Implementasi Undang-Undang No. 16 Tahun 1964 Tentang Sistem Bagi Hasil Perikanan: Praktek Sistem Bagi Hasil Perikanan di PPI Muara Angke

    No full text
Fisheries in PPI Muara Angke is making use of fishing gears such as boukeami or squid net, purse Seine, gillnet, and trap. Sharing system practices which based on costums are in accord with the Act 16 of 1964, where the boat owner receives 60% and the fish workers receive 40%. Although in boukeami they use 50:50 sharing formula. According to the Act, the amount of allotment in the worker’s share is regulated in Article 3 paragraph (2) which is no more than 3 shares and at least a share. This has actually been practiced in PPI Muara Angke. However, there were differences in splitting the cost, expenses and expenditures between what was said in the act with the practice. As result, the fish workers receive less revenue

This study will analyze the law of the political law of research cooperation in Indonesia. The advice used is normative law, to find the rule of law, legal principles, and legal doctrines in responding to the legal issues that are discussed and are happening now. In this case the author is expected to consider the political role of national legal development law in Indonesia which cannot be covered by historical context. Throughout history the Republic of Indonesia has made political changes in the period of the political system as well as the rapid development of science and technology, so that through cooperation with countries abroad is expected to be able to improve the quality of research and publication of research results of Indonesian researchers in journals scientifically reputed internationally.                 This study aims to anlyze effect of financial literacy, demographics factor (age, income, employment, education) and acces toward credit investment decision on informal sector business in West Purwokerto District. Sample in this study were 202 people taken by purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that financial literacy, employment, and access to capital have sign toward credit investment decision, education has an insignificantly positive effect toward credit investment decision. While both age and income have significantly negative effect toward credit investment decision

THE INFLUENCE OF PROJECT BASED LEARNING-STEM MODEL ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

    Get PDF
This study aims to determine the project-based learning-STEM model's effect on biology learning outcomes in growth and development material. The learning was carried out in class XII IPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Muncar in the 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The instrument in this study was a test given in the experimental class and the control class. The data were analyzed using parametric statistical analysis. There is a difference in the average post-test learning outcomes of the experimental class (PjBL-STEM model) with the control class's post-test learning outcomes using the independent sample t-test. The results of the analysis show that Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 0.05, which can be interpreted that there is a significant difference in the average student learning outcomes between the PjBL-STEM model (experimental class) and the conventional model (control class). The average post-test score of the experimental class with the PjBL-STEM model was 87.50, while the average score in the Control class was 79.82, so that there was an increase in the value of 7.68 in the experimental class. The PjBL-STEM model's application to improve learning outcomes can be continued with other materials that have STEM characteristics

Factor Analysis in Predicting Non-Medical Employees Turnover Intention

    Get PDF
This research examines how quality of work life (QWL) and work-family conflict (WFC) affect turnover intention (TI) in private hospitals, and how organisational commitment (OC) mediates these effects. The aim is to explore how QWL and WFC affect TI and to assess the mediating effect of OC. Understanding these relationships is crucial as high turnover disrupts hospital operations, increases costs, and impacts patient care quality. A non-probability saturation sampling strategy was utilised with 280 non-medical workers. SEM-PLS was used to analyse Likert scale questionnaires for validity and reliability and hypothesis testing using structural model assessment. WFC increases TI, whereas QWL and OC decrease it. OC mediates the negative link between QWL and TI and the positive association between WFC and TI. Hospital management should enhance QWL and minimize WFC to reduce turnover. Policies supporting work-life balance, employee recognition, and career growth are recommended. This research shows that organisational commitment mediates the effects of QWL and WFC on TI, providing insights for employee well-being and retention tactics

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Kahoot on the learning outcomes of the biological scope of students of class X MIPA of SMA Negeri 1 Muncar in the academic year 2019/2020. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research, namely by applying the use of Kahoot in the experimental class. The treatment was carried out with a view to reviewing student learning outcomes as a result of using Kahoot and without using Kahoot. Pre test is held at the beginning of learning and post test is held at the end of learning to find out the results of learning. The instruments in this study were pre-test and post-test experimental class and control class. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical parametric analysis with the help of the application SPSS for windows version 22.0. To find out whether there are differences in the average learning outcomes of the experimental class post test (using Kahoot) with the control class post test results (without using Kahoot) using the independent sample t test. Based on the results of the analysis found the results of the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the average student learning outcomes between the use of Kahoot (experimental class) and without the use of Kahoot (Control class). The average post test score of the experimental class with the use of Kahoot was 85.21 while the average in the Control class was 76.72 so that there was an increase in the average value of 8.49 by using Kahoot in the material scope of biology. The use of Kahoot to improve learning outcomes can be applied to other materials
