KONSEP PEMIKIRAN TASAWUF IMAM AL JUNAID AL BAGHDADI

Tiga konsep inilah yang digunakan oleh Imam Junaid Al Baghdadi sebagai jalan thoriqoh dalam ber ma’rifat kepada Allah SWT.Sufism, or Sufism, is a spiritual tradition practiced by Sufis for a long time. Sufism is the inner practice of a Sufi who seeks to purify himself by establishing an inner connection with Allah SWT. In Islamic teachings, Sufism is also called tariqah (tradition). Tariqah is a path used as a means of gaining knowledge (ma'rifat) to reach the Creator, Allah SWT. However, among the various schools of Sufism, the path of tariqah used by Sufis varies from one to another, and some even differ, although essentially, all different paths have the same goal: to draw closer to Allah SWT as the Supreme Creator. This article explains how Imam Junaid al-Baghdadi's Sufi thought relates to three main concepts of Sufism: mistsaq (covenant), fana (fusion), and tauhid (unification). These three concepts were used by Imam Junaid al-Baghdadi as the path of tariqah in gaining knowledge (ma'rifat) of Allah SWT.Sufisme atau tasawuf merupakan tradisi kebathinan yang dilakukan oleh seorang sufi sejak lama. No full text
The article describes about little-known pages in the life of one of the key military and political leaders of the Civil War in Turkmenistan, Junaid Khan — Kurbanmamed serdar (1862–1938). The historiography of the issue is criticized. Based on unpublished sources from the founds of state and departmental archives, the details of the biography of this figure related to his participation in the fratricidal confrontation are clarified. The theoretical basis of the study is a combination of military anthropology, problematic and comparative historical methods. Summing up, the author assesses the personality of Junaid Khan against the backdrop of the controversial era in which this military and political figure lived

Is physiotherapy an underused approach to prevent surgery in selective musculoskeletal disorders?

    No full text
Objectives: the purpose of the literature review was to appraise the evidence that an early physiotherapy intervention helps to prevent the surgery in selective musculoskeletal disorders. A search of Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed was carried out utilizing the terms (“physiotherapy”, “surgery” OR “exercise, surgery” OR “rehabilitation”, “surgery”). Methods: The article titles and abstracts were screened for eligibility and included in the review. The recent literature evidently emphasized that physiotherapy has opted in selective musculoskeletal problems to avoid and delay surgeries. Results: regardless of recommended conservative treatment option and effectiveness of physiotherapy, a massive gap can be observed between its evidence and practice. Conversely, overuse of diagnostic imaging, surgeries, and medications is present in clinical practice. In most of the clinical problems the long-term outcomes were reported the same with surgical and physiotherapy intervention. Likewise, patients can also get the advantage of better clinical outcome and cost-effectiveness with physiotherapy as compared to surgical intervention. Conclusion: the cost-effectiveness is an important factor in low-income countries where economic aspects of health care are highly considered. These advantages of physiotherapy should be considered by the clinicians, policymakers, patients, and included in the clinical guidelines.</p

The influence of the acoustic reflector design on the temperature coefficient of frequency for shear and longitudinal mode AlN resonators

    No full text
Most of the applications of solidly mounted resonator need the compensation of temperature coefficient of resonant frequency. The presence of materials with different properties in the stack makes it complicated to explain the influence of each material individually on temperature coefficient. To reduce design and fabrication costs, an accurate and precise modeling of the resonators is required. In this paper, Mason model and finite-element analysis are used to design the resonators and results for both models, which are almost similar, are presented. Different kinds of configuration (symmetric and asymmetric, according to the thickness of the layers) are designed to achieve the temperature coefficient of frequency as near-zero as possible with an optimized response. Such designs are fabricated and characterized obtaining measurements of the temperature coefficient of frequency. The result shows that useful and reliable information on the performance of resonators can be achieved with accurate modeling

Molecular docking and dynamics of Nickel-Schiff base complexes for inhibiting beta-lactamase of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

    No full text
In recent years, multidrug-resistance has become a primary concern in the treatment and management of tuberculosis, an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In this context, searching new anti-tuberculosis agents particularly targeting the β-lactamase (BlaC) is reported to be promising as this enzyme is one of the key player in the development of multidrug resistance. This study reports the design of some Nickel (Ni) based tetradentate N₂O₂ Schiff bases, employing density functional theory. All analogs are optimized at B3LYP/SDD level of theory. Dipole moment, electronic energy, enthalpy, Gibbs free energy, HOMO–LUMO gap, and softness of these modified drugs are also investigated. Molecular interactions between designed ligands and BlaC have been analyzed by molecular docking approach, followed by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. All designed compounds show low HOMO–LUMO gap, while addition of halogen increases the dipole moment of the compounds. Docking and MD simulation investigations reveal that the designed compounds are more potent than standard inhibitor, where Ile117, Pro290, Arg236 and Thr253 residues of BlaC are found to play important role in the ligand binding. Through MD simulation study, the best binding compound is also observed to form stable complex by increasing the protein rigidness. The ADME/T analysis suggests that modified drugs are less toxic and shows an improved pharmacokinetic properties than that of the standard drug. These results further confirm the ability of Ni-directed Schiff bases to bind simultaneously to the active site of BlaC and support them as potential candidates for the future treatment of tuberculosis disease.Md. The Fana\u27 Concept of Abu Yazid al-Busthomi and Imam Junaid al-Baghdadi (Comparative Study)

    No full text
The concept of fana is a concept that developed in the third and fourth centuries hijriyah. A concept of fusion (trance) which later became an experience desired by many Sufism retainers. A Sufistic experience that must be passed and deliver Sufis at the top of the world of Sufism. with the experience that each Sufi feels so that many bring up various differences between one and another, then it also becomes a phenomenon for the fuqoha\u27. Abu Yazid al-Busthomi and Imam Junaid al-Baghdadi were one of the pioneers of the concept of Fana’. With a distinctly different background, between Sufi philosophy and Sunni. So the author takes the initiative and aims to combine the views between the two by examining a character who is balanced against and a character who has many adherents to this day, in order to get a good understanding and similarities or differences in the concept of Fana’\u27. This research uses library research, by means of qualitative analysis. As well as using primary and secondary sources. The results of this study are the concept of Fana’ must be together with the concept of Baqo’, awareness of a person\u27s individuality has disappeared even though his physical form is still there. And to reach the peak of Fana’, the Salikin must leave the nature, character and personality as humans

INVISIBLE STRUGGLES: EXPLORING CHALLENGES FACED BY WOMEN WITH AMPUTATION IN INDIA

    No full text
Women in India, particularly those with amputation, face significant challenges, including but not limited to, unequal prosthetic access and satisfaction, societal discrimination, and the physical and emotional consequences of amputation. These challenges are further exacerbated by gender biases towards access to education and socioeconomic factors, which increases their vulnerability to unemployment and mental health issues. This article emphasizes the urgent need for affordable and customizable prosthetic options tailored to the unique needs of women with amputation, particularly those from low-income backgrounds who often face neglect. Thus, addressing these disparities would significantly enhance their overall well-being and independence.
