Pembuatan Laporan Akhir ini ditujukan untuk merancang, membangun dan mengembangkan robot edukasi menggunakan Lego Mindstorms EV3. Lego Mindstorms EV3 dapat dirakit dan diprogram sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki oleh penulis. Penulis menggunakan sensor warna pada Lego Mindstorms EV3 untuk mendeteksi warna pada puzzle rubik dan sensor infrared untuk mendeteksi adanya puzzle rubik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa robot puzzle rubik solver dapat menyelesaikan puzzle rubik dengan durasi rata-rata 1 menit 20 detik yang polanya teracak dengan pendeteksian warna yang dilakukan oleh sensor warna dan mendeteksi keberadaan puzzle rubik dengan jarak <22cm dengan sensor infrared

The research aims to know the effect of liquidity as measured by current ratio, profitability as measured by return on Pharmacy Companies at Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. Sampling selection is purposive sampling method. From the population of 10 companies these are 7 companies used as sample of research. Data used are secondary data. Source data comes from the site www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique that used is the descriptive statistic analysis, normality test, classic assumsion test, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis test. Simultaneously liquidity, and profitability have positive effect and significant to financial distress. The result of this study show that partially Liquidity and profitabiliy have effect and significant to financial distress. This case show that Liquidity and Profitability have a big influence to financial distress

Pembimbing : Dr. Rr. Rachmawati, SE., M.Si.Dalam penelitian ini masalah yang terjadi adalah kinerja karyawan yang kurang efektif bagi perusahaan, sehingga pelaksanaan promosi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap promosi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Teknologi Mineral dan Batubara (Puslitbang tekMIRA) Kota Bandung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis melalui wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan serta menyebarkan kuesioner. Responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh karyawan Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Teknologi Mineral dan Batubara (Puslitbang tekMIRA) Kota Bandung sebanyak 174 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap promosi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari analisis korelasi person sebesar 0,277 yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara Pengaruh kinerja karyawan dengan promosi berada dalam tingkat hubungan yang rendah, artinya memiliki hubungan yang positif serta koefisien determinasi sebersar 40,6%
