The data is recorded manually in a book and then processed using Microsoft Excel. The condition of the financial system that is currently running at Akbid Sentra Bina Yudistira (SBY) makes it difficult for the administrative staff of the finance department to process administrative data. The author uses the waterfall software development method to make this application. By implementing a web-based information system, it can provide efficiency and the administrative system can run effectively. Training is required for the Admin before this system can be implemented so that the content in the website application can run according to its function

    This study to analyze and describe the educational values of characters contained in java textbooks of elementary school of curriculum DIY. This research expected to produce the findings on any character education in accodance with the guide lines of character education and culture of the ministry of National Education and Culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach in order to describe the educational values of characters cntained in Java textbooks of Elementary School of Curriculum DIY the published by Erlangga, Tiga Serangkai, and Yudistira. Based on research that has been done is produced findings that not all the values of character education according to the guidelines of character education and culture of the Ministry of National Education and Culture totaling eighteen value of character education, contained in the Java language textbook published by Yudistira, Erlangga, and the Tiga Serangkai. Therefore, researchers gave suggestions to the author of textbooks, in order to pay more attention to the contents of the content of a book he wrote. Especially in terms of integrating the values of education. then for teachers, to be more selective in choosing books that will be used to teach.     Novel adenosine-derived inhibitors of Cryptosporidium parvum inosine 5 '-monophosphate dehydrogenase

    We have found cyclophane-type adenosine derivatives having p-quinone amide moieties (1 and 2) as weak inhibitors of Cryptosporidium parvum inosine 5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (CpIMPDH) from the Hokkaido University Chemical Library via the luciferase-based high-throughput screening. To obtain more potent inhibitors, we synthesized four new derivatives free from cyclophane rings (3-6). The N-H derivatives 3 and 5 showed more potent activities (24.4 and 11.1 mu M, respectively) in the presence of dithiothreitol (DTT), whereas the N-methyl derivative 4 indicated more potent activity (2.1 mu M) without DTT. Conformational analysis of compounds 3 and 4 suggested that N-H amide 3 binds to IMP-binding site in the DTT mediated manner

    Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection was passed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia on October 17, 2022 with the main aim of protecting people\u27s personal data managed by electronic system operators (PSE), such as the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo), as well as preventing crimes committed by irresponsible individuals. The need to address the problem of data leakage is the main focus that must be addressed immediately with a definite and secure solution. With the enactment of this personal data protection law, it is expected to be an effective solution in dealing with the problem of personal data leakage that often occurs in Indonesia. This Personal Data Protection Act was created with the aim of protecting the privacy rights of individuals. The Academic Paper of the Personal Data Protection Law explains that "the right to privacy through the protection of personal data is a key element for individual freedom and dignity". Therefore, this personal data protection regulation is enacted to safeguard the interests of the public to avoid misuse of their personal data. The author applies a normative juridical approach method that involves analyzing each writing, rules, and its application, Kominfo collaborates with the Siberkreasi movement to provide digital education to the public. The goal is for people to be smarter in sorting information, not easily influenced by hoaxes, and less dependent on information that cannot be ascertained. Kominfo continues to collaborate with the police in law enforcement related to the spread of hoaxes. Cyber security has a very important role in protecting data security.     The concept of diversion is a settlement of a crime that provides protection for children involving the consent of the victim, perpetrator, and the community. The concept of diversion is an alternative form of settlement of a criminal offense directed towards an informal settlement involving all parties involved in the criminal act that occurred. The problem in this research is how the implementation of diversion by investigators against children as perpetrators of criminal acts of persecution together in Medan Police and how the obstacles faced by investigators Medan Police in the implementation of diversion against children as perpetrators of criminal acts of persecution together. The research method used was library research. This method is by conducting research on various sources of written reading from scholars, namely theoretical books on law, legal magazines, legal journals as well as lecture materials and regulations on criminal acts. And field research (Field Research) that is by doing spaciousness in this case the author directly conducts a study at the Medan Police by conducting interviews with police investigators and also by taking one example of the Minutes of Examination about cases of child abuse. The application of the principle of diversion in the process of investigating children as perpetrators of criminal offenses jointly in the Medan Polrestabes area is to keep children away from legal channels, protect the rights of children as victims, establish a sense of justice on both sides, protect growth and future development children, forming a sense of responsibility to children as perpetrators is carried out when the examination of the child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.     Social registry administration services is a form of public service that is crucial for the community in particular. On the other hand, social registry administration services are also source of problems such as maladministration and bureaucratic pathology. The Ministry of Home Affairs organizes programs in the field of public services, especially in the field of population administration in the form of District Integrated Administrative Services which aims to bring public services closer to the community, especially in secluded regions and far from the center of government. There are still people who remain unaware about this program and complains about the suboptimal service provided in its implementation still arise. This research aims to describe in detail the implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) program in improving the quality of services at the Medan Perjuangan District Office. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation related to the implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) program in improving the quality of services at the Medan Perjuangan District Office. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are data analysis techniques used in this research. In addition, the author uses triangulation of data sources and methods to ensure the validity of the information. The results of research on the implementation of the PATEN program at the Medan Perjuangan District Office show that the policy implementers have understood the policy targets, namely the community of Medan Perjuangan District who need civilian registry administration services. In implementing PATENTS, the number of human resources available is still insufficient, especially for data recording personnel which affects the timeliness of services. To overcome this, the Medan Perjuangan District Office received additional workforce from other section units. The SOP used is the Medan City Dukcapil Disdukcapil SOP and does not use PATEN technical guidelines which should be in the form of Permendagri No. 4 of 2010 and influences clarity regarding services. The disposition or attitude of the implementers of this PATEN program can be described as quite sufficient, it can be seen from how the implementers positively welcomed and are committed to this program which proven by the implementation of an integrity and anti-extortion zone in the area where this PATEN program is implemented.269 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

    Effect of chemical composition on hot cracking susceptibility (HCS) using various hot cracking criteria

    The paper aims to evaluate the effect of chemical composition on the Hot Cracking Susceptibility (HCS) using mechanical and non-mechanical hot cracking criteria during solidification. The criteria were SKK as a mechanical criterion. Feurer, Clyne Davis, and Katgerman as non-mechanical criteria. The criteria were implemented at various parameters to evaluate their abilities in the hot cracking susceptibility (HCS) prediction at varied chemical composition. In this study, The Mg content was varied in Al9Zn (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 %wt.) Mg2Cu alloys and Cu content in Al9Zn2Mg (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 %wt.) Cu alloys. The validation of the result is also conducted by comparing with the experimental data. Based on Feurer criterion, The hot cracking initiates at lower temperature and at higher critical rate of feeding and shrinkage with Cu content, and the hot cracking initiates at higher temperature with Mg content, and it initiates at higher critical rate of feeding and shrinkage from 1 up to 1.5 of Mg, and the critical rate of feeding and shrinkage remains constant from 1.5 up to 2.5 of Mg. Based on Clyne & Davies, the HCS decreases with Cu content from 1 up to 2 of Cu, and it increases from 2 up to 2.5 of Cu. The HCS decreases with Mg content from 1 up to 2 of Mg, and it remains constant from 2 up to 2.5 of Mg. Based on Katgerman criterion, the HCS decreases with Cu content from 1 up to 1.5 of Cu, it increases from 1.5 up to 2 of Cu, and it decreases from 2 up to 2.5 of Cu. The HCS decreases sequentially with Mg content. Based on SKK criterion, the HCS curves shift to the right with Cu content which means that the hot cracking initiates at lower temperature, and the HCS curves shift to the left with Mg content which means that the hot cracking initiates at higher temperature with Mg content.     Sistem Rekognisi Citra Digital Bahasa Isyarat Menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network Dan Spatial Transformer

    Bahasa isyarat merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi suatu kelompok masyarakat, yaitu masyarakat bisu atau tuli. Untuk dapat berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat bisu atau tuli, orang yang tidak bisu atau tuli memerlukan bahasa isyarat tersebut untuk dapat mengerti maksud atau pikiran mereka yang bisu atau tuli. Sebagian besar percakapan pada bahasa isyarat dilakukan dengan menggunakan tangan, dimana tangan beserta jari-jarinya digunakan untuk membentuk pose atau bentuk yang unik, sehingga dapat dikenali sebagai maksud tertentu. Penulis mengusulkan dikembangkan sistem rekognisi citra digital untuk dapat mengenali bahasa isyarat tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang merupakan bagian dari Deep Learning atau Machine Learning, sistem akan mengenali pose atau bentuk dari citra bahasa isyarat yang dimasukkan, dan memberikan luaran yang sesuai dengan maksud dari pose atau bentuk dari citra bahasa isyarat tersebut. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, baik data sekunder dari internet maupun data pribadi yang diambil secara manual. Data kemudian melalui pemrosesan awal dan diklasifikasikan dengan CNN, lalu didapatkan hasil untuk dianalisis. Apabila hasil memuaskan, model akan diekspor untuk dimasukkan ke dalam aplikasi berbasis web untuk digunakan secara real-time. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, model yang terbaik untuk arsitektur adalah model EfficientNet B4 dengan menggunakan Hyperparameter optimizer Adam dan learning rate 0.001 beserta scheduler. Digunakan pretrained weights untuk meningkatkan akurasi tersebut, dan ditambahkan Spatial transformer untuk mencoba membuat model menjadi lebih kokoh. Ditambah dengan pretrained weights, model diekspor untuk digunakan secara real-time. Hasil pengujian real-time menunjukkan bahwa model mampu mendeteksi setidaknya 23 dari 26 alfabet pada latar belakang yang abstrak. Apabila diuji pada latar belakang polos seperti hitam atau putih, model mampu mendeteksi seluruh 26 alfabet dengan probabilitas yang hampir sempurna. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan sudah mampu mengatasi masalah yang disampaikan.   Abstract Sign language is very important for a group of people, namely the deaf or dumb. To be able to communicate with people who are mute or deaf, people who are not mute or deaf require sign language to be able to understand the intentions or thoughts of those who are mute or deaf. Most conversations in sign language are carried out using the hands, where the hands and their fingers are used to form unique poses or shapes, so that they can be recognized as having certain meanings. The author proposes to develop a digital image recognition system to be able to recognize sign language. By using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method which is part of Deep Learning or Machine Learning, the system will recognize the pose or shape of the entered sign language image, and provide output that matches the meaning of the pose or shape of the sign language image. This research began with data collection, both secondary data from the internet and personal data taken manually. The data then goes through initial processing and is classified with CNN, then results are obtained for analysis. If the results are satisfactory, the model will be exported to be included in a web-based application for use in real-time. Based on the test results, the best model for the architecture is the EfficientNet B4 model with the Hyperparameter consisting of optimizer Adam and learning rate 0.001 along with the scheduler. Pretrained weights were used to improve accuracy, and Spatial transformers were added to try to make the model more robust. Coupled with pretrained weights, the model is exported for use in real-time. Real-time test results show that the model is able to detect at least 23 of the 26 alphabets on an abstract background. When tested on a plain background such as black or white, the model was able to detect all 26 alphabets with almost perfect probability.     PERBANDINGAN METODE ADALINE DAN BACKPROPAGATION DALAM MENENTUKAN JUMLAH INVESTASI UMKM DI KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

    Investment activity is an important factor in developing a business venture. Investment activities carried out generally result from investment decisions that consider various factors. MSME players in general often do not obtain sufficient knowledge and information in determining the amount of investment that must be spent by MSME players. In this case the author compares two methods, namely Backpropagation and Adaline, in determining the amount of investment for MSME players. Both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. So it cannot be said directly which method is suitable for forecasting, because a method that is good for one case is not necessarily good for a different case. Therefore, the two methods will be compared in determining the amount of MSME investment so that it is known which method has better forecasting accuracy performance. Based on the test results, the Adaline and Backpropagation methods can be implemented to determine the amount of MSME investment. The prediction results using the Backpropagation method are better than using the Adaline method. Where the MSE (Mean Square Error) obtained via the Backpropagation method is 0.0085492 from Training data and from Testing data is 0.0072753, while the Adaline method obtains a value of 2.47E+16
