AN ANALYSIS OF SHERLY ANNAVITA ILLOCUTIONARY ACT VIDEO IN YOUTUBE CHANNEL
This research is an analysis of Sherly Annavita illocutionary speech acts on a video on her YouTube channel. The purpose of this study is to describe the types and functions of illocutionary speech acts expressed by Sherly Annavita on her YouTube channel. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this study. This research also describes the illocutionary speech acts that are the most widely used and the least used. The author collects the necessary data sources by observing a video of Sherly Annavita on her YouTube channel, then the author notes the important information that is obtained and puts it in written form. After the author makes observations and obtains the data, then the writer classifies the data based on the type of illocutionary speech act. In the results of this study the authors analyzed all types of illocutionary speech acts and in this study showed that there was five illocutionary speech acts used in Sherly Annavita video in her video, namely representative, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative. From the research results, it can be concluded that Sherly Annavita uses 27 utterances with a representative percentage of 59.25%, directive 14.81%, commissive 14.81%, commissive 3.7%, and declarative 7.4%. The result of the percentage shows that the representative is the type of illocution that is most widely used, in other words, Sherly Annavita makes many statements so that someone is motivated to make changes. Keywords: YouTube; Pragmatic; Speech Act; Illocutionar
Analisis Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Vlog Q&A Sesi 3 Pada Kanal Youtube Sherly Annavita Rahmi
Vlog (video blogging) adalah bentuk kegiatan blogging dengan menggunakan media vlog yang merepresentasikan personalitas dan biasanya membahas, menceritakan, atau mendiskusikan tentang konten-konten tertentu. Selain menjadi sarana hiburan, video blog juga memberikan pengetahuan bagi para penikmatnya. Salah satu vlog mengadung banyak pengetahuan adalah Vlog Q&A sesi 3 milik Sherly Annavita Rahmi di media sosial Youtube. Perlu diketahui bahwa jenis vlog yang sering diunggah dalam kanal youtube tersebut adalah vlog motivasi, Question & Answers (Q&A), serta opini penutur terhadap berbagai isu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ragam tindak tutur ilokusi yang ada pada Vlog Q&A sesi 3. Pendekatan penelitian ini berupa pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis menggunakan metode observasi dengan mengunduh video blog, kemudian menggunakan teknik pencatatan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis data dilakukan melalui transkripsi, analisis terjemahan dan interpretasi, kemudian dibuat kesimpulan tentang jenis tindak tutur ilokusi yang digunakan penutur dalam Vlog Q&A sesi 3. Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan yang disampaikan oleh pemilik akun kanal youtube Sherly Annavita Rahmi. Dari hasil analisis data, ditemukan terdapat lima jenis tindak tutur ilokusi yang dipakai penutur, diantaranya yaitu : (1) tindak tutur asertif menyatakan, menunjukan, menyatakan pendapat, berspekulasi, dan menyebutkan; (2) direktif memerintah, meminta, menyarankan, mengajak, menyuruh, dan mendesak; (3) ekspresif mengucapkan terima kasih, mengkritik, dan mengucapkan selamat; (4) komisif menawarkan dan (5) deklaratif memutuskan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan jenis dan makna tuturan ilokusi dalam vlog yang akan berguna untuk referensi dalam kehidupan.Vlog (video blogging) is a form of blogging activity using vlog medium which represents personality and usually discusses, tells, or discusses about certain content. Besides being entertainment, video blogging also provide knowledge for the audience. One of the vlog that is full of knowledge is the vlog "Q&A Session 3" contained on Sherly Annavita Rahmi's channel on social media Youtube. Please note that the types of vlogs that are often uploaded in the YouTube channel are motivational vlogs, Question & Answers (Q&A), and speakers' opinions on various issues. This study aims to describe the range of illocutionary speech acts that exist in the V&A Q&A Session 3. The research approach is a qualitative descriptive approach. At the stage of data collection, the authors use the observation of referring to downloading vlogs first, and followed by the note taking technique. The author uses the method of referring to downloading vlogs and continued with note taking techniques to collect data. Data analysis was performed by transcription, translation analysis and interpretation, then making conclusions about the types of illocutionary speech acts used by speakers in the V&A Q&A Session 3. The research data is in the form of utterances delivered by Sherly Annavita Rahmi's youtube channel account owner. Based on the data analysis, there are five types of speech acts of are (1) asertive speech acts, including stating, speculating, and mentioning; (2) directive ordering, giving cue, suggesting, and urging; (3) expressive thank you, criticize, and congratulations; (4) commisives, includes offer; and (5) Declarative, including deciding. Studi Perbedaan Prestasi Belajar Antara Anak Sulung, Anak Tengah Dan Anak Bungsu Ditinjau Dari Motif Berprestasi Pada Siswa Kelas II SMAK ST. Agnes Surabaya
Masa remaja merupakan masa bagi remaja lebih banyak menghadapi masalah yang harus diatasi. Misalnya, prestasi sekolah tidak stabil akibat konsentrasi belajar terganggu. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar diantaranya inteligensi dan motivasi. Motivasi merupakan unsur.yang penting dalam hubun-gan dengan prestasi. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan motif berprestasi individu antara lain pola asuh, urutan kelahiran dan lain-lain. Peranan sta-tus anak atau urutan kelahiran dalam keluarga dikatakan bahwa kepribadian masing-masing anak ber-beda-beda dan memiliki motif ber-prestasi yang berbeda pula. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SMAK St. Agnes Surabaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah "purposive sampling". Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II St. Agnes Surabaya yang berusia 16 -17 tahun dan didapatkan sampel 207 orang. Pengum~ulan data yang digunakan adalah angket untuk nengungkap motif berprestasi, tes CFIT skala 3 untuk mengungkap inteligensi, angket identitas untuk mengungkap urutan kelahiran dan usia, serta dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data prestasi belajar. Pengujian hipo-tesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kovar-ian dua jalur satu kovariabel. Haiil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbe-daan.prestasi belajar yang cukup meyakinkan antara anak sulung, anak tengah dan anak bungsu (F=2.078 ; p=0.126). Ada perbedaan prestasi belajar yang meyakinkan antara siswa yang memiliki motif ber-prestasi tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki motif ber-prestasi cukup (F=3.891 j p=0.047). Ada perbedaan prestasi belajar yang cukup meyakinkan antara anak sulung dan anak tengah (t= -1.933 ; p= 0.052). Tidak ada perbedaan prestasi belajar antara anak sulung dan anak bungsu (t= -0.381 ; p= 0.705). Ada perbedaan prestasi belajar yang cukup meyakinkan antara anak tengah dan anak bungsu (t= 1.551 j p= 0.118)

Perlindungan Pelaku Usaha Atas Tindakan Hit and Run Dalam Sistem Pre-order (po) Oleh Konsumen Pada Mini Konveksi Sherly Di Pekanbaru
In Civil Law, the rules discussed are about the relationship between legal subjects. Civil Law discusses the rights and obligations of each individual in a contract or agreement. In a Pre-Order agreement, the principles inherent in this legal act are the fundamental principles in an agreement consisting of at least 4 principles for making an agreement, namely the principle of consensualism, the principle of freedom of contract, the principle of binding as a law, and the principle of personality. In the context of this study, the author analyzed the Pre-order agreement between the Mini Konveksi Sherly business actor and the consumer with the initials AR. In the implementation of the Pre-order agreement between the business actor and the consumer, it was only done through the WhatsApp chat room and verbally without using a draft agreement. The problem that occurred in the Pre-order agreement was that the consumer ordered a collective association's clothes from the producer and there was a Hit and Run act where the consumer did not come back to pick up the goods that had been ordered and the settlement money was not paid according to the payment date in the previous agreement. The main problem of this study is How is the Legal Protection for Business Actors for Hit and Run Actions in the Pre-Order (PO) System by Consumers at Mini Konveksi Sherly in Pekanbaru and What are the Barriers to Business Actors' Protection in the Pre-Order System at Mini Konveksi Sherly in Pekanbaru. The research method used in this study is Empirical Research. This empirical method is accurate and easy to collect data, and aims to collect information and understand all ongoing activities as research objects. The nature of the research used is Descriptive Analytical, because it only sees not analyzes and only finds the problem. Descriptive research aims to solve existing problem solutions based on data. From the research results, the factors that hinder legal protection for business actors are because agreements are often made via short messages that are easily lost or deleted, consumers use fake identities so that they are difficult to track, the legal process can take a long time and require quite a lot of money, existing laws tend to be general and do not specifically regulate pre-order transactions, the cost of taking legal action is often an obstacle for business actors, especially for small businesses. Several relevant articles in the Civil Code in protecting the rights of business actors in hit and run cases in the Pre-Order (PO) system include Article 1338 of the Civil Code, Article 1243 of the Civil Code, Article 1266 of the Civil Code. Before taking the litigation route, there are non-litigation solutions, namely Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration
THE ROLE OF CIVIL SOCIETY IN POST-APARTHEID DEFENCE
MM - P&DMThe mid-1970s South Africa saw the emergence of movements opposing
apartheid policies. The composition of these movements have varied from
individuals coming together in pursuit of basic social rights to the more complex
formations seeking a complete overhaul of all apartheid machinery which would
translate into democracy. These movements or formations together with a host of
others became known as civil society in the post-apartheid South Africa.
The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of South African civil
society in post-apartheid defence policy-making. It sought to achieve this by
analysing previous and current trends followed by government in the defence
policy-making processes. In particular, it focused on government’s engagement
of civil society in defence policy-making processes, periodised as (i) the
development and adoption of the White Paper on Defence (1996), (ii) Defence
Review (1998) and briefly touches on the current policy review known as (iii) the
Defence Update (2004).
Case study materials were gathered by means of primary and secondary data
collection methods where the former utilised semi-structured interviews with key
individuals involved in defence policy-making processes. Much has been
published about the first two cases and secondary data was collected from
available literature on the subject.
The examination of civil society participation in defence policy shows that South
African civil society has made significant progress in penetrating and engaging
the government in processes previously perceived as the reserve of the elite. The
1990 to 1998 period experienced unprecedented political fluidity, where civil
society made an impact in influencing policy outcomes. However, the findings
identified a trend in a review currently being carried out by the Department of
Defence (DOD) where there has been a notable reduction of civil society
participation, and very little being revealed about it.

The study concludes that civil society is an important player in the
democratisation project and the Ministry of Defence needs to ensure that civil
society remains a player in policy making by strengthening its involvement in this
process.
One of the key recommendations is that both the Ministry and civil society
establish parameters for the latter’s participation in policy processes, with a view
to establishing of a forum comprised of all key actors in the sector i.e. policy
makers, academics, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), research
institutions etc. to facilitate dialogue on policy issue

يعتبر دافع المعلم في التعليم العالي واحد من الحلول لحل مشاكل التنمية الاجتماعية للطلاب الإعاقات. لذلك، يتعين المعلم أن يكون لديه دافع كبير لحل المشكلة. تدفيع المعلم الجيد والعال له تأثير هائل في مساعدة وتطوير قدرات الطلاب الإعاقات حتى يتمكنوا حرية التفكير والشعور والتحدث والعمل والتصرف بثقة كاملة في كل عمل وسلوك في حياتهم اليومية.
الاهداف البحث فهي: لوصف (1) دافع تعلم المعلم للطلاب الإعاقات في في المدرسة الإبتدائية الاستثنائية جومبانج، (2) العوامل التي تؤثر على عالية منخفضة لدافع علم المعلم للطلاب الإعاقات في في المدرسة الإبتدائية الاستثنائية جومبانج. (3) الأثر لدافع علم المعلم على دافعية التعلم للطلاب الإعاقات في في المدرسة الإبتدائية الاستثنائية جومبانج
قد اجري هذا البحث في المدرسة الإبتدائية الاستثنائية (SDLB) المحمدية جومبانج باستخدام منهج بحث نوعي بنوع البحث النوعي الوصفي. كانت تقنيات جمع البيانات في هذا البحث الملاحظة والمقابلات والوثائق. وتقنيات تحليل البيانات هي تخفيض البيانات، وتعريض البيانات ، والاستنتاج.
دلت نتائج هذا البحث أن (1) دافع تعلم المعلم هو مرتفع. وتجلى في موقف المعلم الذي يتضمن صعوبات في تواجه الصمود ولاتيئسو منه ، والتفكير الإيجابي، وخلق جو التعلم المتنوع ويثير حماس الطلاب ليكونوا أكثر نشاطًا في التعلم. (2) العوامل التي تؤثر على الدوافع العالية هي خبرة المعلم ، ودعم الأسرة ، ودعم مدير المدرسة كقائد ومرافق المدرسة. والعوامل التي تؤثر على الدوافع المنخفضة هي بيئة العمل المواتي احيانا، مشاكل شخصية المعلم، وقيود الطلاب التي تثير مشاعر المعلم احيانا. (3) تأثير دافع المعلم هو قوي جدا، أي المتزايد الاهتمام بتعلم الطلاب النشاط و يقترب الطلاب مع المدرس لأنهم يشعرون بالرعاية، ويشجعون لان يذهبوا إلى المدرسة بنشاط
ABSTRACT
The high teacher motivation is considered to be one of the solutions to solve social development problems of students with disabilities. Therefore, the teacher is required to have great motivation to solve the problems. A good and high teacher motivation have a tremendous influence in helping and developing the competence of students with disabilities, so that they are able to have the freedom to think, feel, speak, and act and be confident with full responsibility in every action and behavior of their daily lives
The purposes of the research are to describe (1) teacher’s motivation on disability students at special need primary school (SDLB) Muhammadiyah Jombang, (2) the factors that influence high and low of teacher’s motivation on disability students at special need primary school (SDLB) Muhammadiyah Jombang, (3) the impacts of teacher’s motivation on learning motivation disability students at special need primary school (SDLB) Muhammadiyah Jombang.
The research was carried out in SDLB Muhammadiyah of Jombang by using a qualitative research approach with the type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
The results of the research indicated that (1) the teacher teaching motivation is fairly high. This is evidenced by the attitude of the teacher which includes resilient in facing difficulties, undiscouraged, positive thinking, creating vary learning atmosphere and arouses the enthusiasm of students to be more active in learning. (2) the factors that influence the high motivation of the teacher teaching motivation on the students with disabilities at Muhammadiyah Extraordinary Elementary School (SDLB) of Jombang, namely teacher experience, family support, the support from the principal as the leader and the facilities of the school. The factors that influence the low motivation of teacher are the work environment which is not conducive sometimes, the teacher's personal problems, and the limitations of students which sometimes provoke the emotions of the teacher. (3) The impacts of teacher teaching motivation on the learning motivation of students with disabilities at Muhammadiyah Extraordinary Elementary School (SDLB) of Jombang are very strong, namely growing in active student learning interest and approaching the students with teacher because they feel to be cared for, and encouraging in going to the school diligently.

Motivasi guru dalam mengajar yang tinggi dianggap menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah perkembangan sosial siswa disabilitas. Oleh karena itu, guru dituntut memiliki motivasi yang besar untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Motivasi guru yang baik dan tinggi memiliki pengaruh luar biasa dalam membantu dan mengembangkan kompetensi siswa disabilitas sehingga mampu memiliki kemerdekaan berpikir, merasa, berbicara, dan bertindak serta percaya diri dengan penuh rasa tanggung jawab dalam setiap tindakan dan perilaku kehidupannya sehari-hari
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan (1) motivasi mengajar guru pada siswa disabilitas di SDLB Muhammadiyah Jombang, (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya motivasi mengajar guru pada siswa disabilitas di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Jombang (3) dampak motivasi mengajar guru pada motivasi belajar siswa disabilitas di di SDLB Muhammadiyah Jombang
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDLB Muhammadiyah Jombang menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi mengajar guru pada siswa disabilitas di SDLB Muhammadiyah Jombang terbilang tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sikap guru yang meliputi ulet menghadapi kesulitan tidak mudah putus asa, berpikiran positif, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang berfariasi dan membangkitkan semangat siswa untuk lebih giat belajar. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingginya Motivasi mengajar guru pada siswa disabilitas di SDLB Muhammadiyah Jombang yaitu pengalaman guru, dukungan keluarga, dukungan kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya motivasi guru yaitu lingkungan kerja yang kadang tidak kondusif, masalah pribadi guru, dan keterbatasan siswa yang kadang memancing emosi guru. (3) Dampak motivasi mengajar guru pada motivasi belajar siswa disabilitas di SDLB Muhammdiyah Jombang sangat kuat, yakni menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa yang semakin giat dan semakin mendekatnya siswa dengan guru karena mereka merasa diperhatikan, dan mendorong untuk rajin ke sekolah
