TERCEIRIZAÇÃO NA EDUCAÇÃO: PERSPECTIVAS SOBRE O PROJETO DE REGULAMENTAÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS TERCEIRIZADOS
Get PDFA partir da aprovação do projeto de lei 4330/04 na câmara dos deputados, o qual propõe a regulamentação dos serviços terceirizados no Brasil, desenvolve-se a discussão acerca dos possíveis impactos deste projeto às relações trabalhistas contemporâneas. A partir dos fundamentos da valorização da força de trabalho no regime capitalista, investiga-se e analisa-se os principais argumentos de alguns estudiosos sobre esta temática, frente à terceirização, confrontando-os com o posicionamento dos gestores educacionais entrevistados. Nota-se, no decorrer do estudo, que a posição dos gestores, em geral, é fundada em uma lógica mercadológica, sendo que sua visão se norteia pelos interesses da organização, o que conflita com a avaliação dos especialistas da área trabalhistas e de estudos sociais, analisados, os quais, sobretudo, tem sua posição consolidada pelos impactos que a proposta de terceirização acarretaria nos trabalhadores, submetendo-os à precariedade, informalidade e baixa remuneração de suas funções, e no serviço/produto entregue aos consumidores

Salmonella whole genome sequences used were obtained from the public repositories of WGS data at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). These included fully assembled genomes from NCBI Assembly (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/), and unassembled genomes downloaded from the NCBI SRA repository (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra). Unassembled genomes were assembled using SPAdes (v3.1.1)

Get PDFThis work aims to analyze in which way the bill 4330/2004 affects the union representativeness of outsourced workers. In order to accomplish the settled purpose, it is necessary firstly to frame the outsourcing phenomena in the context of the evolution of capitalism. In relation to the main problem of the work, it’s necessary to investigate if the bill 4330/2004 implies an offense to the union representativeness of outsourced workers. The conclusions obtained show that bill 4330/2004 compounds the representativeness trouble, since this bill proposes the agglutination of workers pertained to very different realities, what stunts the collective protection of interests.O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar de que maneira o PL 4330/2004 afeta a representatividade sindical dos terceirizados. Para cumprir a finalidade estabelecida, é necessário, primeiramente, enquadrar o fenômeno da terceirização no contexto da evolução do capitalismo. Quanto à problemática central, é necessário investigar se o PL 4330/2004 representa uma afronta à representatividade sindical dos terceirizados. As conclusões demonstram que o PL 4330/2004 agrava o problema da representatividade, haja vista que propõe a aglutinação de trabalhadores que se inserem em realidades muito diferentes, o que dificulta a tutela coletiva dos interesses
