Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, literasi keuangan dan mental accounting terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Pancasakti Kota Tegal.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Penentuan jenis sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 100 mahasiswa prodi Akuntansi Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunaan aplikasi data statistic dengan program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) versi.22 for windows.
Hasil dari penelitian ini gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Pancasakti Tegal, literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Pancasakti Tegal, dan mental accounting tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Pancasakti Tegal.

Dewasa ini kemampuan media massa salah satunya radio dalam menyampaikan siaran pesan dakwahnya di era digital terus di dorong dengan berbagai kemampuan strategi. Di tengah gempuran perkembangan zaman serta kemajuan teknologi saat ini membawa dampak termarjinalkannya keberadaan radio. Banyak yang memperkirakan radio akan mati tergerus oleh kecanggihan teknologi yang serba digital. Akan tetapi persaingan di era digital justru mendorong media massa ini. Secara manajerial stasiun radio berpikir ulang mencari cara guna mempertahankan keberadaan serta keeksistensiannya.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah (1) Apa yang melatarbelakangi radio Perkasa FM eksis dalam berdakwah? (2) Bagaimana resiliensi radio Perkasa FM dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwahnya di era digital?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang radio Perkasa FM Tulungagung eksis dalam berdakwah. (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi radio Perkasa FM Tulungagung dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwahnya di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dimana pendekatan ini merupakan salah satu cara pembaharuan untuk melihat suatu hubungan antara manusia dengan lingkungan serta mempelajari keterkaitannya. Pada pendekatan fenomenologi, peneliti dituntut untuk memahami tentang arti dari sebuah peristiwa serta orang-orang yang berada di dalam peristiwa atau situasi tersebut.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, seiring perkembangan zaman teknologi berkembang sangat pesat. Tidak mudah bagi stasiun radio untuk terus bertahan disamping persaingan media yang semakin canggih. Upaya demi upaya terus ditingkatkan agar keberadaannya tetap diakui oleh masyarakat. Maraknya informasi yang bermunculan serta kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat akan ajaran agama menjadikan peran dakwah harus terus disyiarkan. Dalam menyampaikan siaran dakwahnya radio Perkasa FM terus berinovasi mengikuti perkembangan. Salah satu langkah yang digencarkan radio Perkasa FM yaitu Konvergensi media. Konvergensi media merupakan fenomena dimana berbagai bentuk media tradisional seperti radio bergabung dengan media digital dan teknologi interaktif. Hal ini untuk menciptakan platform baru yang menyatukan berbagai jenis konten. Selain itu, dalam penyampaian ajaran agama Islam radio Perkasa FM mempunyai beberapa kemampuan spesifik. Diantaranya: Penyesuaian Program Acara, Mengikuti Perkembangan Digital, Format Siaran Dakwah, Menerapkan Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran 4O (On Air, Off Air, Online, OOH)

The purpose of this research are: To know 1) Description of work experience,
work discipline and work productivity of employees of PT Home Credit Indonesia
2) Effect of work experience on employee work productivity at PT Home Credit
Indonesia 3) Effect of work discipline on employee work productivity of PT Home
Credit Indonesia 4) Does the work experience research model and work discipline
can predict employees at PT Home Credit Indonesia. This study was conducted on
161 employees of the Field Agent division of PT Home Credit Indonesia. Data
collection techniques using survey methods, namely by distributing questionnaires
which were then processed with the SPSS 2.4 program. This research uses
descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the regression show that there
is a positive and significant effect between work experience on employee work
productivity, there is a positive and significant effect between work discipline on
employee work productivity, and the work experience research model and work
discipline can predict the work productivity of PT Home Credit field division
employees Indonesia with a value of Fcount>Ftable (94.050> 3.05) and significance
(0.000 <0.05). The value of R2 or the coefficient of determination in the study was
0.543 or 54.3%. This shows that work productivity is influenced by work
experience and work discipline of PT Home Credit Home by 54.3%.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
