No full textThe author uses a type of qualitative research with an empirical juridical approach that refers to field data as primary data and literature as secondary data. The results of the study, Parijoto syrup sold by CV. Alammu has met food standards (labeling) according to the provisions of Article 97 paragraph (3) of Law no. 18 of 2012 concerning food. In addition, it is also correlated with Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection so that the products analyzed can provide consumer rights through the obligations of business actors. If the business actor violates the provisions that have been applied in Law no. 8 of 1999, administrative or criminal sanctions may be imposed.s.

Ringkasan
Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris yang mengacu pada data lapangan sebagai data primer dan literatur sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian, sirup parijoto yang dijual CV. Alammu telah memenuhi standar pangan (labeling) sesuai ketentuan Pasal 97 ayat (3) UU No. 18 Tahun 2012 tentang pangan. Selain itu, juga berkorelasi dengan UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen agar produk yang dianalisis dapat memberikan hak konsumen melalui kewajiban pelaku usaha. Apabila pelaku usaha melanggar ketentuan yang telah diterapkan dalam UU No. 8 Tahun 1999, dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif atau pidana.

Analysis classification opinion of policy government announces cabinet reshuffle on YouTube comments using 1D convolutional neural networks
No full textYouTube social media has been equipped with a comment column facility so that viewers can comment on YouTube video information in the form of comments or opinions that lead to likes, dislikes, and neutrality. With the increase in the number of viewers, there were also more comments on various writing kinds, both symbolic and numeric. The author wants to take these comments into useful information using sentiment analysis using the 1D Convolutional Neural Networks method. From the results of this study, classification can be done very well with the CNN model and accuracy by using variations of epoch 10, 30, 150, and 300 with the best results of 100%, loss: 1.6%. This study also compared the classification reports for precision, f1-score recall, and accuracy with the Naïve Bayes 93% and CNN methods, with an accuracy of 96%
Pelatihan dan Pengabdian Pembuatan Mochi sebagai Upaya Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa
No full textDesa Banjar Kemuning memiliki potensi sumber daya laut yang melimpah namun belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga diperlukan diversifikasi produk berbasis lokal. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembuatan kue mochi, yang melibatkan 40 ibu rumah tangga dari kelompok PKK dengan metode demonstrasi dan praktik langsung. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat mochi berkualitas baik, sekaligus meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kecil berbasis lokal. Inovasi ini memberikan perspektif baru dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal sebagai langkah pemberdayaan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan. Implikasi program ini mencakup pengembangan produk, strategi pemasaran, dan pembentukan kelompok usaha untuk mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi masyarakat.
Banjar Kemuning Village has abundant marine resource potential but has not been fully optimized to improve the community\u27s economy, so local-based product diversification is needed. This community service aims to empower the community through making mochi cakes, involving 40 housewives from the PKK group with demonstration and direct practice methods. The results of the community service showed an increase in participants\u27 skills in making good quality mochi while increasing community interest in developing locally based small businesses. This innovation provides a new perspective in utilizing local resources to empower the village economy sustainably. The implications of this program include product development, marketing strategies, and the formation of business groups to support the sustainability of the community\u27s economy
