ir a l Azab merupakan salah satu karya Syekh Muhammad Al Azab
yang banyak dilantukan oleh masyarakat khususnya Indonesia. Al Azab b erisikan
bait yang berjumlah 138 yang berisi doa dan pujian dan juga pemaparan singkat
kisah Nabi Muhammad SAW. Tentunya, setiap karya sastra memiliki ciri khas
kebahasaan yang digunakannya, begitu juga dengan al Azab. Al Azab memiliki
keunikan yang terdapat pada huruf akhir rawi yakni selalu menggunakan huruf dal
dan berharakat fathah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori stilistika yang
mengungkap keseluruhan syi ir al Azab baik dari huruf, kata maupun kalimat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian
library re seacrh . Dengan
menggunakan teori s tilistika dalam bukunya Abdul Salam al Masadi, ditemukan
tingkatan yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu, pemilihan atau seleksi dan perpindahan.
Ranah pemilihan atau seleksi yang digunakan pengarang terdapat level level yaitu
fonologi, kata dan kal imat. Yang pertama melalui level fonologi yang meliputi
huruf rawi dalam arudhnya terdiri dari bebera pa huruf yang dapat diketahui
penggunaan huruf ha paking banyak, sedangkan huruf rawi dalam dharabnya hanya
satu huruf yaitu dal. L evel fonologi dalam al azab juga terdiri dari jinas, yang
terbagi menjadi jinas tam dan ghairu tam. Kedua dari level kata yang meliputi
makna leksikal dan dari level kalimat yang meliputi uslub al amri, uslub al
isti fham, dan uslub an nida ’’. Sedangkan dal am ranah perpindahan linguistik
mengungkapkan level sintaksis dan semantik. Level sintaksis yang meliputi taqdim
dan ta khir serta iltifat . Adapun level semantik yang meliputi tasybih, isti’arah, al-taraduf dan al-mutado
REDOX CHEMISTRY OF SUPEROXIDE-DISMUTASE - CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY OF WILD-TYPE ENZYMES AND MUTANTS ON FUNCTIONALLY RELEVANT RESIDUES
No full textThe reduction potential of human cuprozinc superoxide dismutase and of several of its functionally relevant mutants have been measured through cyclic voltammetry. The reduction potential of the bovine enzyme has been also measured and compared with literature values. The human enzyme has a slightly higher redox potential than the bovine isoenzyme (E-degrees = 0.36 +/- 0.01 and 0.32 +/- 0.01 V vs NHE, at pH 7.4, respectively). The redox properties of the bovine copper-cobalt derivative are very similar to those of the native protein. The pH dependence of the E-degrees value in the wild-type enzyme and its pH independence in the Asn- 1 24 mutant, which has an empty zinc binding site over the entire pH range, is ascribed to the uptake of a proton by His-63 upon reduction. A pK(a) value of 10.8 for this group is obtained from H-1 NMR titrations. It is proposed that also in the zinc-deprived derivative the copper-His-63 bond is broken upon reduction. Sizably negative reduction potentials were estimated for CN- and N3--inhibited enzymes. The values are below the reduction potential of dioxygen to superoxide
PENGARUH TAYANGAN AZAB DI INDOSIAR TERHADAP IBU RUMAH TANGGA DESA TANJUNG KECAMATAN KOTO KAMPAR HULU
No full textPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beragamnya perilaku yang negatif Ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar terliat dilihat dari kebiasaan ibu-ibu yang lebih mementingkan dunia saja, dan juga lebih suka ngumpul menggosip dan tidak terlalu mementingkan apa yang akan terjadi kedepannya terhadap dirinya maupun rumah tangganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tayangan azab di Indosiar terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu rumah tangga, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah tayangan azab di Indosiar dan ibu rumah tangga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 116 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian mengunakan angket dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang berguna untuk mengetaui pengaruh variabel Independent terhadap variabel dependent.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan bahwasannya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan tayangan Azab terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Hasil tersebut berdasarkan nilai r hitung > r tabel baik pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar maupun 1% sebesar atau (0,207 0,270) yang berarti Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Ini berarti bahwa semakin baik tayangan Azab maka ibu rumah tangga semakin baik. Besarnya koefisien determinasi dari pengaruh yang signifikan tayangan Azab terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu sebesar 0,893 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang signifikan tayangan Azab terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu adalah sebesar 89.3% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini, latar belakang pendidikan, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat, dan lain sebagainya.

This research is motivated by a variety of negative behaviors. Housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Subdistrict, can be seen from the habit of housewives who are more concerned with the temporary world, and also prefer to gather gossiping and not too concerned about what will happen in the future for themselves or the household. This study aims to determine the effect of ‘Azab’ program on Indosiar on housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu. The subjects in this study were housewives, while the object of this study was the ‘Azab’ program on Indosiar and housewives. The populations in this study are 116 people. The sample in this study are 90 people. Data are collected from questionnaires and documentation. Data are analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis that is useful to know the effect of the Independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the results of research and data analysis, there is a significant effect on the Azab program on housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu. These results are based on the value of r count> r table both at a significant level of 5% or 1% of or (0.207 0.270) which means that Ho is rejected Ha accepted. This means that the better the Azab program, the better housewives. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of the significant effect of Azab program on housewives of Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu is about 0.893, which indicates that the significant effect of Azab program on housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu is about 89.3% while the rest is affected or explained by other variables not included in this study, like educational background, family environment, community environment, and so forth.

In questo esercizio di addomesticamento reciproco tra cose e persone, attraverso cui si forgia l’identità individuale, la casa si comporta come un grembo che asseconda lo sviluppo emotivo dei suoi mutevoli abitanti, un serbatoio dove albergano e maturano le emozioni e le sensazioni. Giocata negli spazi dello scarto e realizzata con un campionario di “scampoli” l'architettura sartoriale di azab non prefigura cataclismi estetici, ha piuttosto l’ambizione di definire i nuovi confini dell’estasi, in una doppia prospettiva che consacra l’architetto come soggetto e come intermediario, “agitatore” capace di riscuotere dal torpore un corpo sociale fagocitato dall’inerzia o barricato in spazi indefiniti, insipidi.The house is a psychic even before than an architectural artifact: a safe place of easy mediation where the human being, now as yesterday, learns to negotiate the inner world – the self – and the outer world – the other. Developing A Marketing Recruitment Strategy For International Business
No full textOver the last 20 years, recruiting strategies have changed considerably due to the expansion of technology and the Internet. Human resources are also contemplated as the core competitive factor of businesses. This research is conducted to systematize the theoretical basis related to recruitment marketing. Moreover, at various phases, it employs both qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
In terms of the empirical component, the owner of the corporate case provided qualitative data. In contrast, quantitative data from possible candidates were reviewed. The theoretical portion gives the audiences a fundamental understanding of recruiting and the use of a recruitment marketing strategy. The author researched some surveys and case studies to gather data from both employees and employers.
On the whole, the research findings disclosed the importance of recruitment marketing to international enterprises. Businesses should focus on recruitment marketing to improve recruitment efficiency and reach a bigger pool of potential talents. In the end, the author designated some recommendations for businesses to improve recruitment marketing effectiveness

Semiometrics: producing a compositional view of influence
No full textHigh-impact academic papers are not necessarily the most cited. For example, Einstein's 'Special Relativity' paper from 1905 received (and continues to receive) fewer citations from other papers than his 'Brownian Motion" paper of the same year, despite the former radically changing the course of an entire scientific discipline to a much greater extent. Similarly, 'impact' metrics using citation count alone are, it is argued, not adequate for determining the scientific influence of papers, authors or small groups of authors. Although valid, they remain controversial when used to determine influence of larger groups or journals. While the term 'impact' has become closely linked to a journal's citation-based Journal Impact Factor score, this thesis uses the term 'influence' to describe the wider effectiveness of research, combining citation and metadata analysis to allow richer calculations to be performed over large-scale document networks. As a result, more qualitative influence ratings can be determined and a broader outlook on scientific disciplines can be produced. These ratings are best applied using an ontology-based data source, allowing more efficient inference than under a traditional RDBMS system, and allowing easier integration between heterogeneous data sources. These metrics, termed 'Semantic Bibliometrics' or 'Semiometrics', can be applied at a variety of levels of granularity, allowing a compositional framework for impact and influence analysis. This thesis describes the process of data preparation, systems architecture, metric value and data integration for such a system, introducing novel approaches at all four stages, thereby creating a working semiometrics system for determining influence at different semantic levels of granularity
