PENGEMBANGAN JOBSHEET PADA MATA PELAJARAN KOMPETENSI KEJURUAN KELAS XI TEKNIK KENDARAAN RINGAN DI SMKN 1 BAYAN KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA NTB
ABSTRAK Amirudin. 2013. Pengembangan Jobsheet Pada Mata Pelajaran Kompetensi Kejuruan Kelas XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Di SMK N 1 Bayan Kabupaten Lombok Utara_NTB. Skripsi, Jurusan Teknik Mesin Program studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing (1) Dr. H. Amat Nyoto, M.Pd., (2) Drs. Eddy Rudiyanto, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Jobsheet, RPP, dan Pemeliharaan/servis engine dan komponen-komponennya (Engine Tune Up). Belum adanya jobsheet yang memadai di SMKN 1 Bayan Kabupaten Lombok Utara NTB, menjadi alasan utama dalam studi pengembangan ini. Selanjutnya Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Jobsheet dengan judul “pemeliharaan/servis engine dan komponen-komponennya (Engine Tune Up)”. Materinya disesuaikan dengan sajian materi dalam RPP. Jobsheet akan dijadikan salah satu sumber belajar di SMKN 1 Bayan, diharapkan dengan jobsheet yang baru ini dapat menciptakan kreativitas belajar mandiri siswa sesuai dengan potensi yang mereka miliki. Pengembangan bahan ajar jobsheet ini mengadopsi model pengembangan Dick & Carey (2001). Untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, kelayakan, dan keterpakaian produk yang dihasilkan dilakukan uji kelayakan produk dalam 2 tahap, yaitu tahap uji ahli dan uji kelompok kecil. Produk bahan ajar di uji coba melalui dua tahap yaitu : 1) tahap uji coba ahli yang melibatkan ahli bidang studi dan ahli pembelajaran, 2) tahap uji coba kelompok kecil. Hasil penilaian digunakan untuk merevisi produk sebagai bagian dari proses penyempurnaan produk bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Hasil uji coba pada tahap ahli bidang studi memperoleh skor total 83% dengan kreteria baik, sedangkan dari ahli pembelajaran memperoleh skor 87% dengan kreteria sangat baik. Kemudian tahap uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh skor total 81%, dengan kriteria baik. Dari uji coba tersebut dapat disimpulkan Jobsheet yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar di SMKN 1 Bayan Kabupaten Lombok Utara NTB

Abstract
Transformation and change in the Islamic world caused by factors other than "local" neighborhood where Muslims are also influenced by global conditions. Contact with the culture of modernity requires that Muslims make changes in the thoughts, actions, and institutions. Factors that cause the transformation of Islam is very complex. These factors include the growth of true love in Islam as proselytizing, economic conditions are improving, increasing the number of “middle-class Muslims”, and spread the extent of the rise of Islam on a global level. But one thing is clear that the transformation was not appear suddenly, but is the result and consequence of a long process of historical development. The idea of renewal of Islamic intellectualism experienced young intellectuals in Indonesia when judging historically have occurred earlier in the year 1970-1980. As a result, research monograph book publishers Islam is first brought to the world an idea of how the business of the Muslims of Indonesia to manage ideas and activities fixate, documenting and disable the legacies of Islamic culture and civilization in the form of a book, a culture that has a cultural value and business value at the same time
The Effect of Cooperative Learning Model of Structured Numbered Head (SNH) on The Learning Outcomes of Islamic Religious Education
This research is based on students' habits if given group assignments always rely on other friends. To overcome this, it is necessary to apply a cooperative learning model of the numbered head type structure (structured numbered head), the method used is a descriptive quantitative method using correlation studies with cause and effect study. The population is 355 students (all grade VII students). While sampel 20% or as many as 72 students. Data is collected using questionnaires. Statistical analysis measures use partial tests, normality tests, correlation tests, hypothesis tests and influence tests. The calculation of variable X and variable Y obtained a value of 59.11 and a value of 1.99. Then it can be concluded that >, meaning that the hypothesis that the author proposed is accepted. This means that there is a positive or significant influence between the Structured Numbered Heads (SNH) Type Cooperative Learning Model on the Learning Outcomes of Students of Islamic Religious Education Subjects Class VII SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Karawang Regency. While the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.99 can be categorized as a perfect correlation because it is between 0.81 - 1.00. There is a degree of correlation or influence of variable X on variable Y of 0.14. So obtaining the influence of variable X on variable Y by 86% means that there are 14% other factors that can affect the Learning Outcomes of Students of Islamic Religious Education Subjects Class VII SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Karawang Regency
An Investigation of Pro-Environmental Behaviour and Sustainable Development in Malaysia
This study aimed to examine the role of environmental commitment, environmental consciousness, green lifestyle, and green self-efficacy in influencing pro-environmental behaviour. Data were obtained through a survey of 72 students at one of the training centers in Malaysia. The hypothesized relationships were tested using partial least squares (PLS) methodology. Results showed that environmental commitment, environmental consciousness, green lifestyle, and green self-efficacy positively influenced pro-environmental behaviour, thereby providing new insights to existing literature on environmental sustainability. The results may be used by educational institutions, the government, and private agencies to strengthen students' knowledge, attitude, and behaviour that support environment-based education. The scope of the study was limited to students at a training center, so the results may not be generalizable to different settings. Another limitation was that the study used limited contextual elements. The novelty of this study is that it examined the role of environmental commitment, environmental consciousness, green lifestyle, and green self-efficacy as determinants of pro-environmental behaviour among students in an educational setting in Malaysia
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Peningkatan Budaya Kerja dan Kualitas Kerja Pegawai di SDIT Se-Banua Enam
School principals are leaders in educational institutions. The success of a
principal's leadership is often based on a specific theory or leadership model. One
such model is transformational leadership, which can bring positive changes to
any school. This study aims to measure the influence of transformational
leadership on work culture, the influence of work culture on work quality, and the
influence of transformational leadership on work quality.
This research focuses on the application of the three aforementioned
variables in SDITs (Islamic Integrated Elementary Schools) in Banua Enam. The
study examines six private elementary schools in Banua Enam, South Kalimantan
province, namely SDIT Ihsanul Amal in Amuntai, SDIT Ar Risalah Tanjung,
SDIT An Nahl Tanjung, SDIT Darul Fikri Balangan, SDIT Al Khair Barabai, and
SDIT Al Madani Tapin. This is a field research using a quantitative approach.
The objects of this study are the transformational leadership patterns of
school principals and their impact on work culture and work quality among staff,
with the subjects of the research being the principals and teachers. The research
method employed is survey research. Data collection techniques include
questionnaires as the primary instrument. Data validity and credibility were
checked using validity and reliability tests, followed by descriptive analysis. Data
were analyzed using normality tests, simple linear regression tests, and
determination tests. The calculations were performed using SPSS 22.0.
The results of the study show that: (1) transformational leadership has a
significant influence on work culture, (2) work culture has a significant influence
on work quality, and (3) transformational leadership has a significant influence on
work quality.
Based on these findings, the author concludes that transformational
leadership significantly influences work culture and work quality in SDIT
Se-Banua Enam. Therefore, it is recommended that educational institution leaders
understand, study, and implement transformational leadership patterns in all
aspects of their leadershi

This paper discusses the theoretical study of the cultural production through the media which have been discussed since the 2000s. This study was introduced for the first time by Eric Low in 2001 through the book “The Media and Cultural Production”. It is only Low who still limits the study of cultural production in relation to power. It describes the production of culture as if it were merely an objectification of the workings of power systems outside the media organizations that mutually contribute and influence the process of cultural production. Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah penyediaan staf, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kompensasi, keselamatan, dan kesehatan serta hubungan karyawan dan buruh untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan individu ataupun organisasi. Manajemen sumber daya manusia mempunyai kekhususan dibandingkan dengan manajemen secara umum. Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu pengakuan terhadap pentingnya sumber daya manusia atau tenaga kerja dalam organisasi.Tujuan manajemen sumber daya manusia dijabarkan dalam empat tujuan yang lebih operasional sebagai berikut; 1. The Issue of Low Carbon Emission in Religious Shows on Indonesian Television
This Article is written based on the research “Religious Show as Cultural Production Field: Study of Mamah dan Aa Beraksi TV program on Urban Indonesian TV Channel Indosiar”. This research based on assumption that religious show as cultural products are generated in an autonomous domain involving actors - production teams, creative teams, preachers, emcees and audiences. Using ethnographic methods, through close observation, this research finds that the religious show indicate the logic interpretation of religious criteria represented by the preachers, and the market criteria which the production team is responsible for. Both of these criteria are mixed in producing religious show. On that context, the theme of low carbon emission has succeeded in entering as a theme that meets market and religious criteria. From the market side, this theme has relevance with the protection of a greater public interest. Meanwhile, in terms of religious criteria, bringing the issue of low carbon emission into religious shows is the same as carrying out a religious mission to reduce the negative impact of bubble carbon
