Unfortunately there is a limit choice for customers out there and in order to liberate from this condition we decided to set our foot in Stevia agriculture as a substitute for sugar and more healthy.
We can see that with this opportunity, we can succeed in the market since there small quantity of companies producing stevia in Sabah. Hence, we believe that we will have a bright future in this business.
Our company's name is STEE Enterprise. The reason why we choose this name comes out Stevia Rebaudiana our own product. Our target markets are for diabetes patients and people that demand for sugar. For this time being, we will focus on supplying our products to MARDI, KPD, local farmers, diabetes sufferer / patient and private company.
Our management team is consists of brilliant and educated General Manager, Administration Manager, Operational Manager, Marketing Manager and Financial Manager that will manage the business to succeed. We required RM 48,229 to run the business that cover all the expenses occurred. For the first year up to the third year we incur to face losses with RM 20,468 but the second year profit increase to RM 10,861, RM 42,104. This loss could be because that we still new in the market and it is not easy for the consumer to adapt the new innovation we spent a lot on promotion. But we targeting that we will penetrate the global market with the target gaining profit after 5 years operating in Sabah and introducing to all Malaysian to stevia substitute for sugar in order to raise the name of Malaysia in the global market
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan hukum pidana terhadap tindak pidana pencurian dalam keadaan memberatkan dan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dalam keadaan memberatkan.\ud
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kepustakaan dan metode penelitian lapangan kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kualitatif sehingga mengungkapkan hasil yang diharapkan dan kesimpulan atas permasalahan.\ud
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Penerapan Hukum Pidana dalam putusan nomor : 1357/Pid.B/2014/PN.Mks yang menyatakan bahwa terdakwa Opi telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan dengan korban pemilik circle yang diatur dalam pasal 363 ayat (1) ke-3, ke-4 dan ke- tentang pencurian berat sudah tepat, hal itu sudah sesuai dengan dakwaan yang diajukan oleh jaksa penuntut umum, dan berdasarkan fakta-fakta hukum dipersidangan berupa keterangan saksi-saksi yang keterangannya satu sama lain saling bersesuaian, dengan keterangan terdakwa dan barang bukti. 2) Majelis hakim pengadilan negeri Makassar dalam pertimbangannya masih terdapat kekurangan terutama dalam hal pertimbangan subjektifnya, yaitu hal-hal yang memberatkan terdakwa, seharusnya hakim juga mempertimbangkan kerugian dari sisi korban kejahatan dan masyaraka

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesulitan siswa dalam meyusun kertas kerja perusahaan dagang kelas XI IPS di MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Metode pengumpula data yang digunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari informan serta dokumentasi mengenai jenis data-data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika ditinjau dari proses pembelajaran kesulitan belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu peserta didik tidak teliti dalam melakukan pencatatan kertas kerja dan tidak menguasai kolom-kolom kertas kerja selalu tergesa-gesa dan gegabah sehingga hasil akhir dari kertas kerja tidak balance, kebiasaan peserta didik yang lebih menyukai sesuatu yang instan seperti mencontek sehingga tugas yang dikumpulkan dengan tidak tepat waktu karena siswa kurang menguasai materi dan kurang dalam menguasai soal transaksi. Sebaiknya mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan kejadian-kejadian yang biasa dialami oleh pembelajaran, harus tercipta suasana kelas yang menyenangkan, penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif, memberikan pujian atau reward dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa.

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
