Get PDFEl curso (2478) “Historia Económica” está organizado del siguiente modo: cada unidad temática presenta unos objetivos generales donde planteo cuáles son los conocimientos fundamentales que deben adquirir el estudiante; expongo las ideas centrales del tema y los principales interrogantes que deberían plantearse en él. Cada tema contiene una lectura obligatoria del manual de referencia, los materiales a visionar en la unidad, y unas lecturas o materiales de recomendada utilización para cada tema. No full textวิทยานิพนธ์ (น.ม.)--สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์, 2559วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ศึกษาเรื่องการบังคับใช้กฎหมายควบคุมการพนันออนไลน์ซึ่งจะได้ศึกษา กรณีเกมสังคมออนไลน์ที่มีรูปแบบการเล่นเสมือนการเล่นการพนัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ขอบเขตในการปรับใช้กฎหมายของพระราชบัญญัติการพนัน พ.ศ.2478 ทั้งในเรื่องของคํานิยาม การกําหนดฐานความผิดและบทลงโทษ หน่วยงานที่มีอํานาจหน้าที่ในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการ พนัน รวมถึงมาตรการต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเล่นการพนัน พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการ แก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว จากการศึกษาพบว่า พระราชบัญญัติการพนัน พ.ศ.2478 มีปัญหาทางกฎหมายหลาย ประการ ได้แก่ ปัญหาในการตีความทางกฎหมาย ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับผู้กระทําความผิดซึ่งไม่สามารถ นํามาปรับใช้ได้กับกรณีของการพนันบนอินเทอร์เน็ตที่อยู่ในรูปแบบของเกมสังคมออนไลน์ได้ เนื่องจากไม่ได้มีการกําหนดฐานความผิดและบทลงโทษที่ชัดเจน รวมไปถึงการขาดซึ่งหน่วยงานที่เข้า มารับผิดชอบโดยตรงในการป้องกันและปราบปรามความผิดที่เกี่ยวกับการเล่นการพนันบน อินเทอร์เน็ต ดังนั้น ผู้ศึกษาเห็นควรให้มีการเพิ่มเติมพระราชบัญญัติการพนัน พ.ศ.2478 โดยให้มีการ กําหนดคํานิยามศัพท์ของการพนัน การพนันบนอินเทอร์เน็ต ผู้เข้าเล่นการพนัน ผู้จัดให้มีการเล่นการ พนัน และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้เล่นในการพนัน การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมฐานความผิดและบทลงโทษของผู้กระทํา ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการเป็นผู้เข้าเล่น ผู้จัดให้มีการเล่นทั้งการพนันโดยทั่วไปและการพนันบน อินเทอร์เน็ต การบัญญัติบทคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนจากการพนัน ตลอดจนการจัดตั้งหน่วยงานที่มี หน้าที่กํากับดูแลเกี่ยวกับการพนันเป็นการเฉพาะ ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้สามารถปรับใช้ได้กับกรณีการเล่นเกม สังคมออนไลน์ที่มีรูปแบบเสมือนการเล่นการพนันได้นอกจากนี้ยังได้มีการกําหนดมาตรการอื่นๆได้แก่ มาตรการทางเทคนิค มาตรการทางภาครัฐ และมาตรการทางสังคม เพื่อให้การควบคุมและ ปราบปรามการเล่นการพนันบนอินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภา

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
