No full textPelatihan guru merupakan salah satu kegiatan/usaha sadar termasuk dalam pendidikan nonformal untuk mengembangkan keahlian, pengetahuan, pengalaman bakat, sikap, dan tingkah laku sesuai kebutuhan individu untuk menjadi seorang panutan bagi para peserta didik dan lingkungannya agar memiliki standar kualitas pribadi tertentu mencakup tanggung jawab, wibawa, kepercayaan diri dan disiplin diharapkan dapat menerapkan hasil pelatihan pada pekerjaan. Kepercayaan diri merupakan sikap yakin dan optimis, keyakinan seseorang terhadap segala kelebihan dan kekurangannya, selalu optimis dalam mencapai tujuan hidup. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah hubungan antara pelatihan guru dengan kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Pendidikan Guru Taman Kanak-kanak Puri Ananda Jember, Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelatihan guru dengan kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Pendidikan Guru Taman Kanak-kanak Puri Ananda Jember. Manfaat teoritis pada penelitian ini yaitu dapat menjadi perbandingan dan literatur bagi peneliti selanjutnya. Adapun manfaat praktis penelitian ini sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pengelola lembaga kursus dan pelatihan mengembangkan dan menjaga kualitas pelatihan yang diselenggarakan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan tempat penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive area yaitu bertempat di Lembaga Pendidikan Guru Taman Kanak-kanak Puri Ananda Jember. Teknik penentuan responden menggunakan teknik populasi yang berjumlah 11 orang. Data penelitian terdiri atas data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang diperoleh dari
penyebaran angket pada responden dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi tata jenjang.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat hubungan antara pelatihan guru dengan kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Pendidikan Guru Taman Kanak-kanak Puri Ananda Jember yaitu sebesar 0,742. Nilai ini lebih besar dari rtabel pada taraf kepercayaan 95% untuk responden 11 orang sebesar 0,591, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan dan tergolong tinggi, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya pelatihan guru dengan kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Pendidikan Guru Taman Kanak-kanak Puri Ananda Jember. Jika diprosentasikan hubungan antara keduanya Sebesar 55,05% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Hasil tersebut lebih diperjelas melalui hasil analisis terhadap masing-masing indikator yaitu adanya hubungan yang tinggi antara instruktur dengan kepercayaan diri sebesar 0,624, adanya hubungan yang cukup materi/bahan ajar dengan kepercayaan 0,599, dan adanya hubungan yang tinggi antara metode pelatihan dengan kepercayaan diri 0,687.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang tergolong tinggi antara pelatihan guru dengan kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Pendidikan Guru Taman Kanak-kanak Puri Ananda Jember. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka saran yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan agar lebih aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran agar basic kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki lebih berkembang. Kepada Instruktur agar dapat memilih dan mengembangkan bahan ajar/materi yang lebih tepat lagi dengan tujuan pelatihan, sehingga nantinya akan berdampak pada kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan. Bagi Lembaga agar menambah kerjasama dengan banyak taman kanak-kanak yang digunakan untuk magang dan tempat guru mengajar setelah pelatihan berakhir. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, jika mau melakukan penelitian yang serupa meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai peran pelatihan terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan

Considering the writer’s background, her native island of Mauritius, a multi-ethnic multi-lingual and multi-cultural island, various cultural inspirations are noticeable in her works. The author of this article focuses on the novelist’s prose and analyses the cultural references rooted in Indian, European, African and Creole cultures. The aim of this analysis is also to describe the intertextual relations that exist between some of Ananda Devi’s texts and the works of Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio, Tahar Ben Jelloun, Arthur Rimbaud or Malcolm de Chazal, T. S. Eliot, Toni Morrison and J. M. Coetzee. In the analysis, the author draws on the research of Homi Bhabha and Gérard Genette

Trying to take into account both dimensions of such an artistic but also human experience, the text points out the links between Ananda Devi’s words and the young immigrants’ ones, and also the influence of having read them on the way to lead the workshop. But, above all, it shows how such a poetic writing is necessary not to reduce migration to a simple and measurable fact.Inspirée par des pages de Ceux du large (Ananda Devi, 2017) et des pages d’autres auteurs avec lesquels Ananda Devi est en lien, une performance été faite par un artiste-chercheur devant aussi animer un atelier de création sonore et à la même période. Parmi les participants se trouvaient de jeunes migrants. Essayant de prendre en compte toutes les dimensions d’une telle expérience aussi bien humaine qu’artistique, le texte fait apparaître les liens entre les mots d’Ananda Devi et ceux des jeunes migrants, et aussi l’influence de les avoir lus sur la façon de conduire l’atelier. Fantasy in Ananda Devi’s Novels

In her first novels as well as in her recent ones, the writer resorts to solutions from the fantasy genre. In L’Arbre fouet, Moi, l’interdite, La Vie de Joséphin le Fou, Pagli, Soupir, Indian tango, Les Jours vivants, Manger l’autre and in Le Jour des caméléons, the Mauritian novelist presents mysterious incipits and open-ended, dreamlike endings, introduces hybridised, often insane characters half animal half human, describes metamorphoses and transformations of man into animal, mentions imaginary sobriquets, ghosts.
