No full textLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las estrategias de organización y la construcción de la cultura institucional en la institución Educativa N° 40159 Ejército Arequipa 2018; se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación descriptivo correlacional correspondiente al paradigma positivista, se tomó como población al personal docente de la institución educativa N° 40159 Ejército; con un total de 48 docentes, con un muestreo tipo censal tomando el total de la población, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta y como instrumento 2 cuestionarios para medir las variables estrategias de organización con sus dimensiones análisis de la situación, fijación de objetivos y desarrollo del plan estratégico y la variable construcción de la cultura institucional con sus dimensiones valores, creencias, elementos cognitivos, normas y factores internos a través de una escala nominal; planteándonos como hipótesis; existe relación significativa entre las estrategias de organización con la construcción de la cultura institucional en la institución educativa N° 40159 Ejército; llegando a la conclusión; existe relación entre las estrategias de organización y la construcción de la cultura Institucional de los docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 40159 Ejército, ya que su p valor es inferior al nivel límite de 0.05.Tesi
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Get PDFLa presente investigación, tiene como objetivo la de determinar la influencia del clima organizacional en la identidad corporativa de los trabajadores de la Institución Educativa 40159 Ejército Arequipa, 2022. De acuerdo con la naturaleza del estudio de la investigación, cumple con las características de un estudio correlacional, ya que su propósito es determinar el grado de relación entre las variables. En el estudio realizado se utilizó el diseño no experimental, transeccional, porque las variables se estudiaron en su estado natural sin ser sometidos a manipulación y recolectar los datos una sola vez. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento empleado fue el cuestionario validado a través de juicio de expertos y el coeficiente estadístico Alfa de Cronbach. Se aplicó a una muestra de 72 trabajadores de la institución. Y como resultado del presente estudio se determinó que existe una influencia significativa del clima organizacional en la identidad corporativa, lo que significa que en la Institución Educativa 40159 Ejército Arequipa, 2022 existe un ambiente laboral adecuado que permite el desarrollo de la identificación del personal con los valores institucionales para lograr los objetivos planteados

No full textEl propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre la gestión institucional y la cultura organizacional en la Institución Educativa 40159 Ejército Arequipa 2017. El tipo y diseño de investigación fue correlacional con diseño transversal. La muestra fue no probabilística constituido por 71 personas entre docentes, persona directivo y administrativo, para lo cual no se no utilizaron fórmulas, puesto que es de carácter censal. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta a través de cuestionarios, que consideraron la escala Likert para ambas variables. En el análisis estadístico de los datos se empleó el Coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson para muestras paramétricas y, que confirmó la relación altamente significativa entre la gestión institucional y la cultura organizacional de los docentes (r =,885**). Los resultados de la investigación determinaron, que la gestión institucional con respecto a la cultura organizacional es regular con el 100%. En conclusión, al 95% de nivel de confianza (0,00 - ?), existe relación significativa entre las variables gestión institucional y la cultura organizacional según los docentes de la Institución Educativa 40159 Ejército de Arequipa 2017.Tesi

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
