    Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Konsumen Dalam Mengambil Keputusan Jual Beli Emas Di Kalinyamatan Jepara Dalam Perspektif Islam

    Masyarakat Kalinyamatan Jepara dominan beragama islam. Sebagai seorang muslim, hendaknya dalam melakukan kegiatan transaksi jual beli perlu dilandasi perilaku yang baik sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adanya faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan jual beli emas di Kalinyamatan Jepara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskkriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kalinyamatan Jepara yang melakukan transaksi jual beli emas dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan analisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku konsumen (X1), jual beli (X2), dan faktor pengambilan keputusan (X3) variabel dependen pengambilan keputusan (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial hanya perilaku konsumen yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pedagang dengannilai thitung sebesar 1,966 dan nilai probabilitas signifikansi 0.050, sedangkan jual beli dan faktor prngambilan keputusan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan. Kemudian berdasarkan Uji F perilaku konsumen, jual beli, faktor pengambilan keputusan secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terahadap variabel pengambilan keputusan

    The Impact of Shopping Values on E-Satisfaction and Shopping Wellbeing: A South African Perspective

    Objective: Shopping well-being has continued to be a fundamental construct in retail shopping research. However, marketers seek to understand the factors that enhance shopping well-being for online consumers in the fast-growing era of e-commerce. This study sought to investigate the impact of shopping values (hedonic and utilitarian) and e-satisfaction on shopping well-being within the South African context. Research Design & Methods: The study used a cross-sectional quantitative research design. Using convenience sampling, online survey questionnaires were administered to collect the data from South African consumers who engage in online shopping. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyse the data. Findings: The findings of the study indicated hedonic shopping values had a positive impact on shopping well-being. On the other hand, it was found that utilitarian shopping values and e-satisfaction had no positive impact on shopping wellbeing. Implications and Recommendations: From these findings, web-based shopping managers can construct online shopping environments that support hedonic shopping values in order to ensure that consumers shopping online experience shopping wellbeing. Contribution & Value Added: The study adds value to marketing practitioners and businesses that seek to ensure that consumers engaging in online shopping experience satisfaction and wellbeing within the growing e-commerce industry in South Africa and other emerging economies

    Day-of-the-Week-Effect and Month-of-the-Year-Effect on Carbon Emissions Contract Trading

    Objective: This study aims to examine whether there is a potential Day-of-the-Week-Effect and Month-of-the-Year-Effect on carbon emissions trading. Research Design & Methods: This research uses secondary data obtained through the Investing.com website. The carbon market data used is daily closing data, then the daily effect test is carried out, and monthly closing data to determine the monthly effect. Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) (2,1) and (3,1) method used to analyse the data. Findings: The correlogram and GARCH (2,1) and GARCH (3,1) test results show that the carbon market does not move randomly, but there are Day-of-the-Week-Effect and Month-of-the-Year-Effect phenomena. From this study, it was also found that on Wednesday in April, there was a significant increase in returns. So, it can also be concluded that the carbon market is not efficient. Implications and Recommendations: There are opportunities that can be taken from carbon trading which turns out to have a Day-of-the-Week-Effect and Month-of-the-Year-Effect so that investors who want to join carbon trading can more easily learn about it to get maximum profit in the carbon market. Contribution & Value Added: It is hoped that the results of this study can prove whether or not there is an influence on seasonal patterns so that it can be useful for speculators and business people related to carbon trading to design the right strategy in the carbon emissions market

    KKN UNISNU Batch XV Klokah Group conducted digital marketing training and assistance to Mr. Abdul's MSMEs Furniture business located in Klokah Village, Kunduran sub-district, Blora district, Central Java province. The purpose of this community service is to develop Pak Abdul's furniture business by providing insight into marketing strategies that started in the traditional way and then changed to keep up with existing technological developments. In solving the problem of MSMEs furniture belonging to Mr. Abdul using the method of socialization, training, application of technology, assistance and sustainability. In the socialization and training stages the KKN Team provided material presentation on the importance of the role of digital marketing for the development of a business, provided tutorials for creating accounts on digital media such as Shopee and Instagram to market their products. With this community service, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for MSME actors in Klokah village, namely by adding information to develop their business by marketing and selling products through ecommerce and social media as a medium or tool for marketing products

    Malnutrition status among children under five in Indonesia is still a serious problem faced today. The problem of malnutrition that occurs in children under five can be handled by providing additional food (PMT). This additional food can be obtained from local food ingredients which are easy to obtain and have economic value. The aim of the research was to conduct an analysis of the effect of giving rice bran cookies and banana peels on weight gain in malnourished toddlers aged 1-4 years in Gebangmalang Village, Mojoanyar District, Mojokerto Regency. The type of research is an experiment using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using two treatment groups (C1 and C2). The first stage is to carry out an acceptability test to find out which cookies are most liked and carry out an analysis of the nutritional content contained in the cookies. The next stage was to intervene by providing 50 grams of cookies for 28 days to see changes in the weight of malnourished toddlers aged 1-4 years. The research uses Prettest-Posttest Group Design. Research analysis using the Krusskal Wallis test showed that there was a difference between the acceptability of rice bran cookies and banana peel cookies with a value of ρ<0.05. Furthermore, based on the Mann Whitney test, it shows that C2 cookies are proven to be the most preferred cookies compared to C1 cookies with a value of ρ<0.05. Banana peel cookies contain nutrients including macro nutrients and micro nutrients including protein, calcium, ferrous and vitamin A per 100 grams of cookies. Based on the results of the independent T-test, it shows that there is a difference in the weight gain of malnourished toddlers aged 1-4 years in the intervention group and the control group with a value of ρ<0.05, while the average weight gain of malnourished toddlers aged 1-4 years in The intervention group was higher when compared to the control group with an average weight gain ratio in the intervention group of 5.3 while the weight gain in the control group was 1.3. Providing additional food as part of treating malnutrition in children aged 1-4 years can be done by providing cookies with the addition of economical local food ingredients.     This research aims to determine the influence of Destination Image, Attraction, Tourist Satisfaction on Revisit Intention. This type of research is quantitative research and uses primary data obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from the Jepara Tourism and Culture Office as well as data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The sample for this research was 100 tourists who had visited the Kali Bening Tourism in Tanjung Village in 2021. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25. The research results showed that partially the Destination Image variable had no effect, while the Attraction and Tourist Satisfaction variables had an effect on Revisit Intention at the Kali Bening Tourism Destination, Tanjung Jepara Village.     Abstract This research aims to determine the application of fines for late payment of KUR financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia, KCP Jepara Pemuda 1. BSI KCP Jepara Pemuda 1 applies fine payments for customers who are late in making installments with the aim of disciplining customers so that they are punctual in making installment payments. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive research type. The results of the data analysis are narrated regarding the application of late payment fines for KUR financing at BSI KCP Jepara Pemuda 1. The results of the research found that, firstly, BSI KCP Jepara Pemuda 1 applied late payment fines with a calculation of 0.00069 monthly installments times the number of days late. BSI KCP Jepara Pemuda 1 provides installment payment tolerance for H+5 after the due date. Second, the amount of fines charged to customers is calculated automatically through the system. The fines applied at BSI KCP Jepara Pemuda 1 are not categorized as usury as per DSN MUI fatwa no. 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 concerning sanctions for wealthy customers who delay payments. It is explained that Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS) can impose fines on customers who deliberately delay payment of obligations. BSI KCP Jepara Pemuda 1.     Pemberdayaan UMKM ditengah arus globalisasi dan tingginya persaingan membuat UMKM harus mampu mengadaptasi tantangan global. Seperti, inovasi produk, baik berupa barang dan jasa. Pelatihan UMKM yang diberikan kepada pelaku usaha merupakan hal yang penting agar dapat bersaing secara sehat dan berkembang pesat di wilayah Jepara. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih metode Optimasi k- nearest neighbor menggunakan algoritma genetic (K-Nn+Ga) karena dapat mengatasi masalah klasifikasi dengan baik. Tujuan dari peneliti ini adalah menerapkan algoritma K-Nn+Ga untuk mendpatkan nilai k yang optimal sehingga dapat memberikan prediksi yang lebih akurat. Data yang doleh pada tools Rapid Minner dengan 6 atribut yaitu nama, jenis usaha, status usaha, bidang usaha, dan dilakukan pengujian model menggunakan k- fold cross validation serta confusion matrix untuk evaluasi dan validasi hasil akurasi sebesar 85,19%.&nbsp

    Analisis Leader Member Exchange, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Intention Turnover

    Research aim of this research is to analyze the influence the variables Leader Member Exchange, Work-Life Balance, and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intentions employees on PT Pijar Sukma Jepara. Kinds of this research is quantitative. The population was 60 employees, with sampling all population (saturated sample technique). The data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test. The results shows that Leader Member Exchange has a negative effect to Turnover Intention with t-value -5.177 > t-table -1.672 and significant value 0.000 < 0.05. Work Life Balance has a negative effect to Turnover Intention with t-value -1.912 > t table -1.672 and significant value 0.025 < 0.05. Organizational Commitment has a negative effect to Turnover Intention with t-value of -2.513 > t table 1.67203 and significant value 0.015 < 0.05. Simultaneously F-table is 26.282 > 2.76 and significant value 0,000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Leader Member Exchange (X1), Work Life Balance (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Turnover Intention Variable

    Al-Muqoddasah Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic educational institutions in Kudus. Financial management that still uses a manual system by recording in books or paper documents, which results in a buildup of documents that cause difficulty in finding data on students who will make payments, financial reports that are less accurate both in terms of data collection and total nominal. Lack of trust from parents towards the pesantren because of the lack of transparent management of pesantren finances. Observing the existing obstacles, the author makes an Information System for Financial Management of the Al- Muqoddasah Kudus Islamic Boarding School Based on Responsive Web Design Using Whatsapp Notifications so that it can make it easier for administrators to carry out financial management both from payment of pesantren fees, income and expenditure of funds and can minimize data redundancy and provide information to student guardians using payment delinquency reminder messages. Waterfall system development method.
