MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA DOSEN BERBASIS TALENT MANAGEMENT DAN DIGITAL LITERACY PADA UNIVERSITAS SWASTA DI SULAWESI TENGGARA

Penelitian ini menganalisis model pengembangan kinerja dosen berbasis talent management dan digital literacy pada universitas swasta Sulawesi Tenggara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan talent management, digital literacy, employee empowerment, employee engagement dan kinerja dosen serta mengukur pengaruh talent management, digital literacy, employee empowerment, employee engagement terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode verifikatif dan explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah universitas swasta di Sulawesi Tenggara dengan dosen sebagai unit observasi. Jumlah populasi sebesar 986 dari 7 universitas swasta di Sulawesi Tenggara dengan sampel sebanyak 388 dosen. Data diperoleh dari hasil survey melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada dosen universitas swasta. Analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta, digital literacy, employee empowerment dan employee engagement di universitas swasta di Sulawesi Tenggara berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan kinerja dosen berada pada kategori tinggi. Pengujian hipotesis membuktikan talent management, digital literacy, employee empowerment dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen. Employee empowerment dan employee engagement memediasi pengaruh talent management dan digital literacy terhadap kinerja dosen. Novelty penelitian ini adalah model peningkatan kinerja dosen berbasis talent management dan digital literacy universitas swasta di Sulawesi Tenggara. Terdapat beberapa kelemahan pada setiap dimensi pada setiap variabel yang masih harus ditingkatkan.

This study analyzes a lecturer performance development model based on talent management and digital literacy at a private university in Southeast Sulawesi. The purpose of this study is to describe talent management, digital literacy, employee empowerment, employee engagement, and lecturer performance, and to measure the influence of talent management, digital literacy, employee empowerment, and employee engagement on lecturer performance. This study was conducted using verification and explanatory survey methods with a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis for this study was private universities in Southeast Sulawesi with lecturers as the observation unit. The population was 986 from 7 private universities in Southeast Sulawesi with a sample of 388 lecturers. Data were obtained from survey results through questionnaires distributed to private university lecturers. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and SEM PLS. The results showed that talent management, digital literacy, employee empowerment, and employee engagement at private universities in Southeast Sulawesi were in the high category, while lecturer performance was in the high category. Hypothesis testing proved that talent management, digital literacy, employee empowerment, and employee engagement had a positive effect on lecturer performance. Employee empowerment and employee engagement mediated the effect of talent management and digital literacy on lecturer performance. The novelty of this research is a model for improving lecturer performance based on talent management and digital literacy at private universities in Southeast Sulawesi. There are several weaknesses in each dimension and each variable that still need improvement.

Manajemen talenta semakin diakui sebagai aspek strategis yang penting di semua sektor, khususnya dalam organisasi sektor publik, di mana identifikasi dan pengembangan posisi-posisi kunci menjadi kunci keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkonstruksi model peningkatan kinerja organisasi berbasis manajemen talenta yang dimediasi oleh religiosity organizational citizenship behavior (ROCB), literasi digital, dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan pengujian hipotesis multilevel melalui Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM). Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 instansi Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) dan Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) yang tersebar di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 220 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja di instansi pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui ROCB, literasi digital, dan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun sistem manajemen talenta yang adaptif dan terintegrasi, dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan digital dan mendorong perilaku kerja positif yang dilandasi nilai-nilai religiusitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model kinerja sektor publik berbasis manajemen talenta strategis.

Talent management is increasingly recognized as a strategic imperative across all sectors, particularly in public sector organizations, where the identification and development of key positions are central to sustaining competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze and construct a performance enhancement model based on talent management, mediated by religiosity organizational citizenship behavior (ROCB), digital literacy, and employee performance. Employing a quantitative explanatory research design, data were collected through surveys and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) to test both structural and multilevel hypotheses. The unit of analysis comprises 28 Regional Civil Service Agencies (BKD) and Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agencies (BKPSDM) across West Java Province. The study involved 220 civil servants (PNS) as respondents. The results indicate that talent management has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, both directly and indirectly, through ROCB, digital literacy, and employee performance. These mediating variables play an essential role in translating strategic talent practices into measurable improvements in organizational outcomes. The findings offer practical implications for local governments, highlighting the need for adaptive and integrative talent management systems that leverage digital capabilities and foster positive employee behaviors rooted in religiosity. This study contributes to the development of public sector performance models by emphasizing the strategic alignment between talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Entrepreneurial Intention mahasiswa saat ini belum optimal khususnya di Universitas Negeri di Sumatera Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Model Conditional Process Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Innovation Capability dan Technopreneurship terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang melibatkan 364 responden mahasiswa Universitas Negeri di Sumatera Utara yang terdiri dari mahasiswa FEB USU, Mahasiswa FE UNIMED dan Mahasiswa FEBI UINSU. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4 menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Secara khusus penelitian ini menggunakan analisis conditional process dalam pengaruh variabel moderator dan mediator yang dianalisis secara bersamaan di dalam model. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa tingkat entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa universitas negeri di Sumatera Utara berada dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat technopreneurship mahasiswa universitas negeri se Sumatera Utara berada dalam kategori sedang, tingkat entrepreneurial knowledge berada pada kategori tinggi, tingkat innovation capability berada pada kategori tinggi, tingkat self efficacy berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Entrepreneurial Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. 2) Entrepreneurial Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Technopreneurship. 3) Innovation Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. 4) Innovation Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Technopreneurship.5) Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. 6) Technopreneurship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. 7) Self efficacy memiliki efek moderasi positif dan signifikan dalam pengaruh Entrepreneurial Knowledge terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention.8) Self Efficacy memoderasi negatif dan signifikan dalam pengaruh Innovation Capability terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. 9) Technopreneurship memiliki efek mediasi yang signifikan dalam pengaruh Entrepreneurial Knowledge terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. 10) Technopreneurship memiliki efek mediasi yang signifikan dalam pengaruh innovation capability terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Entrepreneurial Intention of students is currently not optimal, especially at State Universities in North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Conditional Process Effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Innovation Capability and Technopreneurship on Entrepreneurial Intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 364 respondents from State University students in North Sumatra consisting of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University Sumatera Utara, Students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan and Students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 using the PLS-SEM method. In particular, this study uses conditional process analysis in the influence of moderator and mediator variables which are analyzed simultaneously in the model. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it was found that the level of entrepreneurial intention of state university students in North Sumatra was in the moderate category. The level of technopreneurship at state universities in North Sumatra was in the moderate category, the level of entrepreneurial knowledge was in the high category, the level of innovation capability was in the high category, and the level of self-efficacy was in the high category. The results showed that: 1) The Entrepreneurial Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. 2) Entrepreneurial Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Technopreneurship. 3) Innovation Capability has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. 4) Innovation Capability has a positive and significant effect on Technopreneurship.5) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. 6) Technopreneurship has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. 7) Self efficacy has a positive and significant moderating effect on the effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Intention. 8) Self Efficacy moderates negatively and significantly on the effect of Innovation Capability on Entrepreneurial Intention. 9) Technopreneurship mediates the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Intention. 10) Technopreneurship mediates the influence of innovation capability on Entrepreneurial Intention. This research can finally contribute in the form of a conditional process model of the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Innovation Capability and Technopreneurship on Entrepreneurial Intention.

Family Background Memoderasi Social Norms Terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention
The purpose of this research is to examines the role of family background in moderating the relationship between social norms and entrepreneurial intention. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. Testing of the conditional process model in this study uses path analysis based on OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression and the bootstrap method uses statistical tools SPSS version 23 and PROCESS version 3.4 by Andrew F. Hayes, the 1st model. This test is performed to measure the direct effect and indirect effect, as well as the total effect of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study state that social norms have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, family background has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KONSUMSI MASYARAKAT MISKIN DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM
Abstract
Factors that influence the consumption pattern of the poor in Islamic perspective have been analyzed in depth in this study. Inventory variables refer to the concept; Al-Ghazali which consists of aql, qalb and nafs. These three variables & nbsp; asymmetrically affect the tendency of consumption patterns. & nbsp; This study uses an explanatory survey method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The population of 68 people who are recipients of zakat distributed by the Zakat Agency Bandung City. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by multiple regression. The results of the study show that consumption patterns & nbsp; poor people in Indonesia (Bandung City, West Java) are influenced by Aql, Qalb and Nafs. These three factors significantly and positively affect consumption patterns of the poor in the city of Bandung. This finding implies that the consumption of society should be Simple behavior. In accordance with Islamic principles, always instill within that the treasure given by God is merely a deposit, and is not easily influenced by fashion

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola konsumsi masyarakat miskin dalam perpektif islam telah dianalisis secara mendalam dalam kajian ini. Variabel yang diinventarisir mengacu pada konsep Al-Ghazali yang terdiri dari aql, qalb dan nafs. Ketiga Variabel tersebut secara asimetris mempengaruhi kecenderungan pola konsumsi. Kajian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanatory dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi sebanyak 68 orang yang merupakan para penerima zakat yang disalurkan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Kota Bandung. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan regeresi berganda. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pola konsumsi masyarakat miskin di Indonesia (Kota Bandung Jawa Barat) dipengaruhi oleh Aql, Qalb dan Nafs. Ketiga faktor tersebut secara signifikan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat miskin d Kota Bandung.Temuan ini mmberikan implikasi bahwa dalam berkonsumsi masyarakat hendaknya Berperilaku sederhana yang sesuai dengan prinsip islam, selalu menanamkan dalam diri bahwa sesungguhnya harta yang diberikan oleh Allah hanyalah titipan semata, dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh mod

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of teacher competence on student learning outcomes and to determine the effect of digital literacy on the influence of teacher competence on learning outcomes. The research method used is an explanatory method using questionnaires and documentation in data collection. The data analysis technique uses a causal step strategy. Knowledge Sharing Behavior Factors of Public Sector Employees in Jambi, Indonesia
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the individual, organizational and technological factors that influence knowledge sharing behavior among public sector employees in Jambi City. This is a survey and explanatory research with questionnaires used to obtain data from 86 employees in Jambi's public sector and analyzed using factor analysis. The results showed that individual, organizational, and technological factors, such as awareness and altruism, organizational rewards, and IT application usage, respectively, have a significant effect on knowledge sharing.
