الخيط السري بين القديم والحديث في ﺍﻟﻔﻦ: مقابلة مع رافع الناصري / The Secret Thread between the Old and the New in Art: Interview with Rafa Al-Nasiry
No full text[Rafa Al-Nasiry is a contemporary Iraqi artist, well-known for his painting and graphic art. He studied painting in Baghdad, graphic art in Beijing, and engraving in Lisbon. Fascinated by the possibilities of the Arabic alphabet and Chinese brush painting, he developed a fairly abstract style with symbolic overtones. His work whether in woodcuts, etching, or in acrylic is inspired by Mesopotamian motifs and Islamic aesthetics, rendered with modern dynamism. Interviewed by May Muzaffar, Iraqi art critic and poet, al-Nasiry discusses different stages of his artistic trajectory and the subtle ways in which traces of the old figure in his art. Illustrations ranging from 1962-2002 in the interview provide a glimpse of the development of his work. He combines innovative artistic techniques with his own philosophy of desing as central in plastic art. /رافع الناصرﻱ فنان عراقي معاصر اشتهر بأعماله في الرسم وفنون الحفر والطباعة (غرافيك)٠ درس فن الرسم في بغداد، ودرس فنون الحفر والطباعة في الصين، ثم في لشبونة٠ توصل إلى أسلوبه الخاص في الفن التجريدي عندما اكتشف سحر الحرف العربي وطواعيته في الرسم فأخضعه إلى مهاراته في استخدام الفرشاة والضربات اللونية التي اكتسبها من دراسته في الصين٠ تعكس أعمال الناصري، سواءً أكانت لوحات مرسومة بمادة الأكريلك أو مطبوعة (باستخدام الحفر على النحاس)، اهتماماته بحضارة وادي الرافدين على تعاقب حضاراتها بما في ذلك جماليات الفنون الإسلامية، فهو يستعير منها رموزه وعناصر تكويناته التي تتجلى في أسلوبه الحداثي المفعم بالحيوية٠ أجرت الشاعرة والناقدة التشكيلية مي مظفر مقابلة مع الفنان رافع الناصري تحدث فيها عن مراحل عمله المختلفة وتطور تجربته الفنية بدءاﹰ من مرحلته الأكاديمية التشخيصية٠ كما ننشر مع المقابلة مجموعة من الصور التي تمثل مراحل العمل خلال السنوات ٢٦٩١ - ٢٠٠٢، لإعطاء لمحة عن طبيعة تطور هذه الأعمال التي تجمع بين التقنيات الفنية المبتكرة، وفلسفته في العمل التي تتخذ من التصميم نقطة مر كزية في تنفيذ العمل الفني التشكيلي٠

Untuk memahami arti dalam kandungan bahasa Arab kita perlu menterjemahkan buku-buku berbahasa Arab ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu mempelajari ilmu Sharaf dan ilmu Nahwu adalah sangat penting. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengembangkan sistem yang menggunakan kombinasi citra surat Al-Quran pada surah As-Sajdah sebagai input data untuk mendapatkan pola dhamir rafa muttashil. Citra yang diuji nantinya akan terdeteksi bagian-bagian mana yang terkandung dhamir rafa muttashil didalamnya, sehingga pengguna dapat dengan mudah membaca dan memahami pola huruf dhamir rafa muttashil. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 14 pola dhamir rafa muttashil dengan metode algoritma Fuzzy Associative Memory (FAM) yang diukur unjuk kerjanya berdasarkan nilai sensitive yang berbeda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa keakuratan sistem ini sebesar 58%

No full textThis article discusses about the discrepancy between al- Rafa wal Wqaf, which is a most difficult, and intricate branch of Ilm -Ul- Ilal al Hadiths.
Before Imam Hiban's time, more than fifty years, there was a contradictory on the reporting of the Hadith. Presumptions are the last arbitrator in the viewpoint of contemporary critics, who lack a conclusive conclusion in this issue. If the presumptions are favoring Rafa they consider it as Rafa, and if presumptions are favoring Wqaf it is taken as Wqaf. While the predecessors of ulamas in this field, in contrast, are like mathematical equations with their own standards for evaluating the chain of Hadith. Even if there are many narrators for the Waqf Hadith, if the Rafa Hadith narrators are credible, they accept it. Estimation of some Trace Metals in Water, Sediments and Two Species of Aquatic Plants in the Al-Garaf River at Al-Rafa District- Southern Iraq
Full text linkThe current study was conducted to determines the concentration of four trace metals (Cd, Pb, Cu and Fe) in water (dissolved and particulate) phase, sediment (exchangeable and residual) and two species of aquatic plants Phragmites australis and Ceratophyllum demersium in Al-Garaf river of Al-Rafa district in south of Iraq. The samples of the study were collected during the autumn and winter in 2018-2019 from three stations within Al-Rafa district. An Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to measure the trace metals. The results showed that the concentrations in dissolved phase were (0.20, 0.60, 0.12 and 158.11) µg/l, while their concentrations in particulate phase were (14.34, 46.73, 17.76 and 2200.74) µg/g dry weight respective. For sediment, the mean concentrations of these metals in the exchangeable and residual phase were as follows (5.08, 0.035) (17.29, 2.71) (11.87, 13.23) and (622.18, 2366.02) µg/g dry weight. Higher concentrations of the present study were observed in Ceratophyllum demersum more than their concentration in Phragmites australis. The current study concluded that the concentrations of studied metals in particulate phase were greater than their concentrations in sediment and also higher than their concentrations in the two plants
