    The author did internship at Herman Dody Tanumihardja and Partner Certified Public Accountant firm and was positioned in the audit division as junior auditor. During the internship, Audit division was tasked to provide a statement of opinion about the fairness of the financial statements and was an economic entity which was connected with accounting principles generally accepted in Indonesia, there were some task that the author did, such as prepare financial reports for client, collecting and input income tax client into income tax recapitulation, check Value Added Tax in SPT Masa PPN into general ledger, filling client document into odner, and review client financial reports.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Adapun fokus pada penelitian ini: Bagaimana pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di Kls Sistem Kredit semester Program 2 Tahun Di Man 1 Mojokerto dan penerapan kompetensi Guru di Kelas sistem Kredit semester Program 2 Tahun Di Man 1 Mojokerto. tujuan penelitian ialah 1) Menganalisis Bagaimana pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di kelas sistem kredit semester (SKS)  program 2 tahun di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mojokerto. 2)  Menganalisis bagaimana penerapan kompetensi guru di kelas sistem kredit semester (SKS) program 2 tahun di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mojokerto. Pendekatan  ini menggunakan endekatan Kualitatif, jenis penelitan deskriptif. Teknik Pengempulan data ialah, Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analis data ialah reduksi data, peyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data ialah Kredebilitas data, Kebergantungan data dan kepastian data. Adapun temuan atau hasil penelitian ini, 1) Pengeloaan sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan yaitu: a). Rekrutmen dan seleksi guru kelas sistem kredit semester program 2 tahun, b).     Copyright, namely: Duplication is the process, action, or method of duplicating one copy of the Work and / or phonogram or more in any way and in form, permanently or temporarily. Based on the legal rules stipulated in Article 9 paragraph (3) of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright states that anyone without the permission of the Author or the Copyright Holder is prohibited from Commercializing and / or Using Commercially Works. But due to violations of copyright in the form of complaint offenses, so that violations of the book cannot be given full legal protection. The main problem of the research is how legal protection against the copyrights of the books on the copy are used as materials for learning for students, and whether the inhibiting factors in providing legal protection against the copyrights of books that are used as materials for learning for students. The research method is observational research by means of surveys, namely research that is directly carried out at the research site with a data collection tool in the form of interviews and questionnaires. While the nature is descriptive, the writer tries to give a detailed description of the research.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Rendahnya Minat Masyarakat terhadap SMP Negeri Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect the low interest Tiong Keranjik villagers to SMP Negeri 3 Belimbing Hulu. The research method uses a quantitative approach, analysis of data using exploratory factor analysis and descriptive analysis. The result was the discovery of five influential factors are: situation school factor, the principal, the attention, the schools, and discipline. The most dominant factor affecting low public interest in the Junior High School is a situation school factor. Key Words: interest, community, Tiong Keranjik, junior high school   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya minat masyarakat Tiong Keranjik terhadap SMP Negeri 3 Belimbing Hulu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori dan analisis deskriptif. Hasilnya adalah ditemukannya lima faktor yang berpengaruh yaitu: faktor keadaan sekolah, kepala sekolah, perhatian, letak sekolah, dan kedisiplinan.     Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
