Full text linkThis research aims to implement the values of moral education of the Apostle in the study of Mawlid SHIMT Ad-Durar to students in the boarding school in Darur Rohman Demak. Implementation of the value of moral education of the Apostle in the book Shimt al-Durar mawlid on the students in the boarding school Darur Rohman, has been performed well in the boarding school environment especially on the daily activities of students in the area of the cottage that is in place of morality. According to the display in the book of Shimt al-Durar mawlid when it will do anything especially when willing to learn him, he has always had the holy first, read the prayer and that is very important using morality. His habit was implemented at the boarding school Darur Rohman. The values of moral education in it are teaching the students to become people who have the moral sense of the prophet is with a sense of love and glorify him, say Sholawat and greetings to him. Full text linkSarana dan prasarana olahraga adalah modal utama dalam peyelenggaraan kegiatan olahraga, melalui peningkatan ketersediaan fasilitias olahraga yang berkualitas baik serta memadai dalam artian harus disesuaikan dengan standard kebutuhan. Fungsi sarana dan prasarana olahraga adalah sebagai pendukung pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan terutama dalam pelatihan para atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui politik kebijakan sarana serta prasarana sepakbola psis di kota semarang. Sepak Bola adalah Olahraga yang banyak digemari sebagian besar masyarakat di dunia, sebab sepak bola dalam perkembangannya sudah kian melengkapi diri sebagai suatu cabang olahraga, ilmu, bahkan juga seni. Peran pemerintah sangat penting untuk kemajuan olahraga di wilayah tersebut terkhusus olahraga sepakbola. Psis semarang yang merupakan tim kebanggan masyarakat kota Sangat berharap adanya dukungan dari pemkot agar bisa mendapatkan prestasi yang hebat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualilitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pemerintah kota semarang sendiri mendukung penuh sarana dan prasarana yang bagus demi berlangsungnya aktivitas pemain Psis semarang, baik di lapangan ataupun di luar lapangan.

Sports facilities and infrastructure are the main capital in organizing sports activities, through increasing the availability of sports facilities that are of good quality and adequate in the sense that they must be adapted to standard needs. The function of sports facilities and infrastructure is to support the implementation of an activity, especially in training athletes. This research aims to find out the politics of PSSI football facilities and infrastructure policies in the city of Semarang. Football is a sport that is very popular with most people in the world, because football in its development has increasingly become a sport, science and even art. The government's role is very important for the progress of sports in the region, especially football. Psis Semarang, which is a team that is proud of the city community, really hopes for support from the city government so that it can achieve great achievements. This research is qualitative research. The results of this research can be concluded that the Semarang city government itself fully supports good facilities and infrastructure for the activities of Psis Semarang players, both on the field and off the field

No full textPendidikan adalah hal yang sangat penting, karena dengan adanya pendidikan seseorang akan mendapatkan wawasan yang akan diterapkan masa sekarang maupun yang akan datang. Tetapi banyak sekali kendala dalam proses pendidikan di sekiatar kita, terutama pada sekolahan formal yang sebagian para pengajarnya hanya sebatas mengajar tanpa mempedulikan teori dan metode yang tepat untuk di terapkan pada siswanya sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi saat pembelajaran tersebut. Tentu hal tersebut akan merugikan siswa, karna pembelajarannya tidak dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien.
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan entry behavior, metode pembelajaran siswa dan prestasi belajar fiqih di MA NUNurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus. (2) untuk mengetahui hubungan entry behavior terhadap prestasi belajar fiqih di MA NUNurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus. (3) untuk mengetahui metode pembelajaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar fiqih di MA NUNurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus. (4) untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan entry behavior dengan metode pembelajaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar di MA NUNurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus.
Metode yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket. Hal ini di maksudkan untuk menghimpun data serta menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari semua siswa kelas X, cara pengambilan sampelnya dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang berjumlah 152. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik yaitu regresi dan korelasi baik sederhana dan ganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan penerapan entry behavior, metode pembelajaran siswa dalam kategori baik yaitus ebesar 44,32& 44,57 dan prestasi belajar fiqih dalam kategori baik, yaitu 44,57. 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara entry behavior dengan prestasi belajar fiqih adalah sebesar 0,747 yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran siswa dengan prestasi belajar fiqih adalah sebesar 0,794 yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat.4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan entry behavior dan metode pembelajaran siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih,811 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of characteristics, complexity and audit findings on the level of disclosure of District / City Local Government Financial Statements (LGFS) of Java in 2016. The variables studied are the size of local government, the level of regional independence as a proxy for characteristics, the number of SKPD, legislative size as a proxy for complexity, audit findings and mandatory disclosure rates. The population in this study is the District / City Government in Java. This study uses purposive sampling with 92 samples from reports the result of BPK-RI in 2016 and BPS in 2016. The data sources used are secondary data and data collection using the documentation method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. Data that has been collected is then analyzed by testing classical assumptions and then testing hypotheses using SPSS 21 test equipment. The results showed that the variable size of the regional government and the level of regional independence had a positive and significant effect on the level of mandatory disclosure of the LGFS, while other variables in the form of the number of SKPD, legislative size, and audit findings did not affect the level of mandatory disclosure of LGFS
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
