Masun Ali, Can Ali, Dost Ali, Dem Ali, Bende Ali, Gök Ali, Aşur Ali, Ali Timur, Ali Rıza, Seydi Ali, Hüseyin Ali, Ali Hüseyin, Dergâh Kulu, Şah Kulu, Yol Kulu, Niyaz Kulu, Rıza Kulu, Şah Verdi, Şah Kerem, Şah Geldi, Şah Hüseyin, Hayır Ali, Haydar Ali, İmam Kulu, Dem Kulu, Ocak Kulu, Şahım Kulu, Yar Kulu, Muhib Hüseyin, Muhib Ali, Şir Ali, Bayram Ali, Gül Ali, Muhib, Halife Kulu, Hüseyin Kulu, Pir Ocağı gibi tercihleri, bölge halkının inancı konusuna da ışık tutmaktadır. XVIII. yüzyılın ilk yarısında Iğdır coğrafyasında Ali adının yanında kullanılan diğer erkek adlarına da yer verilerek Türklerin kişilere ad vermede uyguladıkları esasların bir kısmı ortaya konulmuş olacaktır. Tahrir defterlerindeki verilerin ait oldukları vilayet veya sancakların ekonomik, idari ve inanç yapısı hakkında önemli kaynak olmalarının yanında, tarihte kullanılmış kişi ve yer adlarının tespitinde ve değerlendirilmesinde ham ve önemli bilgileri içerdikleri de anlaşılmaktadır
XVI. Yüzyılda Eleşkird, Şelve, Diyadin, Bayezid İle Ovacık Sancaklarındaki Kişi Adları Üzerinde Tasavvuf ve Hz. Ali Muhabbetinin Yansımaları
In diesem Artikel wurden die Namen von Personen, die in den Bezirken leben, welche die heutige Provinz Ağrı bilden und in den Archivunterlagen der Osmanischen Periode ermittelt wurden, den Fachinteressenten zur Verfügung gestellt. Als Quelle für die vorliegende Arbeit wurden die Namen von Muslimen ausgewertet, die seit 1578 in den ausführlich gehaltenen Steuerverzeichnissen (mufassal tahrir defterleri) mit der Nummer 199 registriert sind, welche sich im Archiv für Historische Dokumente (Kuyûd-ı Kadime Arşivi) befinden, welches gegenwärtig der Generaldirektion für das Grundbuch- und Katasteramt in Ankara unterstellt ist.
Bei den Pesonennamen, die von den Steuerpflichtigen in diesen Gerichtsbezirken getragen werden, von denen in dieser Studie die Rede ist, fält auf, dass hierbei die Liebe zum Sufismus und zu Imam Ali in den Vordergrund tritt. Bei einigen Personennamen wie Ali, Alican, Ali Gazi, Ali Kulu, Ali Yar, Ayvad Ali, Bayram Ali, Borc Ali, Bürhan Ali, Cafer Ali, Can Ali, Derviş Ali, Devlet Ali, Dost Ali, Dur Ali, Emir Ali, Emirze Ali, Esed Ali, Genc Ali, Gonca Ali, Gulam Ali, Güher Ali, Gül Ali, Hasan Ali, Haydar Ali, Hoca Ali, Hüseyin Ali, Hub Ali, Koç Ali, Kul Ali, Mahmud Ali, Masum Ali, Maksud Ali, Mehmed Ali, Merd Ali, Mervan Ali, Mihmad Ali, Mirza Ali, Muhib Ali, Murad Ali, Nur Ali, Pir Ali, Sefer Ali, Seydi Ali, Sultan Ali, Şah Ali, Şeyh Ali, Şükür Ali, Ulu Ali, Yar Ali fällt die Spur der Zuneigung, die zu Imam Ali führt, direkt auf, während bei den Namen wie Haydar, Haydar Kulu, İmam Kulu, İmam Verdi, Mirza Han, Şah Kulu die Spur der Liebe, die zu Imam Ali führt, indirekt zu beobachten ist.
Aus den Daten, die man über die Steuerregister gewann, ging hervor, dass auch Personennamen, die Bezüge zum Sufismus aufweisen, weit verbreitet waren. Zu den wichtigsten Personennamen hierbei zählen Namen wie Abdal, Ağyar, Baba, Babacan, Baba Kulu, Balım, Dede, Dede Can, Dem Kulu, Derviş, Derviş Can, Halvet, Hızır, Mehdi, Mehdi Kulu, Muhib, Muhib Kulu, Mürşid Kulu, Nazar, Niyaz, Nefes, Nefes Kulu, Niyaz, Niyaz Kulu, Pervane, Pir Dost, Pir Makam, Pir Sultan, Pür Niyaz, Rıza Kulu, Sahib, Sahib Kulu, Sultan Kulu, Şah Bende, Şah Veled, Şah Nazar, Şah Veli, Şah Verdi, Tabduk, Tevelli, Ulu Can, ‘Uryan (Üryan), ‘Uryan Kulu, Yol Kulu, Zakir und Zülfikar.
Diese Personennamen, die ermittelt wurden, gab man auch den Dörfern, in denen diese Personen lebten. Darüber hinaus wurden die Personennamen in diesem Artikel hinsichtlich ihrer ermittelten Häufigkeit in alphabetischer Reihenfolge angeordnet, so dass es möglich geworden ist, alle Namen und Ortsbezeichnungen aus dem 1578 in den Gerichtsbezirken Eleşkirt, Şelve, Diyadin, Ovacık und Bayezid (Doğubeyazıt) zu sehen.
Mit diesem Artikel wird gezeigt, dass man anhand der Daten, die man über die Steuerreigster gewinnt, den Einfluß auf die türkischen Personennamen und Ortsbezeichnungen aufdecken kann, die von der Liebe zum Sufismus und zu Imam Ali geprägt sind.This paper has determined the names of people living in the sanjaks of the province of Agri from the archival documents of the Ottoman period and is presented for the benefit of those who are interested in the subject. The paper has assessed the names of Muslims in the cadastral record book number 199 in the Archive of Kuyud-i Kadime of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre in Ankara, dated 1578.
This paper draws attention to the fact that Sufism and the love for Ali stand out in the personal names of taxpayers living in the above-mentioned sanjaks. The signs of the love for Ali are clearly seen in some personal names, such as Ali, Alican, Ali Gazi, Ali Kulu, Ali Yar, Ayvad Ali, Bayram Ali, Borc Ali, Bürhan Ali, Cafer Ali, Can Ali, Derviş Ali, Devlet Ali, Dost Ali, Dur Ali, Emir Ali, Emirze Ali, Esed Ali, Genc Ali, Gürd Ali, Gonca Ali, Gulam Ali, Güher Ali, Gül Ali, Hasan Ali, Haydar Ali, Hoca Ali, Hüseyin Ali, Hub Ali, Koç Ali, Kul Ali, Mahmud Ali, Masum Ali, Maksud Ali, Mehmed Ali, Merd Ali, Mervan Ali, Mihmad Ali, Mirza Ali, Muhib Ali, Murad Ali, Nur Ali, Pir Ali, Sefer Ali, Seydi Ali, Sultan Ali, Şah Ali, Şeyh Ali, Şükür Ali, Ulu Ali, Yar Ali, and in some personal names, such as Haydar, Haydar Kulu, İmam Kulu, İmam Verdi, Mirza Han, Şah Kulu, those signs are indirect.
We have observed, from the data in the cadastral record book that we analysed, that the personal names related to Sufism prevail, too. The main ones are Abdal, Ağyar, Baba, Babacan, Baba Kulu, Balım, Dede, Dede Can, Dem Kulu, Derviş, Derviş Can, Halvet, Hızır, Mehdi, Mehdi Kulu, Muhib, Muhib Kulu, Mürşid Kulu, Nazar, Niyaz, Nefes, Nefes Kulu, Niyaz, Niyaz Kulu, Pervane, Pir Dost, Pir Makam, Pir Sultan, Pür Niyaz, Rıza Kulu, Sahib, Sahib Kulu, Sultan Kulu, Şah Bende, Şah Veled, Şah Nazar, Şah Veli, Şah Verdi, Tabduk, Tevelli, Ulu Can, ‘Uryan (Üryan), ‘Uryan Kulu, Yol Kulu, Zakir and Zülfikar.
These determined names of people were also given to the villages where they lived. In addition, it will be possible to see all the names of people and places in the sanjaks of Eleskirt, Selve, Diyadin, Ovacik and Beyazid (Dogubeyazit) in 1578, in the given alphabetical order of the names determined in terms of the prevalence of personal names.
Based on the data from the cadastral record books, this paper reveals the effects of Sufism and the love for Ali on Turkish names of people and places.Bu makalede günümüzdeki Ağrı ilini oluşturan sancaklarda yaşayan kişilerin adlarının Osmanlı Dönemi arşiv belgelerinden tespit edilerek konu ile ilgilenenlerin istifadesine sunulmuştur. Burada kaynak olarak 1578 tarihinde tutulan ve günümüzde Ankara’da bulunan Tapu-Kadastro Genel Müdürlüğüne bağlı Kuyûd-ı Kadime Arşivindeki 199 Numaralı Mufassal Tahrir Defterinde yer alan Müslüman kişilerin adları değerlendirilmiştir.
Bu çalışmada adı geçen sancaklarda yaşayan vergi mükelleflerinin taşıdıkları kişi adlarında tasavvuf ve Hz. Ali sevgisinin öne çıktığı dikkat çekmektedir. Tespit edilen bu kişi adlarının yaşadıkları köylere de yer verilmiştir. Bunların yanında kişi adlarının yaygınlıkları hakkında tespit edilen isimler alfabetik sıra ile verilerek 1578 tarihinde Eleşkirt, Şelve, Diyadin, Ovacık ve Bayezid (Doğubeyazıt) sancaklarındaki kişi ve yer adlarının tamamını görmek mümkün olacaktır.
Bu makale ile tahrir defterlerindeki verilerden yola çıkarak tasavvufun ve Hz. Ali’ye duyulan muhabbetin Türk kişi ve yer adları üzerindeki etkilerinin meydana çıkarılabileceği görülmektedir

The city of Hyderabad in India grew on the shores of the 'Rūd-i Mūsī'. This rivulet runs through the city and eventually falls into the river Krishna. It also divides the city into the old and the new Hyderabad. The rivulet has often been flooded and caused havoc in the city but the flood in the first decade of the twentieth century (1908) was exceptionally devastating. This tragedy as it was expressed in Urdu poetry is briefly discussed in this article. Poets who composed work on this incident include Maulana Zafar Ali Khan, Syed Ahmad Husain Amjad Hyderabadi, Muhib Husain Muhib, Saifuddin Shabab and Muhammad Abdul Karim Khan

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh maraknya judi online yang menjadi virus baru di masyarakat saat ini. tak hanya kalangan pemuda, para kepala keluarga yang sewajarnya dinilai dewasa dan bijak dalam berfikirpun terjangkiti virus judi online. Tak heran belakangan ini Pengadilan Agama Blitar sering menangani perkara perceraian yang di sebabkan karena ekonomi yang dilatar belakangi kasus judi online. Di lain sisi berdasar PERMA RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 Tentang Prosedur Mediasi di Pengadilan.
Adapun Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana penerapan mediasi sebagai upaya perdamaian dalam penanganan kasus perceraian di PA Blitar? 2) Bagaimana Upaya perdamaian dalam penanganan kasus pada kasus judi online sebagai pemicu gugat cerai di PA Blitar (studi putusan Nomor 2084/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bl) di PA Blitar? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk Mengetahui Penerapan Mediasi Sebagai Upaya Perdamaian Kasus Perceraian Di Pengadilan Agama Blitar 2) Untuk Mengetahui Upaya Penanganan Kasus Judi Online Sebagai Pemicu Istri Gugat Cerai Suami Terhadap Putusan Nomor 2084/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bl di PA Blitar.
Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini diambil dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik Analisa menggunakan Teknik analisis data kualitatif.
Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Langkah-langkah penerapan mediasi sebagai Upaya perdamaian dalam penanganan kasus judi online sebagai pemicu istri gugat cerai suami di PA Blitar sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 30 Tahun 1999 Tentang Arbitrase pada Pasal 6 Ayat 4. 2) Upaya penanganan kasus judi online sebagai pemicu istri gugat cerai suami mediator melakukan reframing (penghalusan bahasa) dengan berusaha memberikan pertanyaan yang berupa membangun energy positif sehingga tidak terjadi adanya kerugian terhadap keputusan yang beliau ambil, hal tersebut disertai dengan penggunaan teknik kaukus (pertemuan dengan salah satu pihak) sehingga segala informasi mengenai alasan ingin bercerai dapat digali dan dipelajari

Limb-shaking transient ischemic attacks: case report and review of literature
Abstract Background Limb shaking Transient Ischemic Attack is a rare manifestation of carotid-occlusive disease. The symptoms usually point towards a seizure like activity and misdiagnosed as focal seizures. On careful history the rhythmic seizure like activity reveals no Jacksonian march mainly precipitated by maneuvers which lead to carotid compression. We here present a case of an elderly gentleman who was initially worked up as suffering from epileptic discharge and then later on found to have carotid occlusion. Case presentation Elderly gentleman presented with symptoms of rhythmic jerky movements of the left arm and both the lower limbs. Clinical suspicion of focal epilepsy was made and EEG, MRI-Brain with MRA were done. EEG and MRI-Brain revealed normal findings but the MRA revealed complete occlusion of right internal carotid artery. On a follow-up visit jerky movements of the left arm were precipitated by hyperextension and a tremor of 3–4 Hz was revealed. Based on this the diagnosis of low flow TIA was made the patient was treated conservatively with adjustment of his anti-hypertensive and anti-platelet medications. Conclusion Diagnosis of limb-shaking TIA is important and should be differentiated from other disorders presenting as tremors. Timely diagnosis is important as these patients are shown to benefit from reperfusion procedures either surgical or radiological reducing their risk of stroke.</p

In this study, we aim to set new criteria regarding the asymptotic behavior of the neutral differential equation of the third order. These criteria are designed to ensure that this equation is oscillatory using comparisons with first-order differential equations and Riccati substitution. The results we obtained improve some of the results found in the literature. Some examples are provided to illustrate the applicability of our results and compare them with results found in some previous studies
