No full textTyön tavoitteena oli tehdä kohde yritykselle ostoon, kotimaan myyntiin, varastointiin ja toimituksiin ISO 9002 -standardiin pohjautuva laatujärjestelmä, joka voidaan myöhemmin sertifioida. Valmis laatujärjestelmän kuvaus esitetään kirjallisessa muodossa laatukäsikirjan avulla. toisena tavoitteena oli tehdä laatujärjestelmään mittarit, jotka mahdollistava yrityksen laatujärjestelmän toimivuuden seurannan. Kolmantena tavoitteena oli saavuttaa laatujärjestelmän avulla taloudellisia säästöjä yrityksen toiminnassa pitkällä tähtäimellä. Tärkeä osa työtä oli laatia yrityksen laatukäsikirja ISO 9002 -standardin vaatimuksien mukaisesti. Työ jakautuu kahdeksaan suurempaan kokonaisuuteen: laatuun ja palveluihin liittyvien perusajatuksien määrittelyyn, tukkukauppatoiminnan kuvaamiseen, kohdeyrityksen esittelyyn, henkilökuntakyselyn suorittamiseen. laatujärjestelmien käsittelyyn, ISON 9002 -standardin vaatimuksien esittelyyn, kohden yrityksen laatukäsikirjan tarkasteluun ja saavutettujen tulosten tarkastelua ja pohdintaa. Työ tuloksena voidaan todeta, että laatujärjestelmän rakentaminen yritykselle on ollut hyvä ratkaisu. Laatujärjestelmän avulla on voitu saavuttaa säästöjä ja kehitysaskeleita. Investointi parempaan laatuun on kannattanut.There were three objectives in this master's thesis. The first objective was to do ISO 9002-standard based quality system, which could be sertified. Quality system was implemented to following activities in a target company: purchasing, domestic sales and warehousing. The complete description of quality system is show in written form. The second objective was to define metrics into quality system in order to test quality system's functionalities. The third objective was to achieve economic savings with quality system in company's activities in the long run. Main purpose of the master's thesis was to create quality handbook based on ISO 9002 -requirements. This master's thesis is divided in to eight parts: basic definitions of quality and services, description of wholesale business, overall view of target company, staff inquiry, general description of quality systems. ISO 9002 standard description and review of target company's quality handbook, and results of the work. The result of the work can find out, that quality systems building was good decision. The investment of better quality has been worthwhile

No full textOrientador : Charly KunziDissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Faculdade de Engenharia MecanicaResumo: Os objetivos deste trabalho foram os seguintes: - implantar a Norma ISO 9002 na manutenção orgânica das viaturas do 2° Batalhão Logístico; - criar um ambiente favorável ao desenvolvimento da filosofia da qualidade total na atividade de manutenção orgânica de viaturas, através de uma base representada pela Norma ISO 9002; e - avaliar a evolução de indicadores relacionados à manutenção, antes e durante a implementação da Norma ISO 9002. Foram analisados os dados coletados ao longo do projeto de implantação da Norma ISO 9002, e os relacionamentos existentes entre a Norma ISO 9002 e a filosofia da qualidade total, tomando-se como base para esta os critérios do Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade. Pôde-se evidenciar ao longo do projeto uma tendência de queda no índice de indisponibilidade das viaturas, melhorias significativas nos outros indicadores de manutenção e sinergia entre a Norma ISO e a filosofia da qualidade total. A conclusão é de que a Norma ISO 9002, quando implementada buscando-se uma melhoria nos processos envolvidos, traz bons resultados a uma organização mílitarAbstract: The proposal of this research was: - implement the ISO 9002 in the organic maintenance of vehicles of 20 Batalhão Logístico; - create a propitious environrnent for development of philosophy of total quality in the maintenance activity, trough the basis represented by ISO 9002 principIe; and - evaluate the evolution of indicators related with maintenance, before and during the ISO 9002 implementation . No full textEra globalisasi saat ini membuat persaingan diantara perusahaan-perusahaan semakin ketat. P.T. Y ingin memenangkan persaingan selain itu P.T. Y juga mempunyai visi dan misi untuk go-international. Untuk mencapai tujuan itu, perusahaan ingin memperbaiki sistem manajemen mutu sehingga kualitas dari produk dapat dipertanggung jawabkan supaya layak mendapatkan ISO 9002. Untuk mendapatkan serifikat ISO 9002 maka dilakukan perancangan untuk membenahi sistem yang ada. Dalam melakukan perancangan maka langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah mengadakan evaluasi kondisi perusahaan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sebenarnya sistem yang telah berlangsung selama ini. Setelah langkah pertama dilakukan, perusahaan harus memberikan pengenalan ISO 9002 kepada karyawan. Pedoman mutu, prosedur operasional, instruksi kerja dan form sebagai prasyarat ISO 9002 harus dipenuhi. Setelah kesemua langkah dilakukan maka perusahaan harus mengimplementasikan sistem mutu. Evaluasi yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa terdapat 2 elemen, yaitu elemen 4.7 (Pengendalian Atas Produk yang Dipasok Pelanggan) dan elemen 4.19 (Pelayanan) yang tidak dapat diterapkan. Full text linkThe Malaysian Construction Industry has been beset with a lot of problems of late
owing a lack of quality control and safety. The Malaysian Government has called for and
promoted an awareness for quality management with the introduction of the ISO 9000
series. Esprit Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is one of the many companies which has taken the
challenge of implementing the quality management system of the ISO 9002. The
company has opted for a series of training in the ISO 9002 towards the implementation
and certification of ISO 9002. The implementation of the ISO 9002 is not without its
problems and proper adequate training is the key to eradicating these problems.This study was conducted primarily to evaluate the training programme on ISO
9002 at Esprit Corporation Sdn. Bhd. as perceived by the Managerial Executives through
their level of reaction and learning. It was also to evaluate whether the training
programme on ISO 9002 at Esprit Corporation Sdn. Bhd. had been successful in ensuring
that all the Managerial Executives received the training appropriate to establish the
documentation structure for the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9002 in the
company. Finally it attempted to find out the reaction level of the Managerial Executives
towards the training programme on ISO 9002 and the learning level of the Managerial
Executives in the ISO 9002, the documentation requirement of ISO 9002 and the work
procedures in the company through such aspects as knowledge, skills and attitude.
A three part interview schedule was developed. It covers the Personal
Characteristics of the Managerial Executives, the Reaction level of the Managerial
Executives towards the training programme on ISO 9002 and the Learning level of the
Managerial Executives which was further subdivided into three sections, namely;
Knowledge in the ISO 9002 and the Documentation Requirement in the ISO 9002;
Knowledge pertaining to the Skills of Work Procedures in the company; and the
Attitudinal level of the Managerial Executives towards the ISO 9002.The results of the statistical analysis revealed that the Managerial Executives
reacted positively towards the training programme on 9002, implying that learning will
most probable be favourable with better commitment and support for the implementation
of the ISO 9002. The learning level also showed satisfactory results

No full textBeberapa tahun ini perdagangan intemational telah berkembang pesat, perdagangan yang meliputi produk-produk industri telah saling mengisi negara satu dengan negara lainnya. Produk-produk yang diperdagangkan di dunia internasional harus memenuhi persyaratan mutu dan standar yang ketat sehingga hanya produk-produk industri yang bermutu tinggi yang dapat bersaing di perdagangan intemasional. Mutu dan standar yang dipersyaratkan ada dua jenis yakni pertama tentang produk-produk industri telah memenuhi persyaratan standar tertentu; kedua, perusahaannya harus memenuhi persyaratan standar sistem manajemen mutu yang diterima secara international. Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi dalam standar sistem manajemen mutu yang diakui secara intemasional terdapat dalam standar ISO 9002. ISO 9002 merupakan sistem manajemen kualitas intemasional yang telah diterima sebagai acuan untuk mendesain proses yang berkualitas. Sehingga masalah yang timbul adalah apakah ada perbedaan kinerja antara sebelum dan setelah sertifikasi ISO 9002. PT "X" merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang industri sepeda yang telah memperoleh sertifikasi ISO 9002 sejak tahun 1997. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan kinerja PT"X" di Surabaya sebelum dan setelah sertifikasi ISO 9002 sehingga mempunyai bukti empirik bahwa dengan memperoleh sertifikasi ISO 9002 PT "X" memiliki perbedaan kualitas kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode perbandingan. Metode perbandingan yang dimaksud bahwa membandingkan kinerja PT "X" sebelum dan setelah sertifikasi ISO 9002 dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja yang menggunakan alat pengukuran Balance Scorecard. Pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan Balance Scorecard adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kinerja setelah menerapkan sertifikasi ISO 9002 jika dibandingkan sebelum sertifikasi ISO 9002 selain itu juga dilakukan pengujian statistik untuk mengetahui kebenaran dari alat pengukuran kinerja itu sendiri. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pembaca dapat mengetahui bahwa apakah ada perbedaan kinerja dengan penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9002. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa setelah sertifikasi ISO 9002 kinerja perasahaan memiliki perbedaan yang menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan sebelum sertifikasi ISO 9002
