EVALUASI MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN PERKASA SMK NEGERI 1 SEDAYU BERDASARKAN SNI 7329:2009
Get PDFManagement in libraries is an activity to achieve organizational targets effectively and efficiently. The aim of this study is to evaluate library management in the Perkasa Library of SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu based on SNI 7329:2009. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The study instrument consists of stationery, recording equipment, interview guidelines, and SNI 7329:2009. The data in this study were collected using observation, interview, and documentation methods. In this study, data validation tests were carried out by triangulation and member check. The data in this study were analyzed using interactive data analysis. The results of this study show that of the 13 existing components, there are 10 components in accordance with SNI 7329: 2009, including mission, objectives, library material processing, library material care, human resources, library implementation, furniture and equipment, budget, information and communication technology and library cooperation. 2 components that are not in accordance with SNI 7329: 2009 are collections and library services. There is 1 component that is not in accordance with SNI 7329: 2009, namely space. This research advises the Perkasa Library to develop collections, library services, and spaces, especially in subcomponents that are not in accordance with SNI 7329:2009. Based on the results of the research, the Perkasa Library of SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu should be able to (1) develop collections by paying attention to maintaining and adding collections, and paying attention to reference collections; (2) extend the opening hours of library services, especially Fridays; and (3) change existing bookshelves with more ideal bookshelves so as not to take up much space

ZF-UDS-7329: A relic galaxy in the early Universe
No full textThe formation time scales of quiescent galaxies can be estimated in two different ways: by their star formation history and by their chemistry. Previously, the methods yielded conflicting results, especially when considering α-enhanced objects. This is primarily due to the time resolution limitations of very old stellar populations, which prevent accurately constraining their star formation histories. We analysed the JWST observations of the extremely massive galaxy ZF-UDS-7329 at z ∼ 3.2 and show that the higher time resolution necessary to match the chemical formation time scales using stellar population synthesis can be achieved by studying galaxies at high redshift. We compare the massive galaxy to the well-known relic galaxy NGC 1277, arguing that ZF-UDS-7329 is an early Universe example of the cores of present-day massive elliptical galaxies or, if left untouched, a relic galaxy

Penelitian ini membahas tentang studi komparasi kesesuaian perpustakaan SMAN 2 Maros dan SMAN 12 Maros berdasarkan SNI No. 7329:2009 tentang perpustakaan sekolah. Adapun yang menjadi pokok masalah adalah bagaimana perbedaan antara Perpustakaan SMAN 2 Maros dan SMAN 12 Maros menurut SNI Nomor 7329:2009 dan bagaimana tingkat pencapaian pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMAN 2 Maros dan SMAN 12 Maros berdasarkan SNI Nomor 7329:2009 tentang Perpustakaan Sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam mengenai Bagaimana perbedaan antara Perpustakaan SMAN 2 Maros dan Perpustakaaan SMAN 12 Maros menurut SNI No. 7329:2009 dan Bagaimana tingkat pencapaian pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMAN 2 Maros dan SMAN 12 Maros berdasarkan SNI Nomor 7329:2009 tentang Perpustakaan Sekolah ditinjau dari segi: standar koleksi, sumber daya manusia, layanan perpustakaan, ruang perpustakaan, perabot dan perlengkapan serta anggaran perpustakaan.
Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif komparatif, metode ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan SMAN 2 Maros telah memenuhi 6 SNI No. 7329:2009 tentang perpustakaan sekolah dalam hal jumlah koleksi buku teks, jumlah tenaga perpustakaan, kualifikasi pendidikan kepala perpustakaan, jenis layanan, luas area baca dan anggaran perpustakaan. Sedangkan SMAN 12 Maros telah memenuhi 8 SNI No. 7329:2009 tentang perpustakaan sekolah yaitu jumlah koleksi buku teks, jumlah tenaga perpustakaan, kualifikasi pendidikan kepala perpustakaan, jenis layanan, luas ruang secara keseluruhan, luas area baca, luas area staf dan anggaran perpustakaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan SMAN 12 Maros lebih tinggi tingkat pencapaian pengelolaannya daripada Perpustakaaan SMAN 2 Maros berdasarkan SNI No. 7329:2009 tentang perpustakaan sekolah. Dengan persentase kesesuaian SMAN 2 Maros 37,5% sementara SMAN 12 Maros 50%.

Abstract
This research discusses the comparative study of the suitability of the libraries of SMAN 2 Maros and SMAN 12 Maros based on SNI No. 7329: 2009 concerning the school library. As for the main problem is how the difference between the libraries of SMAN 2 Maros and SMAN 12 Maros according to SNI Number 7329: 2009 and what is the level of achievement of library management in SMAN 2 Maros and SMAN 12 Maros based on SNI Number 7329: 2009 concerning School Libraries. The purpose of this research is to find out more deeply about how the differences between the libraries of SMAN 2 Maros and Library of SMAN 12 Maros according to SNI No. 7329: 2009 and How is the level of achievement of library management at SMAN 2 Maros and SMAN 12 Maros based on SNI Number 7329: 2009 concerning School Libraries in terms of: collection standards, human resources, library services, library space, furniture and equipment and library budget. The method used is descriptive comparative method, this method is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the library of SMAN 2 Maros has met 6 SNI No. 7329: 2009 concerning school libraries in terms of the number of textbook collections, the number of library staff, the educational qualifications of the head of the library, the type of service, the reading area and the library budget. Meanwhile, SMAN 12 Maros has fulfilled 8 SNI No. 7329: 2009 concerning school libraries, namely the number of textbook collections, the number of library staff, the educational qualifications of the head of the library, the type of service, the overall space area, the reading area, the staff area and the library budget. This shows that the library of SMAN 12 Maros has a higher level of management achievement than the library of SMAN 2 Maros based on SNI No. 7329: 2009 concerning the school library. With the conformity percentage of SMAN 2 Maros 37.5% while SMAN 12 Maros 50%.

Penerapan Standar Perpustakaan Sekolah Berdasarkan SNI 7329:2009 (Studi pada Perpustakaan MTsN Jambewangi dan Perpustakaan SMPN 1 Kesamben)
Get PDFPerpustakaansekolah mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu belajar mengajar di sekolah. Agar peranan perpustakaan tercapai dan tujuan pendirian perpustakaan terlaksana dengan baik, maka perpustakaan harus mempunyai acuan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Salah satu acuannya adalah SNI 7329:2009.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisi penerapan SNI 7329:2009 tentang Perpustakaan Sekolah di perpustakaan MTsN Jambewangi dan perpustakaan SMPN 1 Kesamben, serta membandingkan analisi komparatif penerapan SNI 7329:2009 di perpustakaan MTsN Jambewangi dan perpustakaan SMPN 1 Kesamben, serta faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam penerapan SNI 7329:2009 di perpustakaan MTsN Jambewangi dan SMPN 1 Kesamben. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data interaktif Miles and Hubermen dan Saldana, yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Perpustakaan MTsN Jambewangi dalam Penerapan SNI dikatakan sudah baik. Dari 11 indikator SNI yang diteliti, perpustakaan MTsN Jambewangi memenuhi 8 indikator, yaitu koleksi, pengolahan bahan pustaka, perawatan, penyelenggaraan perpustakaan, ruang, anggaran, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta kerjasama. 3 indikator lain yang belum terpenuhi adalah sumberdaya manusia, layanan, dan perabot dan peralatan. Sedangkan penerapan SNI 7329:2009 di perpustakaan SMPN 1 Kesamben juga bias dikatan baik.Dari 11 indikator yang diteliti, perpustakaan SMPN 1 Kesamben juga memenuhi 8 indikaor. Namun ada perbedaan indikator yang terpenuhi antara perpustakaan MTsN Jambewangi dan SMPN 1 Kesamben.8 indikator yang terpenuhi di perpustakaan SMPN 1 Kesamben adalah koleksi, perawatan koleksi, penyelenggaraan perpustakaan, ruang, perabot dan peralatan, anggaran, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta kerjasama. 3 indikator yang belum terpenuhi adalah pengolahan perpustakaan, sumber daya manusia, dan layanan perpustakaan. Faktor pendukung penerapan SNI 7329:2009 di kedua perpustakaan tersebu tadalah partisipasi dari siswa dan guru dalam penggunaan perpustakaan

Infrared spectrum and proper motion of the brown dwarf companion of HR 7329 in Tucanae
No full textUp to now only four brown dwarf companions to normal stars have been
found and confirmed by both spectroscopy and proper motion (namely
Gl 229 B, G 196-3 B, Gl 570 D, and
CoD B). On the basis of an optical spectrum taken
with HST/STIS Lowrance et al. (2000) recently pointed out another
possible candidate companion. The companion candidate is located at a
distance of from the A0-star HR 7329,
which is considered as a member of a moving group of young stars in
Tucanae located at a distance of only ∼48 pc. In order to confirm
or disregard the companion nature of the candidate, we have determined
the proper motion of the brown dwarf candidate with an epoch difference of
1.8 years, and found that it is consistent with a co-moving companion of
HR 7329. Additional to the proper motion measurement, we have
also taken an H-band spectrum using ISAAC on the ESO-VLT. From this
spectrum, we conclude that the companion candidate has spectral type M 7
to M 8, which is in agreement with the optical spectrum.
We thus conclude that HR 7329 B is most likely a brown dwarf
companion. The mass ratio of this pair (A0 to M 7-8, i.e. ∼100:1)
is the largest known among brown dwarf companions, which is relevant for
studying the formation of brown dwarfs as companions
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
