Telemedicine merupakan bentuk layanan kesehatan berbasis elektronik dimana dokter dan pasien dapat melakukan hubungan secara online, penggunaan telemedicine tidak menggatikan peran dokter konvensional tetapi merupakan bagian dari pelayanan kesehatan. Ditengah pandemi COVID-19 layanan telemedicine menjadi alternatif bagi pasien untuk berkonsultasi dengan dokternya. Pada akhirnya, perlu disadari bahwa masih banyak kelemahan bagi dokter maupun pasien serta penyelenggara dalam layanan pelaksanaan layanan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh dokter harus dilengkapi upaya praktik kedokteran, salah satunya adalah surat izin praktik. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah (1) Bagaimanakah hubungan hukum antara dokter dengan para pihak terhadap ketentuan praktik dokter pada layanan telemedicine? (2) Bagaimanakah pertanggungjawaban perdata dokter tanpa izin praktik layanan telemedicine? (3) Bagaimanakah akibat hukum dokter tanpa izin praktik kedokteran pada layanan telemedicine?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis-normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dokter dan pasien terikat dalam perjanjian terapeutik dimana hubungan pasien dalam telemedicine tidaklah secara langsung yaitu dokter dengan platform dan pasien dengan platform. Perjanjian ini merupakan dasar antara dokter dengan pasiennya untuk terikat dimana menimbulkan hak dan kewajiban. Objek dari perjanjian ini adalah bagaimana pengupayaan untuk kesembuhan pasien. Pertanggungjawaban dokter pada layanan telemedicine yang dibebankan kepada dokter atas jasa layanan telekonsultasi klinis adalah dengan cara ganti rugi. Apabila dokter melaksanakan praktik kedokteran tanpa memiliki surat izin praktik, maka hal ini merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum dan diancam dengan sanksi yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan Akibat hukum jika dokter melakukan praktik tanpa adanya izin maka akan dipenjara 5 tahun dan denda Rp 500.000.000, (limaratus juta) serta akan dicabut izin praktiknya.

No full textA lo largo de su trayectoria como diseñadora gráfica profesional, la
autora del presente informe incursiona en diversos sectores del mercado
laboral, destacándose especialmente en el diseño editorial y el branding. El
objetivo principal de este informe es recapitular y respaldar su desempeño
profesional alineado con sus motivaciones personales. En el presente
documento se detallan, de manera concisa, tres proyectos seleccionados que
abarcan los últimos siete años de su carrera. En primer lugar, se analiza el rol
desempeñado en el diseño editorial para más de veinte publicaciones bajo el
sello editorial del Fondo de Cultura Económica (Perú), utilizando cuatro como
ejemplos, y se destaca cómo esta experiencia ha constituido una plataforma
de aprendizaje para proyectos futuros. Seguidamente, se explor en detalle su
contribución al diseño de marca, planificación, conceptualización y gestión de
contenido para el perfil de Instagram de Vuelo Ámbar Print Studio, espacio
especializado en grabado y letterpress y cofundado por la autora, Giselle
Adrianzén, junto con Diego Cabanillas, (grabador de la PUCP), resaltando
también su labor como directora artística para diversos proyectos. Por último,
se examina su aporte como ilustradora editorial para la reedición del libro
"Autobiografía de un Yogui" de Paramahansa Yogananda, destacando cómo
sus ilustraciones enriquecen la interpretación reflexiva del lector, según la
editora del proyecto, Cindy Torrejón. Cada proyecto está respaldado con
material gráfico que ilustra los resultados del diseño, detallando la
metodología empleada para fundamentar sus aspectos estéticos,
comunicacionales, técnicos y funcionales.Throughout her career as a professional graphic designer, the author of
this report has ventured into various sectors of the job market, particularly
excelling in editorial design and branding. The main objective of this report is
to recapitulate and support her professional performance aligned with her
personal motivations. This document will detail, concisely, three selected
projects spanning the last seven years of her career. Firstly, the role played in
editorial design for over twenty publications under the editorial imprint of Fondo
de Cultura Económica (Peru) will be analyzed, utilizing four as examples, and
emphasizing how this experience has served as a learning platform for future

ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND: People with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) have shown low physical fitness including strength and aerobic
capacity due to paralysis and other complications. Therefore, they are unable to participate in an active lifestyle which leads
to the development of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, and obesity. The secondary complications may further affect the function in the activity of daily living (ADL) and poor Quality of Life (QOL). OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project
is to develop wheelchair treadmill (PARAFiTGo) to increase the physical fitness and physical activity level after SCI.
METHODOLOGY: This product has underwent the design requirements, fabrication, exercise protocol and other
manufacturing processes tested and validated by the content experts, engineers, therapists, and consumers. CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, besides having potential for commercialization, more research should be conducted to investigate the
satisfaction level of PARAFiTGo and its association with physical fitness and physical activity level among SCI consume

For this study, it was divided into four (4) chapter which is Chapter 1: Introduction, Chapter 2: Organization Information, Chapter 3: Industrial Training Activities and Chapter 4: Conclusion. The author describes the activities during the practical training by sharing experiences, knowledge and lesson learnt. PETRONAS is company of oil & gas. The author was based at Upstream division. The author have shared the background of the company, the duties and also tasks as a trainee in the setting of PETRONAS. The author fully involved in the Knowledge Management Institutional Capability core business. The author reported under Promotional and Branding team. In conclusion, the author also highlighted her special project in this report which is enhancement of the MPM Reward Zone.

Hazardless nanocomposite for gas barrier potential
No full textComposites based on high density polyethylene (HDPE), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM)
and Organically Modified Montmorillonite (OMMT) clays were made by melt compounding followed by
compression molding. Tensile testing, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscopy
(TEM) were used to characterize the nanocomposites. The addition of clay, compatibilizer agent (Maleic
Anhydride Polyethylene (MAPE)) and the exposure under Electron Beam Irradiation (EB) considerably
improved the tensile properties of the composite system. Tensile Strength (MPa) and Tensile Modulus
(MPa) were found to increase significantly with increasing clay content and decreasing as the clay content
exceeds 4 wt% values. The largest improvement in composite mechanical properties occurred at clay
loading levels of 4% (2-8 wt %) with EB Irradiation system followed by MAPE and
unirradiated/untreated systems. Nearly 67% increase in tensile strength and 64% increase in tensile
modulus were observed with EB irradiated system. The d spacings of the clay in nanocomposite were
monitored using XRD and the extent of delamination was examined by TEM. The wide angle of XRD
patterns showed the increased d-spacing of clay layers, indicating enhanced compatibility between HDPE
and OMMT with the EB irradiated and addition of MAPE. TEM photomicrographs illustrated the
intercalated and partially exfoliated structures of the nanocomposite with OMMT and MAPE system
