Makna Nushuz Bagi Istri di Era Digital
Meningkatnya angka perceraian sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi, termasuk media sosial, yang digunakan dengan cara yang dapat menyebabkan istri melakukan perilaku nusyuz. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi nushuz istri di era digital, sebuah konsep yang biasa dikenal dengan istri yang keluar rumah tanpa izin suami. Sebagai penelitian normatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan studi dokumentasi atau studi pustaka, dan menganalisis data dengan membaca, memeriksa, menghubungkan, dan menafsirkan data, kemudian menguraikan data secara deskriptif. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa media sosial telah digunakan sebagai platform untuk menunjukkan kepada publik kecantikan wanita, mengungkapkan aurat mereka (bagian intim), menyebarkan gosip, berbagi perilaku perselingkuhan, dan banyak lagi yang melanggar norma-norma agama dan universal, kolektif, individu, nilai-nilai lokal dan tradisional juga. Idealnya, semua ini harus dirahasiakan di rumah, karena rumah itu sendiri adalah tempat untuk melindungi apa pun yang ada di dalamnya. Hilangnya batas-batas kesopanan dan aturan pergaulan antara laki-laki dan perempuan sebagai konsekuensi dari aktivitas di media sosial telah membuat nushuz istri tidak relevan untuk diartikan secara sederhana sebagai istri meninggalkan rumah tanpa izin suami. Makna rumah dalam arti fisik dan media sosial harus sama dalam konteks rumah tangga. Nushuz harus dimaknai dalam perspektif yang lebih luas mengikuti perkembangan teknologi modern yang semakin meningkat
Developing Mobile Learning Application as Instructional Media for Reading Comprehension
Students nowadays are no longer enjoy reading printed books. They mostly read from their mobile phone or computers\u27 screens. Teachers need to encourage students to read and comprehend texts. Teachers should adopt and adapt technology in teaching reading comprehension to students in light of the rapidly changing existence of technology. The purpose of this research is to develop appropriate media for learning reading. This research has employed Research and Development design based on ADDIE model. This model is used for media development by requiring 5 stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The research subjects are the tenth graders and the English teacher. Both the media and language experts validated the developed product. The instruments used in the needs analysis are questionnaires for the students and interviews with the English teacher. The final result is in the form of a mobile application that suits the needs of teachers and students. This media consists of 63 slides. The size of this mobile application is 52 Mb. The developed application consists of three main menus and eleven sub-menus. They are the intro page, loading section, menu page, materials page, core competence page, vocabulary building page, learning summary page, exercise page, glossary page, verb form page, user’s guide page, lesson plan page, description of the product page, and exit page. The result of this research could be seen in the enthusiasm, development, and students’ interest in mobile application media. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers to use mobile applications in teaching reading and for other developers to develop applications for the learning process

Structure-Based Design of Recombinant Spike Subunit Vaccine for Coronavirus Diseases
The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is still surging across the globe and has affected serious problems for both health and the global economy; therefore, the development of a vaccine with good efficacy becomes a must. To tackle the pandemic, numerous sectors of academia, industry, and the government collaborate to develop and investigate potential vaccine platforms. The recombinant subunit vaccine is one of the safest types of vaccine. However, its development has lagged behind other platforms, owing to the need for greater antigen manufacturability and immunogenicity. In this review, we outline several protein engineering strategies carried out in developing the recombinant COVID-19 vaccine, including the fusion of antigens with Fc fragment of human IgG, carrier proteins, trimerization domains, and stabilizing mutations. A systematic literature review was performed to summarize key takeaways from studies on developing recombinant subunit vaccines of SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, and SARS-CoV-2, highlighting vaccine design and expression system, antigen structure, and in vivo and in vitro results of each protein engineering strategy. Several protein engineering strategies, particularly S protein and RBD, can improve the antigen's stability, manufacturability, and immunogenicity. Finally, novel protein engineering strategies are expected to be further developed to increase the vaccines' overall manufacturing, and the current recombinant vaccine candidates will be further processed into clinical stages to confirm their efficacy against pathogenic human coronaviruses
