POKET PERIODONTAL PADA BURUH PEROKOK
Background. Periodontal disease is a disease of the tissues supporting the teeth. Clinical signs of periodontitis is the presence of gingival inflammation, swelling interdental papillae, formation of pocket / gingival pocket and gingival recession. The increase of periodontal disease prevalence in smokers caused by poor oral hygiene and late diagnosis.Method. Reseach objective was to prove the factors that related to periodontal pocket. Study design was cross-sectional. The study population were 85 labours of loading and unloading at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang, the collection of data through interviews and clinical observations. Data were analyzed by chi-square test with 95 % Confidence Interval and Prevalence Ratio were calculated. Results. The results showed all respondents have periodontal pocket with an average depth of pocket were 1.4 mm. The proportion of periodontal pocket depth more than 1.4 mm (50.6%) and less than 1.4 mm (49.4%) were almost comparable. Factors significantly associated with periodontal pocket were the duration of smoking (p-value 0.04, 95% CI = 1.037 to 5.941; PR = 2.482), oral hygiene (p-value 0.023, 95% CI = 1.143 - 13.311; PR = 3.9), and saliva buffer capacity (p-value 0.011, 95% CI = 1.283 to 7.984; PR = 3.2). Conclusion. Smoke have a greater risk of periodontal pocket, therefore smokers should be given health education on dental and oral health maintenance in the form of brushing and regular dental plaque cleaning (scaling). Smokers need to reduce the number of cigarettes that smoked or quit smoking
KEBERSIHAN ORGAN REPRODUKSI PADA PEREMPUAN PEDESAAN DI KELURAHAN POLAMAN KECAMATAN MIJEN SEMARANG
Background: Women have a susceptibility to transmission of sexually transmitted infections because of anatomical-biological condition of the female reproductive organs causing pelvic structure of women in a position to “hold†and the female reproductive organs are “entered intoâ€. Cleanliness of the reproductive organs become of vital importance to women in order to avoid reproductive tract infections and cervical cancer. In fact women always put their interests on the final sequence, in which increasingly scarce family resources led to a woman sacrifice their health at the expense of sacrificing time, energy, physical and material to support his family. This is particularly noticeable in rural women are always identified with low education, knowledge and skills. This study aims to describe the behavior of the female reproductive organ hygiene in the rural village of Polaman-Mijen Semarang city.Method: This research is qualitative exploration of research using a case study approach, where data collection is done through in-depth interviews to 10 women in the village. Triangulation of sources used for data validity: peers, parents and health cadres. Furthermore, the data analyzed by thematicResult: Most village women use betel soap to clean their reproductive organs, by the way from back to front, use sanitary napkins during menstruation production from the factory withan average frequency of replacement 2-3 times a day. In the selection of underwear, they have considered the comfortable and absorb perspiration. However, it turns out there are stillcomplaints of vaginal discharge, from which does not disturb until the disturbing comfort. In fact there are some village women who frequently experience vaginal discharge that causediscomfort (itching).Conclusion: The need for increased knowledge about reproductive health for rural women and their mothers, as the people closest to young people through the use of media that is often used by those.Keywords: hygiene, reproductive organ, Woma
Ability To Pay Dan Willingness To Pay Iuran BPJS Kesehatan Pada Pedagang Pasar Bulu Semarang Di Era Pandemi
Market traders were included in the informal workers with the second largest proportion of 3.31 million people. The purpose of this study was to calculate the ability to pay and willingness to pay fur market traders for BPJS Health contributions during the pandemic. This type of research was descriptive through quantitative methods, there are 96 respondents to the fur market traders who were registered in the PBPU segment. Subjects were determined using Systematic Random Sampling. The results showed that most of the respondents' household income per month was classified as medium which was in the interval ? IDR 2.067.295,00 to ? IDR 5.168.237,00. The average total expenditure of household respondents was IDR 3.668.339,00. The biggest type of expenditure was non-food expenditure with an average total expenditure of IDR 1.756.523.00. The real amount of Ability To Pay (ATP) for Fur Market traders had an average value of IDR 84.792,00 per person per month. Most of the respondents (88.5%) were able to pay BPJS Health contributions. There were 11 respondents unable to pay BPJS Health contributions. Calculation of the estimated average Willingness To Pay (WTP) obtained was IDR 26.411.00. The researcher's suggestion is for BPJS Health to collaborate with the UPTD Semarang City market in the BPJS Health socialization program in order to increase the knowledge and awareness of traders about the importance of health insurance
KAJIAN INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT (IKM) PUSKESMAS MIROTO KECAMATAN SEMARANG TENGAH KOTA SEMARANG
Latar Belakang : Indek Pembagunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan patokan penting dalam menentukan posisi daya saing suatu bangsa yang bisa dipengaruhi oleh bidang Kesehatan. Peningkatan IPM memerlukan peningkatan mutu layanan sarana kesehatan, sehingga Pemerintah menerapkan dasar acuan dalam mengevaluasi mutu layanan publik khususnya bidang kesehatan menggunakan Indek Kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui indek kepuasan masyarakat atas layanan kesehatan pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Miroto Kota Semarang.Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif secara cross sectional dengan sampel 286 responden dipilih secara acak. Penilaian terhadap 9 unsur layanan berdasar Permenpan & RB dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala linkert yang dibagikan pada bulan Oktober 2021. Analisis deskriptif untuk menghitung Nilai Persepsi, Nilai Interval Konversi, Mutu Pelayanan dan Kinerja Unit Pelayanan.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai indek rata-rata sebesar 2,84, nilai skor 71,56 dengan mutu pelayanan B dan Kinerja Unit Pelayanan kategori Baik.Simpulan : Dari Sembilan unsur penilaian, nilai terendah terdapat pada pelayanan yang tersedia dan berkesinambungan, keinginan masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Persepsi Mahasiswa FKES UDINUS terkait Hoax Covid-19
Hoax news or information relating to Covid-19 affects the obstruction of efforts to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive study because it provides an overview or description of students' perceptions in news related to the covid-19 hoax. The results that obtained information from this study were 208 respondents or 54% of the total respondents considered hoaxes as information with no known truth, 168 respondents or 44% revealed that hoaxes related to Covid-19 were most often found or said to be hoaxes as a global elite conspiracy, 223 respondents or 58% of the total respondents received hoaxes related to Covid-19 through writing and pictures, 162 respondents or 42% of the total respondents considered that steps that could be taken to overcome the spread of hoaxes related to Covid-19 were cross-checking or clarifying first , 317 respondents or 83% thought that each party was responsible for overcoming the spread of hoaxes related to Covid-19 and 150 respondents or 39% of the total analysis that information on social media had a negative influence. The conclusion in this study is that health hoaxes can not only cause disputes like political hoaxes, but can also cause the loss of a person's life. Digital literacy skills will be able to provide hoax. Critical and analytical thinking is also an asset to prevent the spread of covid-19 related to hoaxes

FEASIBILITY STUDY OF SRIKANDI CLINIC DEVELOPMENT, SEMARANG - CENTRAL JAVA BASE ON SWOT AND SATISFACTION ANALYSIS
Objective: The Primary Srikandi Clinic is a first-class health service unit that serves the community in the West Semarang. Business development health service, a feasibility study is needed so that it has a policy direction and business development.
Method: The research data was obtained based on secondary data, library studies, and direct observation as descriptive. The study was conducted in the West Semarang sub-district and patients at the Srikandi Clinic in April to May 2019 with 80 respondents. Research
Results: Based on the land and market suitability analysis, the Srikandi Clinic is in a very strategic location. The location of the clinic is in accordance with the Semarang City Spatial Plan and Regional Area. Based on the analysis of patient visits, the trend of patient visits at the Srikandi Clinic is increasing, while based on the analysis of the utilization of health insurance; patients at the Srikandi Clinic have a tendency to switch aid services for the poor to non-beneficiaries. The SWOT analysis for the Srikandi Clinic is a growth-oriented strategy with a strength-opportunity strategy. The Srikandi strategy approach of the clinical satisfaction analysis based on the tangible aspect parameters with the category was very satisfied with the highest score on the aspect of physician appearance 82.1%. The responsiveness level with the highest score was 94.6% in the very satisfied category, in the aspect of officer alertness in listening to patients the complaints aspect and the reliability of the highest score of 92.9% in the categorization was very satisfied.
Conclusion: Srikandi Clinic can be upgraded to a type C hospital or main clinic based on Indonesian health regulation

ABSTRAK Sucipto, Sri. 2015. Tinjauan Keterlambatan Pengurusan Klaim Asuransi Swasta Pasien Rawat Inap Di RSUP Dr.Kariadi Semarang Tahun 2015. . Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Agus Perry Kusuma, M. Kes. RSUP Dr.Kariadi Semarang bekerjasama dengan pihak dari asuransi swasta dalam hal klaim pembayaran baik itu untuk pasien rawat inap maupun pasien rawat jalan. Berdasarkan pengakuan pihak pasien rawat inap pengguna asuransi swasta bahwa sudah 7 hari lebih menunggu dalam pengurusan klaim asuransi swasta di RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang, dimana pada Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) tentang pengurusan persyaratan tersebut adalah 5 hari. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi keterlambatan pengurusan klaim asuransi swasta pasien rawat inap di RSUP Dr.Kariadi Semarang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara, Obyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 1 petugas Tata Usaha yang mengurusi asuransi dan 4 petugas Rekam Medis dibagian asuransi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat 3 penyebab pengurusan yang terlalu lama. Pertama, masalah pencarian Dokumen Rekam medis yang terkadang sulit untuk dilacak dikarenakan Dokumen Rekam Medis tersebut masih digunakan unit lain. Kedua, DPJP (Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pasien) yang sulit untuk dicari karena DPJP tidak hanya jaga di RSUP Dr.Kariadi tetapi juga di rumah sakit yang lain, yang menyebabkan formulir klaim yang sudah siap dan selesai dalam pengisiannya hanya tinggal meminta tanda tangan DPJP menjadi lama dalam proses pengurusannya. Ketiga, apabila dari pihak asuransi meminta persyaratan lainnya maka prosedur pengurusannya mulai dari awal dan menjadikan pihak klien harus mengurusi lagi dari awal untuk mendapatkan kekurangan persyaratan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SPO yang ada sebenarnya sudah baik hanya pembenahan terhadap mekanisme pengisian formulir dari pihak asuransi dan kendala terhadap persoalan proses mekanisme permintaan tanda tangan DPJP
