Dataset on experimental investigation of optimum carburizing temperature and holding time of bi- nano additives treatment of AISI 5130 steel
Get PDFInvestigation of optimum carburizing temperature and holding time on bi- nano additives treatment of AISI 5130 steel was presented in this study. AISI 5130 steel of 100 kg mass of 0.35% carbon content was buried in pulverized additives consisting of palm kernel and coconut shell using eggshell as an energizer. Four sets of 150×150×150 mm3 steel boxes packed with additives mixed at varying weight ratio of 50: 30:20 and sixty-four pieces of 20×20×5 mm3 AISI 5130 steel were case hardened using muffle furnace (2500 °C max capacity) at respective temperatures and time of 950, 1000, 1050, 1100 °C and 60, 90, 120, 180 min. The core, interface and surface hardness of the treated samples with their respective weight loss, wear volume and rate were investigated. This dataset could be used in nano-composite match mixed ratio and optimization of carburizing medium and time for any industrial used case hardened steel. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

El clima institucional y la gestión administrativa de la educación en la I.E. 5130, Ventanilla, 2018
Get PDFLa presente investigación titulada “Clima institucional y la gestión administrativa de
la educación en la institución educativa 5130 – Ventanilla 2018”, tiene como objetivo
determinar la relación que existe entre el clima institucional y la calidad de la gestión
administrativa de la educación en la I.E. 5130 Ventanilla 2018, se empleó el método
hipotético deductivo y tiene un diseño no experimental correlacional transversal,
porque no se llega a manipular las variables cuya variable es clima institucional y
gestión administrativa. La población con el que se trabajó es de 70 profesores de
la institución educativa 5130, de la cual se trabajó con toda la población (35
profesores del nivel primaria, 35 profesores del nivel secundaria) para la aplicación
de los instrumentos, cada uno de los instrumentos fueron validados por tres
docentes especializados, y finalmente para conocer los resultados se empleó el
programa estadístico SPSS y se procedió a hacer el análisis e interpretación de los
resultados.
Luego del análisis, interpretación y contrastación de la hipótesis se concluye
que los resultados obtenidos de la contrastación de la hipótesis general, se
evidencia un índice de significancia bilateral de 0,000 que es menor al nivel de 0,05
previsto para este análisis, se determina que, sí existe relación estadísticamente
significativa alta, directamente proporcional y positiva, entre clima institucional y
gestión administrativa de la educación en la I.E. 5130, Ventanilla, 2018. (rs = 0,884,
p< 0.05)

liderazgo transformacional y desempeño docente en la I.E. 5130 Pachacutec - Ventanilla?
La metodología que se utilizó con el fin de comprobar la hipótesis fue en el
enfoque cuantitativo, la investigación correspondió a un estudio de tipo básico, para su
propósito se utilizó el diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y diseño descriptivo.
La muestra fue censal conformado por 45 docentes, se utilizo como técnica de
recolección de datos la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario acerca del
liderazgo transformacional y desempeño docente en la I.E. 5130 Pachacutec -
Ventanilla
La investigación concluye demostrando que existe una relación positiva media
y significativa entre el liderazgo transformacional y desempeño docente, en los
docentes de la I.E. 5130 Pachacutec – Ventanilla. Esto se basa en los resultados
obtenidos de la investigación, con un Rho=0.563 y un p=0.000

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
