HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI DAN KARATERISTIK DEMOGRAFI DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT PUSKESMAS DI SUMBA TIMUR
Introduction: One of the main strategies on health human resources development and empowerment is increasing their efficiency in work. Motivation and demographic characteristics is one of the factors that affect the performance of nurses. The objective of this research was to find out the correlation between motivation and demographic characteristics with the performance of nurses work in Public Health Center in East Sumba Regency. Method: This is a quantitative research with correlation study technique approach. The population of this research is 232 nurses in East Sumba Regency with 102 respondents as research sample who was taken by non purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using univariate and bivariat, using statistical test of chi-quare. Result: The research results are there is a significant correlation of demographic characteristics (age, education level and length of work) and the performance of nurses; there is a correlation of intrinsic motivation (responsibility, achievement, recognition, progress, evolve possibilities) and extrinsic motivation (salary, job security, working condition, supervision quality, interpersonal relationships among peers and superiors) with the performance of nurses on Public Health Center in East Sumba Regency. Conclusions: of this research are there is a significant correlation between motivation and demographic characteristics with nurses` performance; based on multivariate test, achievement sub-variable is the most significant correlation toward performance variable
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Counselling of Mothers to Improve Interest in Exclusive Breastfeeding
According to the World Health Organization and UNICEF, of all babies born in the world, only 32.6% are exclusively breastfed for the first six months, while in developing countries, only 39% of mothers carry out exclusive breastfeeding. In terms of ASEAN countries, exclusive breastfeeding coverage in India has reached 46%, in the Philippines 34%, in Vietnam 27% and in Myanmar 24%, while in Indonesia it is only 41.9%. One of the reasons mothers do not exclusively breastfeed their babies is a lack of information from health workers (25.6%). The role of health workers in exclusive breastfeeding is necessary, namely by providing information and counselling about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding to mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of counselling on the interest in exclusive breastfeeding at RSUD Waikabubak in 2021. The research method used was quasi-experimental. The sample in this study consisted of 40 postpartum mothers who were being treated in the postpartum room at RSUD Waikabubak in February 2021 and who were recruited through purposive sampling. The results showed that the average value of interest in exclusive breastfeeding before counselling was 62.25, while after being given counselling, the average value was 63.50. Counselling was shown to have a significant effect on the interest in exclusive breastfeeding at RSUD Waikabubak (p < 0.05). Health workers should be more active in providing counselling about exclusive breastfeeding to pregnant and postpartum women.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods

KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI YANG BEROBAT KE BALAI PENGOBATAN YAYASAN PELAYANAN KASIH A DAN A RAHMAT WAINGAPU
Introduction: Hypertension is a disease or disorder of the circulatory system that causes a rise in blood pressure above the normal value. Obedience comes from obedient basic words which means discipline and obedience. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between several variables that affect the level of adherence such as age, gender, education, knowledge, occupation, distance perception, severity and range of drug delivery. Method: This research is a quantitative research with nonrandom sampling of sam-pling type purposive sampling. Instrument used in this research in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets involving 30 people respondents suffering from hypertension. Results: Result: The results showed that of 30 respondents studied there were 17 respondents (57%) who did not adhere to taking medicine and there were 13 respondents (43%) who obediently took antihypertensive drugs. Based on Chi-square analysis with 5% significance level found that there is no meaningful relationship between age, sex, education, knowledge, occupation, distance perception, severity, and drug delivery range with medication adherence level Antihypertensive. Suggestion: It is recommended to health officers at BP YPK A and A Rahmat Waingapu to provide health education in the form of counseling about hypertension and its treatment periodically
