THE ADOPTION OF OWN CHOICE AND THE ASPECT OF TRANSLATION METAPHYSICAL COMPONENT
Full text linkAn attempt to find out the conditions of mastering one's own freedom through a choice leads to the concretization of a thinking situation itself. Indeed, we are not always ready to choose. The latter appears in different ways: as an instant flash, as a long agonizing process, suffering, as an indifferent, spontaneous pressing of the corresponding "right" keys. The issues inevitably arise in connection with a choice subjectification1 and objectification. The irony is that reality does not tolerate a delay almost always. It is merciless to our attempts to make an unnamed decision. This solution must have an "author". He can not neglect his identity. I.e., a choice should coincide with the most diverse components of human nature and random meanings and accents up to the mystical movement of a soul. But the genuine "authorship" of choice does not mean that it is shared and agreed by us. There are some solutions taken in spite of. Should this be considered as the will of a subject

Analisis kualitas website Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 dan Importance – Performance Analysis (IPA)
Full text linkThe need for data usage in today's era is growing along with the growing interest of researchers and students in doing their assignments. One website that provides reliable statistical data is the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The data searching process requires more time and accuracy. Therefore, the appearance and quality level of a website is considered important factors. A website that is easy for users to understand will greatly help the data search process to be more effective. In this study, the author used WebQual 4.0 and IPA methods by taking researchers who have used the BPS website as this research respondents. Data is collected using online surveys and interview techniques. This study aims to determine the importance level score and the level of performance in the Usability, Information Quality, and Service Quality factors on the BPS website and also map the results of data retrieval into the Cartesian quadrant.Kebutuhan akan penggunaan data di era ini semakin berkembang seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya minat peneliti dan mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Salah satu website yang menyediakan data statistik terpercaya adalah Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Proses pencarian data membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu dan akurasi. Oleh karena itu, tampilan dan tingkat kualitas sebuah situs web dianggap sebagai faktor penting. Website yang mudah dipahami pengguna akan sangat membantu proses pencarian data menjadi lebih efektif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 dan IPA dengan mengambil peneliti yang pernah menggunakan website BPS sebagai responden penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei online dan teknik wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui skor tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja pada faktor Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Quality pada website BPS serta memetakan hasil temu kembali data ke dalam kuadran Cartesian.  
Social and Psychological Features of Crime Groupings
Full text linkThe article reveals the potential of implementation of different theories in the process of creation of the complex methodology of the research of social and pedagogical features of the members of teenager-youth street crime groupings (gangs). The author creates the design of indicative model allowing to notice the condition of social and adaptive potential of the personality of teenage youth: motivation for behavior and actions, reflexive abilities, value- meaning sphere and the level of the behaviour aggression. The author concludes that there is a necessity to determine subjective potential of the teenage youth personality, who are the members of gangs for designing the system of preventive measures against involvement them in the gangs and further successful social adaptation and socialization after quitting the gang. The author concludes that the obtained data can be the basis for the development of preventive measures in the process of working with the teenagers from the risk group.El artículo revela el potencial de implementación de diferentes teorías en el proceso de creación
de la compleja metodología de investigación de las características sociales y pedagógicas de los
integrantes de agrupaciones (pandillas) de delincuencia callejera adolescente-juvenil. El autor
crea el diseño de modelo indicativo que permite advertir la condición de potencial social y
adaptativo de la personalidad de la juventud adolescente: motivación para comportamientos y
acciones, habilidades reflexivas, ámbito de valor-significado y nivel de la conducta agresiva. El
autor concluye que existe la necesidad de determinar el potencial subjetivo de la personalidad de
los jóvenes adolescentes, que son los integrantes de las pandillas, para diseñar el sistema de
medidas preventivas contra su participación en las pandillas y una mayor adaptación social y
socialización exitosa después de dejar la pandilla. El autor concluye que los datos obtenidos
pueden ser la base para el desarrollo de medidas preventivas en el proceso de trabajo con los
adolescentes del grupo de riesgo
