ALAT UKUR SEDERHANA UNTUK EVALUASI KOGNITIFKESEIMBANGAN DAN AKTIVITAS FUNGSIONAL LANSIA Nawangsasi Takarini, Yulianto Wahyono, Budi UtomoKementerian Kesehatan Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta Jurusan Fisioterapi Abstract: Simple Measurement, Cognitive, Balance and Functional Activity. This study aims to develop a model of a simple gauge to measure the cognitive,balance and basic functional activities that can be applied where the elderly onlyand may be used by health workers, health cadres, or families with elderlymembers. This Ppenelitian pilot using the number of seniors who evaluate thecapability of motion, balance and risk factors with the measurement tools thathave been made by the author. The results showed that two gauges form ofbalance evaluation and early detection of motor skill demonstrated reliability. Thefourth measure shows the validity and sensitivity. Conclusion simple measuringinstrument can be used in part of early detection tools koginitif, balance andfunctional ability in the elderly.Abstrak: Alat Ukur Sederhana, Kognitif, Keseimbangan dan Aktifitas Fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model alat ukursederhana untuk mengukur kognitif, keseimbangan dan aktivitas fungsional dasarlansia yang dapat diaplikasikan dimana saja dan dapat digunakan oleh petugaskesehatan, kader kesehatan atau keluarga yang mempunyai anggota lansia. Ppenelitian ini menggunakan metode pilot kepada sejumlah lansia yang evaluasikemampuan gerak, keseimbangan dan faktor resiko dengan alat ukur yang telahdibuat oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua alat ukur yaitu formevaluasi keseimbangan dan deteksi dini Kemampuan Gerak menunjukkanreliabilitasnya. Keempat alat ukur menujukkan validitas serta sensitifitasnya.Kesimpulan alat ukur sederhana bisa dipergunakan sebagian alat deteksi dinikoginitif, kesimbangan dan kemampuan fungsional pada manula. THE EFFECT OF N-NH3 INCLUSION ON THE DEGRADATION OF TANNIN OF SORGHUM GRAIN BY RUMEN MICROBES
Two experiments were conducted to study the effect of N-NH3 inclusion in the rumen liquor on the degradation of tannin of whole sorghum grain. The first experiment was carried out to determine the effect of N-NH3 inclusion doses in the rumen liquor on the degradation of sorghum grain tannin. The urea as a source of N-NH3 were included in rumen liquor at doses of 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5% from the weight of whole sorghum grain (w/w). The degradation of sorghum grain tannin was increased (P<0.05) by the doses of N-NH3 inclusion, but the degradation of sorghum grain tannin began to decrease at 1.5% of N-NH3 inclusion dose. In the second experiment, the 1% of N-NH3 inclusion dose was used to evaluate the duration of fermentation in the rumen liquor. The whole sorghum grain were fermented for 12h, 24h, 48h, and 48h in the rumen liquor. The 48h of fermentation gave a highest production of total protein
production. The growth of tannase producing rumen microbes could be enhanced by inclusion of N-NH3

Peranan Trifenilfosfin dalam Dekuarterneerisasi senyawa Diisopropil Dimetil Amonium Iodida.
Transformasi amina tersier dilakukan untuk inemperoleh senyawa turunannya yang lebih potensial. Sahli satu tahap penting dalam transformasinya adalah dek.uarternerisasi spesifik garain aiTiOniurn yang disintesis dari alkilasi terhadap amina primer atau sekunder. Penggunaan nukleofil eksternal yang tepat sangat berpengaruh dal= reaksi dekuarternerisasi. Garam diisopropil-dimetil amonium iodida dapat didekuarternerisasi dengan adinya trifenilfosfin (PPh3) dalam pelarut dimetil formamida (DMF). Analisis produk dengan spektrorneter UV-V1S dan
ineminjukkan terjadinya reaksi demetilasi dalam reaksi dekuarternerisasi selama 18 jam dengan rendernen sebesar 85 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PPh3 dapat merangsang reaksi dekuarternerisasi spesifik terhadap elektrofil dengan halangan sterik rendah dari garam amonium, terutama garam diisopropii-dimetil amonium iodida.
Tertiary amine transformation was done to get its potential derivates. One of its important step of transformations is specific dequaternarisation of ammonium salt synthesized by alkylations of • primary or • -secondary. amine. Using external nucleophyle appropriately is very influential in dequaternarisation. Diisoprophyl¬dimethyl ammonium iodide salt was able to be dequaternarised by triphenylphosphine (PP113)‘ in DMF reflux. Analyzing product with Spectrometer UV-VIS and 11-1-NMR showed that demethylation was occurred during •18 hours dequaternarisation with 85 % in yields. Its showed that PPh3 stimulate specific dequaternarisation to the small steric hindrance electrophyle of aliphatic ammonium salt, especially diisoprophyl-dirnethyl ammonium iodide.

Paper waste is one type of municipal solid wastes that is not properly manage yet. It contributes about ten percent of MSW. Indonesia paper waste generation is about 1.6 million ton per year which 70 percent of them was recovered byscavengers and sold to the recycling paper industries. To optimize the paperwaste management, it is needed cooperation between community, private sectors and government in the MSW management. The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of K.H. Imam Zarkasyi, knowing the K.H. Hasyim Asy'ary and Relevance for Islamic Education in Indonesia. The type of research used by the author is Library Research and the data is taken from written materials, either in the form of books or others related to the topic of discussion. In this study, data sources from various literatures were sourced from KH. Imam Zarkasyi and KH Hasyim Asy'ary who will be researched and other sources related to research, Source of data in library research will be collected consisting of primary data and secondary data. In analyzing the data, this writer uses techniques, namely descriptive analysis, comparative analysis, hermeneutic analysis, content analysis, and historical analysis.The author concludes a number of things from this study, namely Boarding School education is very influential for the continuity of Islamic education in Indonesia, which is implanted in Boarding School education not only in the classroom but in messagere education is instilled in every extracurricular activity. Islamic boarding school education instills educational values in learning activities and extracurricular activities for students. teachers so that they can become role models for students and become facilitators in teaching and learning activities

This thesis discusses all the activities that the author carried out while participating in the Independent Entrepreneurship Program at Muhammadiyah University and the Dairy Goat Farm "Bamboe Koening Farm". The Independent Entrepreneurship Program is part of the Independent Campus program of the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which can provide opportunities for students to learn and develop into potential entrepreneurs through activities outside of lectures and implemented directly in the community. By implementing the accounting knowledge gained in college into the activities of this program, such as recording cash out, cash in, general journal, purchase journal, sales journal, and preparing financial reports. In this report the author reviews all the activities in the Independent Entrepreneurship program, including seminars and workshops, MSME Internships, Pitching, Pre-Expo and Expo. In these activities, students are expected to have entrepreneurial skills and experience that will be useful later. The Independent Entrepreneurship Program is very important for students because this program does not only teach theory but also direct practice to the community and you can experience how difficult it is to find customers and manage your own finances. The result of participating in this program is that the author has experience in entrepreneurship to prepare him for facing the real world of work after graduating from college
SISTEM PENJADWALAN MENGAJAR DI SMA NU AL MA’RUF KUDUS MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA GENETIKA
At SMA NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus, the management of the teacher's teaching schedule related to rooms andclasses still use conventional or manual methods and have not fully use computerized processing. Problems thatarise in the beginning of each learning year is the occurrence of a schedule that collides with several studentsteacher. Starting from the background of the existing problems, the author designed the System Web-basedinformation to be implemented for scheduling processing teaching at the NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus High School. In thisstudy, the Genetic Algorithm method used to build a scheduling information system by completing complexoptimization problems, which are difficult to perform by conventional methods. Results research shows that theGenetic Algorithm method can be used to build a teaching scheduling system. By generating a different task_IDconsists of subjects and teachers to produce the best fitness values in the shortest time short. From testing bygenerating as many as 10 chromosomes and 25 generations the best fitness value = 0.024, time = 126.99seconds, in the 12th generation.
