No full textPenelitian ini dilakukan karena maraknya gangguan kemanan dan ketertiban di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dan Rumah Tahanan Indonesia yang didominasi oleh faktor kondisi over capacity/over crowded. Peristiwa yang baru saja terjadi pada bulan Juni 2021 ialah pelarian narapidana dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas III Surulangun Rawas yang mendorong peneliti untuk memilih judul “Strategi Pencegahan Gangguan Keamanan dan Ketertiban di Dalam Lapas Kelas III Surulangun Rawas” sebagai judul penelitian. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah strategi yang digunakan oleh Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas III Surulangun Rawas dalam mencegah terjadinya gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau strategi pencegahan gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas III Surulangun Rawas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semenjak terjadinya peristiwa pelarian narapidana pada bulan Juni 2021, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas III Surulangun Rawas menerapkan standar pencegahan sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Nomor: PAS-146. PK.01.04.01 Tahun 2015 dan Pasal 47 Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pemasyarakatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya organisasi serta kendala
dan tantangan budaya organisasi yang terjadi pada PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia.
PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang beroperasi
pada sektor transportasi publik khususnya layanan kereta komuter di wilayah
Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif
berupa metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Budaya
organisasi yang diterapkan pada PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia berupa AKHLAK
yang mencakup Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, dan Kolaboratif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan diterapkannya AKHLAK banyak perubahanperubahan positif yang terjadi pada PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia.
Kesimpulannya yaitu meski terdapat beberapa kendala serta tantangan yang terjadi,
PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia akan selalu berusaha untuk melakukan evaluasi
agar kedepannya bisa lebih baik.

This study aims to: 1) know the description of brand image of Aqua products. 2) know the description of purchase decisions of Aqua products. 3) know whether brand image has a significant influence on purchase decision of Aqua products. In this reseach the data were collected by spreading a questionnaires . The sampling technique was random sampling technique with 190 respondents who knows and has bought Aqua products. The data analysis methods that are used are descriptive statistics analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The author used SPSS program version 25 to process the data resource. From the results of this research it can be seen that the brand image variable influence the purchasing decision. this is indicated by the r square value of 0.387 (38,7%).

This report discusses about Ratu Bagus Kuning and Siluman Kera story book. The
purpose of this report was to know how to design Ratu Bagus Kuning and
Siluman Kera story book for kids. The research and development modification
method consists of preliminary study (literature study, field survey, and model
draft), model development (limited and wider field testing), and final product
testing by Sukmadinata (2005) was used to design this story book. Based on
expert’s comments and suggestions, the writer revised and designed final product
of Ratu Bagus Kuning and Siluman Kera story book which is applied in Microsoft
Publisher and Photoshop. The result of Bagus Kuning and Siluman Kera story
book can give the information and knowledge to the kids about the legend of Ratu
Bagus Kuning dan Siluman Ker
