Comparative Typology of Science and Religion Integration of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas and Amin Abdullah and its Implications for Islamic Education
This The main aim of this study is to analyze and clarify the implementation of the integration of science and religion, as suggested by Islamic scholars from Southeast Asia, in educational settings, particularly in State Islamic Universities and high schools in Indonesia. This research uses library research methodology to investigate the Comparative Typology of Integration of Science and Religion proposed by Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas and Amin Abdullah and its consequences for Islamic education. Al-Attas emphasized the importance of balancing spiritual and practical knowledge, recognizing both personal religious experience and objective religious elements. It supports the advancement of scientific knowledge through observation and experimentation and encourages the development of creative thinking and imagination in acquiring knowledge. On the other hand, Amin Abdullah advocates a relationship between science and religion that allows some information to flow, emphasizing the importance of mutual understanding and the integration of imaginative thinking into Islamic education to make it more relevant to today's times. To improve Islamic education, it is essential to achieve a balance between spiritual and practical knowledge, promote understanding of the simultaneous existence of subjective and objective aspects in religion, encourage scientific enlightenment and critical thinking, stimulate creativity and innovation in learning, facilitate viable connections between sciences and religion, recognizing the duality of objective and subjective components in religious studies, and integrating creative thinking to make religious education relevant and interesting in contemporary cultural contexts. These approaches can improve the quality of Islamic education and equip students to face the complexities of faith, science, and culture in the modern world

قدم الباحث هذا البحث العلمي عن معاني الأضداد في جزء عمّ من القرآن الكريم. أن مفهوم الأضداد في اللغة العربية مختلف بمفهوم الأضداد في أي لغة أخرى. الأضداد في اللغة العربية هي أن يطلق اللفظ الواحد على المعنيين المتضاددين.
الأسئلة من هذا البحث هي ما الآيات التى تتضمن الأضداد في جزء عمّ و ما معاني الأضداد في تلك الآيات؟ نوع البحث الّذي يقوم به الباحث هو البحث المكتبى الّذى يتكون من جمع العديد من الكتب المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع و تقديم الأسس العامة عن الأضداد باستخدام كتب علم الدلالة و تحليل الآيات من السور في جزء عمّ التي تتضمن لفظ الأضداد وشرح معانيها باستخدام التحليل الدلالي والتفسيري.

Comparative Study of Poverty Alleviation in The Verses of The Qur’an and The Green Economy Program SGDS
Poverty is defined based on the failure of individuals to meet their primary life needs. Poverty has a tremendous negative impact on the life of the individual and community level. All societies in the world have made efforts to overcome this challenge. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting verses related to poverty and presenting them in a categorization form to obtain an intervention level. Islam, through the Qur’an, has presented a comprehensive system to overcome this poverty problem. At the individual level, poverty can be reduced by providing aqidah concepts regarding sustenance, increasing skills and creativity, and encouragement to work hard while still paying attention to sustainability aspects. At the community level, the Qur’an recommends building a social welfare net through philanthropic movements and the spirit of altruism and stipulating religious obligations and suggestions regarding the distribution of wealthPoverty is defined based on the failure of individuals to meet their primary life needs. Literasi Media, Literasi Politik, dan Partisipasi Kewarganegaraan Pemilih Pemula di Era Digital
This study intended to determine the effect of media literacy and political literacy on the participation of novice voter citizenship in the digital era. This research used a non-experimental ex post facto quantitative approach. A sample of 350 was chosen randomly. Data analysis used path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The analysis showed that media literacy significantly influences the level of civic participation (0.567). Second, political literacy also significantly influences the level of civic participation (0.664). Third, media literacy has a significant influence on political literacy (0.563). Fourth, simultaneously media literacy and political literacy affect civic participation (0.689). Fifth, political literacy was not significantly proven to moderate the relationship between media literacy and citizenship participation (p = 0.4590 > 0.05). Media literacy and political literacy affected the civic participation of novice voters both partially and simultaneously. The level of media literacy of the novice voters did not trigger a weak or strong relationship between political literacy and the citizenship participation of the novice voters
UNVEILING THE ESSENCE OF EUROPEAN ISLAM: A Critical Analysis of Abdennour Bidar's Concepts of Self Islam and Islamic Existentialism
This article discusses the challenges of European Islam at the intersection of Islamic traditions and modern liberal democratic values and the urgency of bridging the two. European Islam is looking for a common ground that can combine reason and faith in harmony, integrate the values of modernity with the spiritual view of Islam, and identify the challenges and opportunities faced by European Islam in the context of Western liberal society. Bidar, in his contribution to the concept of European Islam, argues that religion is not only about rituals but also about profound spiritual experiences. He proposed the concept of Self Islam, which emphasizes individual freedom, personal responsibility, and spiritual connection with Allah. According to Bidar, individual freedom is the key to spiritual life. In addition, everyone can choose how to practice religion according to his spiritual needs. Bidar proposed Islamic reform, oriented towards the unification of religions and modernity, by prioritizing humanist values and human rights and reforming Islam in the light of modernity. According to him, humans become God's autonomous vicegerent on earth and have the right to manage it freely but responsibly. In addition, in harmony with Kantian, Bidar believes that human immortality can be achieved through piety and good deeds. <b>Lecturer Notes and Interview Results from Lecturers and Students Regarding Early Childhood Sexuality Education Courses at Islamic Universities in Indonesia</b>
This research delves into age-appropriate sexual education for children, examining students' perspectives on early childhood sexuality education. Thematic qualitative analysis was conducted using faculty notes, instructor interviews, and student feedback. Parenting lecture notes prioritize sexuality and cultural diversity education but encounter challenges in managing family stigma and aligning with parents. Psychology of Early Childhood Development notes include the phases of sexual development but overlook materials, methods, and media suitable for child sexuality education. Early Childhood Sexuality Education offers comprehensive knowledge, but lectures should emphasize case and project analysis. Challenges in implementing sexuality education include communication with children and differences in institutional priorities, while students face resource access issues that hinder sensitive fieldwork communication. To enhance sexual education, addressing challenges, leveraging program strengths, and fostering open dialogue with children through active listening and age-appropriate communication are essential.</p
Empowering Asynchronous Arabic Language Learning Through PDF Hyperlink Media
The migration to online learning has brought about several new problems. Poor signal quality, large Internet quotas, and device compatibility with learning applications are the most common complaints among students. Additionally, students’ poor self-directed learning skills, the excessive number of assignments given by teachers, and the use of monotonous teaching methods and media are also identified as issues. Therefore, the development of learning media that facilitate students’ learning processes and support their active engagement becomes crucial. This research aimed to develop PDF hyperlink learning media for online Arabic language learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 in Hulu Sungai Tengah District, South Kalimantan, Indonesia (MAN 4 HST). The research model used in this study is the 4D model, consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. In this research, layout and accessibility received good validation scores of 4.3, and the presentation of the contents received a good validation score of 4.2. Additionally, the Wilcoxon test results indicated that the use of PDF hyperlink media significantly influences learning outcomes and receives positive feedback from students. Thus, the use of PDF hyperlink media is recommended for educational institutions experiencing digital divides, as well as those implementing asynchronous learning
Empowering Learning: Elevating Arabic Writing Skill Proficiency Through Team Assisted Individualization for Grade X Students
The differences in Arabic language proficiency in MAN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah (HST) were attributed to students' diverse educational backgrounds and experiences. Students who received education in pesantren or boarding schools generally tend to exhibit better mastery of the Arabic language compared to those from MTs and SMP. This variability in proficiency posed a challenge for teachers in managing instruction and achieving the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (LOAC). This classroom action research employed the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) method to enhance students’ skills. The outcomes of cycle 1 reveal the class average scores for each LO as follows: LO1: 95, LO2: 82, and LO3: 68.25. It was known that students had not met the LOAC for LO3, which requires a minimum score of 70. Cycle 2 entails adjustments to the TAI method by incorporating comic media, sequential imagery, and the implementation of a reward system. The evaluation results for LO3 in cycle 2 showcase significant progress, with all students achieving or surpassing the LOAC. The average score increased from 68.25 to 79. By implementing adaptations involving rewards, comic media, and serial imagery, the Team Assisted Individualization method proved effective in enhancing skills of Grade X students at MAN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah
Digital Material EPUB Based to Understand Tarkib: Is Flipped Classroom Effective?
Flipped Classroom strategy is blended learning that build students learning autonomy. However, student learning outcomes in X IPA 2 class of MAN 4 HST on tarkib material is still below the passing grade. Arabic is important to be mastered for better understanding in Islamic teaching from its sources. This study aimed to see and compared the students learning outcomes between the flipped classroom strategy with epub digital book teaching material and traditional strategy. Experimental research was used with a non equivalent control group design and intact group. The experimental class was X IPA 2 which consisted of 26 students and the control class was X IPA 1 which consisted of 29 students. The data were collecting from pretest, treatment, and posttest on the control and experimental class. The results of this study was found out which there was significant difference in the acquisition of learning outcomes. The experimental class which used digital book had better average learning outcomes than the control class which used conventional strategies. The significance value asymp. Sig (2-tailed) was 0.200 which was higher than 0.05. So, there was a significant different from the results of the control and experimental class. This study also rejected that the flipped classroom strategy which was assisted with digital material which based on epub did not gain the significant result or better attitudes rather than the non-flipped classroom. This study contributed to enhancing the learning quality of Arabic in non-language class
Dakwah Partisipatoris Untuk Transformasi Sosial : Diskursus Manajemen Dakwah Dalam Perspektif Sosiologi-Pengetahuan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dakwah partisipatoris yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Nurul Haromain, kaitannya dengan pengembangan skill santri sebagai da’i dan pelaksanaannya di masyarakat dalam upaya mengubah tatanan sosial melalui Program Amal Bakti Santri. Berjenis penelitian studi lapangan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasilnya, Pondok Pesantren Nurul Haromain memiliki misi sebagai pesantren berbasis dakwah yang mengembangkan kompetensi da’i sebagai capaian pembelajarannya dan Program Amal Bakti Santri sebagai praktek pembelajaran dakwah sekaligus proses dakwah partisipatoris di masyarakat. Program ini dilakukan secara sistematis melalui strategi dan aplikasi fungsi manajemen serta memilliki implikasi berupa transformasi sosial yang terjadi dengan mendialogkan pengetahuan santri sebagai agen perubahan dan masyarakat, dengan harapan keberlanjutan dakwah juga dijaga dalam upaya mempertahankan tatanan sosial yang madani
