Mots clés : Agir entrepreneurial, Entreprises agricoles, Formations, Structure d'accompagnement Abstract The ultimate purpose of this article is the highlighting of contributions offered by agricultural training based on entrepreneurial action to promote a basic point which is the development of the entrepreneurial spirit of traditional farmers. We will be interested in assessing whether action-entrepreneurial training has a positive impact on agro-entrepreneurial acculturation. To do this, we began our theoretical part by defining the key terms of our theme: entrepreneurial acculturation, entrepreneurial training and finally entrepreneurial action. Then, and after defining our research methodology, we began our empirical phase which is divided into two parts: a first part which focuses on our qualitative study which is in the form of a non-participant observation to evaluate existence of foundations of entrepreneurial action in training through the establishment of an evaluation sheet of agricultural training conducted by the National Office of Agricultural Council of the Marrakech-Safi region in Morocco and a second part in which we presented our study organization namely the National Office of the Council Agricultural of this same Moroccan region on the one hand, and administered a questionnaire to farmers benefiting from said training on the other hand. The next phase is the analysis of the results. These were analyzed using SPSS software according to a student's T-test for a single sample. The results of our study show that training based on the mechanisms and foundations of entrepreneurial action allows a stronger and meaningful impact on agro-entrepreneurial acculturation. The road to opening up scientific knowledge has been paved by countless initiatives, players and strategies. Some countries have opted for the legislative route, enshrining secondary publication rights. This right allows the author, under certain conditions, to make their work publicly available, in addition to and independently of the initial publication. The legislation of eight countries in the European Union is briefly analyzed. A critical perspective on the model is offered. It concludes that the adoption of a secondary publication right should be considered by all countries. Among the advantages, it allows researchers and institutions to be relieved of some burden they currently bear in pursuing public interest policies

Gel-gel phase separation within milk sphingomyelin domains revealed at the nanoscale using atomic force microscopy

The milk sphingomyelin (MSM) is involved in the formation of ordered lipid domains in the biological milkfat globule membrane (MFGM), where it accounts for about 30%wt of the polar lipids. Moreover, MSM exhibitsa large variety in saturated acyl chain lengths (from C16:0 to C24:0-SM) compared to other naturalsphingomyelins, which may impact the packing of MSM molecular species in the gel phase domains andthe topography of the MFGM. To investigate this, supported lipid bilayers of synthetic sphingomyelins orof MSM-containing mixtures, including a MFGM polar lipid extract, were imaged at temperatures belowthe Tm of MSM (i.e. b34 °C for which MSM is in the gel phase) in hydrated conditions using atomic forcemicroscopy. In all compositions containing MSM, the MSM-rich gel phase domains exhibited lower andupper height levels H, interpreted as two distinct gel phases with ΔH ~ 0.5–1.1 nm. Two (lower and upper)gel phases were also found for pure C24:0-SM bilayers or for bilayers of a C16:0-SM/C24:0-SM equimolar mixture, while C16:0-SM bilayers were uniformly flat and less thick than C24:0-SM bilayers. The upper gel phase of MSM-containing bilayers was interpreted as mixed interdigitated C24:0-SM molecules, while the lower gel phase was attributed both to fully interdigitated C24:0-SM molecules and non-interdigitated C16:0-SM molecules. These results show that the composition of natural sphingomyelins, inducing a mismatch between thed18:1 sphingosine and the acyl chains, is important in both the internal organization and the topography ofbiological membranes, especially that of the MFGM. This organization could be involved in specific biologicalfunctions, e.g. the insertion of proteins

Fusarium head blight detection, spikelet estimation, and severity assessment in wheat using 3D convolutional neural networks

Fusarium head blight (FHB) is one of the most significant diseases affecting wheat and other small grain cereals worldwide. Developing FHB-resistant cultivars is critical but requires field and greenhouse disease assessment which are typically laborious and time-consuming. In this work, we developed automated applications based on 3-dimensional (3D) convolutional neural networks (CNN) that detect FHB symptoms expressed in wheat, estimate the total number of spikelets versus the total number of infected spikelets on a wheat head, and subsequently calculate FHB severity index. Such tools are an important step toward the creation of automated and efficient phenotyping methods. The data used to generate the results are 3D point clouds consisting of four color channels – red, green, blue (RGB), and near-infrared (NIR) – collected using a multispectral 3D scanner. Our 3D CNN models for FHB detection achieved 100% accuracy. The influence of the multispectral information on performance was evaluated; the results showed the dominance of the RGB channels over both the NIR (720 nm peak wavelength) and the NIR plus RGB channels combined. Our best 3D CNN models for estimation of total and infected number of spikelets achieved mean absolute errors (MAE) of 1.13 and 1.56, respectively. Our best 3D CNN models for FHB severity estimation achieved 8.6 MAE. A linear regression analysis between the visual FHB severity assessment and the FHB severity predicted by our 3D CNN showed a significant correlation. The presentation of the authors' names and (or) special characters in the title of the pdf file of the accepted manuscript may differ slightly from what is displayed on the item page. An empirical assessment of ensemble methods and traditional machine for web-based attack detection in 5.0

    No full text
Cybersecurity attacks that target software have become profitable and popular targets for cybercriminals who consciously take advantage of web-based vulnerabilities and execute attacks that might jeopardize essential industry 5.0 features. Several machine learning-based techniques have been developed in the literature to identify these types of assaults. In contrast to single classifiers, ensemble methods have not been evaluated empirically. To the best of our knowledge, this work is the first empirical evaluation of both homogeneous and heterogeneous ensemble approaches compared to single classifiers for web -based attack detection in industry 5.0, utilizing two of the most realistic public web-based attack data -sets. The authors divided the experiment into three main phases: In the first phase, they evaluated the performance of five well-established supervised machine learning (ML) classifiers. In the second phase, they constructed a heterogeneous ensemble of the three best-performing ML algorithms using max vot-ing and stacking methods. In the third phase, they used four well-known homogeneous ensembles to evaluate the performance of the bagging and boosting method. The results based on the ECML/PKDD 2007 and CSIC HTTP 2010 datasets revealed that bagging, particularly Random Forest, outperformed sin-gle classifiers in terms of accuracy, precision, F-value, FPR, and area of the ROC curve with values of 99.597%, 98.274%, 99.129%, 0.523%, 100 and 99.867%, 99.867%, 99.867%, 0.267%, 100, respectively. In con-trast, single classifiers performed better than boosting and stacking. However, in terms of FPR, the boost-ing exceeded single classifiers. Max voting is appropriate when accuracy, precision, and FPR are the primary concerns, whereas single classifiers can be employed when recall, FNR, training, and prediction times are critical elements. In terms of training time, ensemble approaches are more likely to be affected by data volume than single classifiers. The papers findings will help security researchers and practition-ers identify the most efficient learning techniques for securing web applications. (c) 2023 The Author(s). Patient satisfaction is now considered an essential indicator for measuring healthcare quality. With this in mind, the aim of this study is to translate and cross-culturally validate a satisfaction barometer from French into dialectal Arabic, thereby providing Moroccan hospital managers with a reliable tool for evaluating patients’ hospitalization experiences. The study was carried out on a sample of 110 patients fulfilling the inclusion criteria, using the questionnaire translated and adapted to Moroccan dialectics in compliance with the cross-cultural validation process. This was followed by an analysis of the psychometric, consistency and homogeneity tests for all the items on the scale. During the adaptation process, certain items were removed to adapt to the specific context of Moroccan hospitals. The results of the various psychometric parameters were largely acceptable, confirming the validity and reliability of the satisfaction barometer in Morocco. Inter-item correlations were good, with the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) index> 0.5. The translated tool showed good internal consistency, with Cronbach’s α having a value of around 0.882. As far as satisfaction is concerned, users were more dissatisfied with the services provided by the surgical department than those of the medical department. The version of the "E-Satis" adapted to the Moroccan context has very acceptable psychometric values, meaning that healthcare professionals can use it as a measuring instrument to assess patient satisfaction. Furthermore, this adapted version will provide decision-makers with reliable data specific to the Moroccan context, facilitating informed decision-making and the implementation of measures to improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.   Keywords: patient satisfaction, e-satis, barometer, hospitalization experience, transcultural validation. JEL Classification: G21, L25, L26. Paper type: Empirical research   Erratum note:After being contacted by the author of the correspondence on 22 December 2023 to inform us of an inadvertent omission of authors, we investigated by requesting information on each author's contribution. After examining the information provided, the Committee decided to add the authors to safeguard their right to be cited as authors in the text.
