certificació formada per un conjunt de col·legis professionals amb l'objectiu de
certificar les competències dels enginyers i crear un vincle entre ells. Per gaudir d'un
reconeixement tant nacional com internacional i també de la confiança dels candidats,
cal obtenir una acreditació per la Entidad Nacional de Acreditación (ENAC), un
organisme públic, el qual demana la conformitat amb la UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17024 de
certificació de persones.
Gràcies al reconeixement nacional i internacional d’ENAC, la seva acreditació aporta la
confiança necessària per assegurar que l’organisme treballa d’acord al rigor i la
conformitat de la norma internacional UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17024, la qual descriu els
requisits que han de complir les entitats o organismes que tenen l’objectiu de certificar
persones.
Per tant, el projecte consistirà en desenvolupar un sistema de certificació de

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Contribuições à certificação profissional e a qualificação pós-técnica em metrologia

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Metrologia Científica e Industrial.Com a globalização aumenta a competitividade do mercado, exigindo um esforço expressivo das indústrias através da expansão e modernização de seus processos e produtos, buscando melhor tecnologia, produtividade, preço e qualidade. Pelo fato da metrologia estar presente em praticamente todos os setores da economia, contribuindo para os avanços tecnológicos e para a competitividade global, fica evidente a necessidade de se focar na formação, qualificação e certificação de profissionais especializados em metrologia. Dentro deste contexto, este trabalho apresenta os resultados de um estudo desenvolvido para fomentar a formação, capacitação e certificação dos técnicos que atuam nos diversos segmentos da metrologia. Propõe-se como objeto de pesquisa identificar o estado da arte dos cursos de metrologia e das certificações pessoais em metrologia, assim como sistematizar através de uma pesquisa de opinião nacional, as necessidades exigidas pelos técnicos que desenvolvem atividades relacionadas à metrologia e controle da qualidade. Outro objetivo deste trabalho é contribuir para a acreditação da SBM pelo INMETRO, como organismo de Certificação de Pessoas em Metrologia no Brasil, atendendo aos requisitos da Norma Brasileira NBR ISO/IEC 17024:2004. Contempla-se ao final do trabalho um modelo de curso pós-técnico em metrologia em concordância com as necessidades identificadas pela pesquisa de opinião citada acima, que vise à formação e a capacitação dos técnicos atuantes nas diversas áreas da metrologia e dos profissionais que voluntariamente almejam a Certificação Pessoal de Metrologista. With the globalization, the market competitiveness increases, demanding an expressive effort from industries through the expansion and improvement of their processes and products, looking for better technology, productivity, price and quality. As metrology is present in almost all sectors of the economy, contributing to technological advances and to global competitiveness, there is a need in to focalize in the formation, qualification and specialized professional certification in metrology. Inside this context, this work presents the results from a study developed to foment the formation, capacitation and certification of the technicians that operate in several segments of the metrology. One of the aims of this research is to identify the state of the art of the courses and personal certification in metrology and at the same time systematize through a national opinion research some of the requirements demanded by the technicians that develop activities related to metrology and quality control. Other goal of this work is to contribute to the acreditation of SBM by INMETRO, like an organism for the Personal Certification of Metrology in Brazil, attending the requirements of Brazilian Norm NBR ISO/IEC 17024:2004. It is contemplated at the end of work a model of the pos-technical course in metrology in agreement with the requirements identified by the opinion research above refered, that aims the formation and capacitation of the technicians acting in the several areas of metrology and the professionals that voluntarily long for the Metrologist Personal Certification
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
