Trainz Loco Tour Cepu. Berbagai cerita mitos hantu yang muncul sebagian besar
adalah hantu perempuan. Cerita-cerita yang berhubungan dengan hantu sering
disebut dengan mitos, yang terdiri atas kejadian-kejadian luar biasa dan sulit
diatasi oleh pengalaman manusia sehari-hari. Pengerjaan karya ini mempelajari
dan meneliti lebih lanjut cara sebuah foto konseptual dari pra-produksi, produksi,
hingga pasca-produksi

No full textABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik penulisan karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan ekstrakurikuler KIR SMPN 3 Malang. Karakteristik yang diteliti adalah pola pengembangan gagasan dan kesalahan kalimat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan tabel analisis sebagai pedoman pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karya tulis siswa SMPN 3 Malang menggunakan pengembangan gagasan pola masalah dan pemecahannya, pendapat dan alasan, kronologi, dan pemecah topik. Kesalahan kalimat yang ditemukan adalah kalimat tidak bersubjek, kalimat buntung, kalimat ambigu, penghilangan konjungsi, konjungsi perlebihan, penggunaan istilah asing, dan penggunaan kata tanya tidak perlu
The Application of Quick Response (QR) Code Technology for Library Services at the Medan City Library And Archives Service

Quick Response code technology for its services.
Objective: The aim of this final project was to determine the implementation of
the Quick Response Code for services at the The Medan City Library and
Archives Service, the challenges faced during the implementation process, and
the efforts made to overcome these challenges.
Method: The data collection methods used by the author in writing this final
project were observation, interviews, document studies, and documentation.
Results: The results of this final project showed the application of the Quick
Response Code at The Medan City Library and Archives Service, specifically in
the form of guest book entry and access to standard operating procedure
documents for the library.
Conclusion: There are three challenges faced, the first being that not all visitors'
smartphones can scan the Quick Response Code using just the camera, requiring
the download of a Quick Response Code reader or scanner app. Some visitors
do not have smartphones, and the server occasionally encounters errors. The
implementation of the Quick Response Code for services at the Library and
Archives Service of Medan City has been running well, but it is still limited to
guest book entry and access to standard operating procedure documents for the

B-Cell Conserved Epitope Screening and In Silico Cloning of Envelope Glycoprotein from Ebola Virus (EBOV) For Vaccine Candidate Construction
Get PDFEbola virus (EBOV) is a type of RNA virus from the family of Filoviridae. The 2014-2016 Ebola outbreak in African countries Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone has a total of 28,616 cases and 11,310 deaths. People suffering from Ebola disease reported to have symptoms such as fever, body aches, diarrhea and internal and external bleeding. Death from Ebola is mostly caused by multi-organ failure due to internal bleeding and fluid loss. Another Ebola outbreak has spiked this February 2021, suggesting low effectivity of the previous vaccines used. Zaire Ebola virus (EBOV) is known to be the species highly involved on the recent outbreak with a high mortality rate. This study is carried out to design B-cell epitope Ebola vaccine based on the conserved region of Zaire EBOV glycoprotein. Reverse vaccinology and immunoinformatic approaches are used in this study. Samples of Zaire EBOV glycoprotein sequences were retrieved from GenBank, NCBI. The 3D modelling was done by using SWISS-MODEL web server and PyMol software. Phylogenetic tree analysis was also done by using MEGA X. B-cell epitope prediction was done by BepiPred 2.0 and Emini Surface Accessibility using IEDB web server. Epitopes were selected based on its conservancy by comparing the sequences with the MEGA X alignment result. Antigenicity, allergenicity and toxicity properties of the peptides were predicted using VaxiJen 2.0, AllerTOP 2.0 and ToxinPred web servers. In silico cloning was done as the final step using pET-24a(+) expression vector. This study revealed that peptide “LEIKKPD”, “TGFGTNETEYLF”, “PYFGPAA”, “PYFGPA”, and “KLSSTNQL” are the best candidate of B-cell epitope vaccine. Phylogenetic tree and 3D modelling successfully showed the genetic and structural differences of Zaire EBOV GP originating from various countries. In silico cloning was also done using pET28a(+) expression vector to design clone vector map to be used for the next phase of vaccine development

Hal ini yang menjadi landasan pelaksanaan Program Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Siswa/i SDN Teluk Tewah Melalui Pengajaran dan Pembuatan Pojok Literasi Dalam Mendukung Sdgs Desa (Pendidikan Desa Berkualitas). Pojok Literasi berguna untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa/i SDN Teluk Tewah agar mutu pendidikan di SDN Teluk Tewah terus meningkat. Selain menyediakan kotak pojok literasi dilaksanakan juga pengajaran kepada siswa/i SDN Teluk Tewah yang dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, Rabu, dan Jumat. Capaian keberhasilan program didukung oleh partisipatif aktif warga sekolah dan juga sebagai bentuk penambahan fasilitas sekolah. Dengan berjalannya program ini, dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa/i untuk mendalami wawasan melalui buku dan memberikan bantuan tenaga kerja pengajar di SDN Teluk Tewa
