Full text linkPenelitian ini bertolak dari permikiran bahwa dengan semakin maraknya
perkembangan sektor pariwisata berkelanjutan yang berorientasi pada kelestarian
sumber daya memiliki konsekuensi dan memberikan dampak langsung terhadap
kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini juga terjadi pada masyarakat Desa
Sanggu Kecamatan Dusun Selatan, Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Kalimantan
Tengah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak
perkembangan sektor pariwisata terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat desa
sanggu. Sosial Ekonomi dalam hal ini ialah pendidikan, pendapatan, kesehatan
dan perumahan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan
pendekatan deskripstif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Jumlah informan
yang dijadikan sebagai subyek penelitian sebanyak sepuluh orang terdiri atas
Kepala Desa, Ketua BPD, Kepala Bidang Pariwisata, Pengelola obyek wisata, dan
warga masyarakat. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik
analisis kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pariwisata di Desa Sanggu
mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, terbukti dengan munculnya objek
wisata baru dalam beberapa tahun belakangan. Hal ini tidak lepas dari semua
pihak yang mendukung dalam perkembangan wisata. Upaya pengembangan
dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang
pengembangan dan pengelolaan wisata Desa Sanggu. Perkembangan pariwisata
tidak hanya mengubah pola pikir masyarakat Desa Sanggu untuk menjaga
kelestarian alam, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap aktivitas
perekonomian masyarakat

KONSEP EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MENURUT AL-GHAZALI
Full text linkEvaluation is an important instrument in education especially in learning systems. Evaluation must be carried out effectively so that it can provide real information related to the process and results of learning carried out. al-Ghazali is a figure in the world of Islamic education who certainly has his own views on the concept of evaluation. His views on education have become many references so that a study on the evaluation concept of al-Ghazali\u27s perspective needs to be carried out. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research or library research so that the data used is data derived from the literature relating to the research theme being carried out by the current researcher. The results of this study indicate that the term used by al-Ghazali to represent evaluation is the term al-Hisab/al-Muhasabah which means calculating, assessing, measuring, and correcting. The purpose of learning evaluation in al-Ghazali\u27s view is to obtain information on the results that have been obtained by students, especially on the aspect of child morality so that it can be used as a reference for policy making. The concept of evaluation for Al-Ghazali tends to be more oriented towards how students can solve all the problems of life they find. Armed with the knowledge they have, students are expected to be able to overcome all life problems independently, the teacher\u27s task is to help direct students to the right path, while students are required to be able to overcome them independently. The implication of the results of this research is that educators and students can know properly and correctly about their respective positions, rights and obligations.Evaluasi merupakan instrumen penting dalam pendidikan khsusnya dalam sistem pembelajaran. Evaluasi harus dilakukan secara efektif agar dapat memberikan informasi yang real terkait dengan proses maupun hasil pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah. Al-Ghazali merupakan tokoh besar dalam dunia pendidikan Islam yang tentu memiliki pandangan tersendiri tentang konsep evaluasi. Pandangannya tentang pendidikan banyak menjadi rujukan sehingga kajian mengenai konsep evaluasi prespektif Al-Ghazali perlu untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research sehingga data yang digunakan adalah data yang berasal dari literature kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa istilah yang digunakan oleh Al-Ghazali untuk merepresentasikan evaluasi adalah terminologi al-Hisab/al-Muhasabah yang memiliki arti menghitung, menilai, mengukur, dan megkoreksi. Tujuan evaluasi pembelajaran dalam pandangan Al-Ghazali adalah untuk memperoleh informasi terhadap hasil yang telah diperoleh oleh peserta didik khususnya pada aspek moralitas anak sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan untuk pengambilan kebijakan. Konsep evaluasi bagi Al-Ghazali cenderung labih berorientasi pada bagaimana siswa dapat memecahkan segala permasalahan hidup yang temukan. Berbekal ilmu yang dimilikinya, siswa diharapkan mampu untuk mengatasi segala persolan hidup secara mandiri, tugas guru adalah membantu mengarahkan siswa ke jalan yang benar, sementara siswa dituntut untuk dapat mengatasinya secara mandiri
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
