    El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre el desempeño docente y el proyecto educativo institucional en la institución educativa 40206 Milagros Hunter - Arequipa, con una población de 17 docentes, muestra censal, el tipo de investigación correlacional, diseño de investigación no experimental, transversal.Se obtuvo como resultado que la variable desempeño docente se determina que el nivel es bueno con un 88% y muy bueno con un 12% los docentes logran realizar sus actividades de forma correcta y cumpliendo sus funciones dentro del aula atravesando procesos de cumplimiento de objetivos claros en busca de la mejora de los conocimientos y las habilidades académicas de los alumnos, en cuanto al Proyecto Educativo Institucional, muestra que el nivel de percepción de los docentes en cuanto al Proyecto Educativo es Bueno con un 71%, solo el 29% tiene una percepción regular del P.E.I. La mayoría de los docentes concuerdan en que los procesos pedagógicos y administrativos que se consideran en el P.E.I son los adecuados. Llegando a la conclusión, se acepta la hipótesis de la investigación que indica que existe un relación positiva entre el desempeño docente y el proyecto educativo institucional en la institución educativa 40206 Milagros Hunter Arequipa, y a través de la estadígrafo de correlación R de Pearson, se determinó que existe una relación positiva débil, como un valor r de 0.228, lo que indica qué mejorando el nivel de Desempeño en los docentes de la institución educativa 40206 Milagros mejorará nivel de PEI.Tesi

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
