Education on physical and psychological changes in the elderly by increasing knowledge among cadres
Abstract
Based on 1998 UUD #13 Continue Age is a person turning 60 years old. The proportion of older people doubled from 1971 to 2020, to 9.92% (about 26 million people), with 10.43% compared to 9.42% overall, with 1% more older women than men. This year, there are already six provinces with demographics that have already reached 10% of the elderly population, one of which is: DI Yogyakarta (14.71%) (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2020). Padukuhan Duku is located in Jambidan Sub-district Bangantapan Regency Bantul Village, DI Yogyakarta. It consists of four villages and two dwellings. Perencanaan Dinding Penahan Tanah Di Ruas Jalan Desa Tanjung Pakis Aji Jepara
Retaining walls are a ground control technique that is very necessary to overcome landslides. As happened in the Tanjung Pakis Aji village area. It has steep slopes and there are indications that landslides often occur during the rainy season. The soil parameters that need to be known to plan soil retention walls for testing include specific gravity (Gs); 2.65 kN/m2, void number (e); 33.9, porosity 97.14, shear angle φ ; 29.71 ˚, soil cohesion (c) 24.5 kN/m2, dry soil volume weight (yd ) ; 1.18 kN/m3, wet soil volume weight (yb); 1.87 kN/m3, air content (Wn); 15.29%. Dimensional calculations, stability control, reinforcement of retaining walls are very important in planning retaining walls. The aim of this research is to plan a retaining wall at this location using a cantilever type retaining wall. The results show that the cantilever type retaining wall with dimensions H = 7 m, B = 3 m, T = 0.4 m, Tt and Th = 0.5, Lt = 1, Lh = 1.m, the cantilever is declared safe for the condition of the soil with a safety factor value of Fgs = 4.061 (safe), Fgl = 2.57 (safe), F carrying capacity = 6.62 (safe). From these calculations, reinforcement of types D19-250, D19-200, D19-200 can be obtained, with shrinkage reinforcement D13-100, D13-200.Dinding penahan tanah merupakan salah satu teknik pengendalian tanah yang sangat diperlukan untuk menanggulangi tanah yang longsor. Seperti yang terjadi di daerah kawasan desa Tanjung Pakis Aji. Memiliki kondisi lereng yang terjal serta terindikasi sering terjadi kelongsoran saat musim hujan. Adapun parameter tanah yang perlu diketahui untuk melakukan perencanaan dinding penahan tanah dilakukan pengujian diantaranya adalah spesific graviti (Gs) ; 2,65 kN/m2, angka pori (e) ; 33,9, porositas 97,14, sudut geser φ ; 29,71 ˚, kohesi tanah (c) 24,5 kN/m2, berat volume tanah kering (yd ) ; 1,18 kN/m3, berat volume tanah basah (yb); 1,87 kN/m3, kadar air (Wn); 15,29 %. Perhitungan dimensi, kontrol satbilitas, penulangan dinding penahan tanah sangat penting dalam perencanaan dinding penahan tanah. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk merencanakan dinding penahan tanah di lokasi tersebut dengan menggunakan dinding penahan tipe kantilever. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dinding penahan tanah type kantilever dengan dimensi H = 7 m, B = 3 m, T= 0,4 m, Tt dan Th = 0,5, Lt = 1, Lh = 1,m, katilever tersebut dinyatakan aman untuk kondisi tanah tersebut dengan nilai faktor aman sebesar Fgs = 4,061 (aman) , Fgl = 2,57 (aman) , F daya dukung = 6,62 (aman). Dari perhitungan tersebut dapat diperoleh penulangan tipe D19-250, D19-200, D19-200, dengan tulangan susut D13-100, D13-200

The research explores the dynamics of Debt and Credit in Pamoroh village. Debt and credit in Islam is a contract in economic transactions that contains the value of ta'awun (helping each other). Recruitment is the company’s first step to get employees who are competent and can make a good contribution to the company. This study aims to find out how the role of employee recruitment is supporting performance at the Gipang Singo Mas company. The research is a qualitative research, by using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, and literature study. Literature study is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and recording, and processing research materials. The sample in this 1 company owner and 4 employees. The results of this study indicate that the Singo Mas braid company uses closed methods in its recruitment activities. Where there are parties who recommend an employee to work in this company. Most of them, these employees are factory employees who have resigned from their jobs. With that, it will make it easier for companies to conduct training, because the employees who enter already have work experience. VISUALISASI DATA KEBENCANAAN KABUPATEN JEPARA MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT POWER BI
The Jepara Regency Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is a non-departmental government entity that is directly under the coordination of the Central National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). One of the authorities of the Jepara Regency BPBD is to collect information related to disasters that occur in each Regency/City in the Jepara Regency area. However, until now, the annual report regarding this disaster has not been published, resulting in reduced knowledge of the people of South Sumatra regarding locations that are vulnerable to disasters in each region. This research aims to create a visualization in the form of an informative dashboard using the Microsoft Power BI platform, which is based on data regarding disaster-prone areas in Jepara Regency Province, with a focus on each sub-district/village. The visualization results show that Keling District is an area that frequently experiences landslides.Badan Penanggulangan Bencana (BPBD) Kabupaten Jepara merupakan entitas pemerintah non-departemen yang secara langsung berada di bawah koordinasi Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) Pusat. Salah satu kewenangan BPBD Kabupaten Jepara adalah mengumpulkan informasi terkait bencana yang terjadi di setiap Kabupaten/Kota di wilayah Kabupaten Jepara. Namun, hingga saat ini, laporan tahunan mengenai bencana tersebut belum dipublikasikan, menyebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat Sumatera Selatan mengenai lokasi yang rentan terhadap bencana di setiap wilayahnya. Analisa Peran Penilai Agunan dalam Pembiayaan di BPRS Saka Dana Mulia
Abstract
In accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 13/14/PBI/2011 concerning Asset Quality Assessment for BPRS, this study aims to ascertain whether or not the role of collateral appraiser in financing at BPRS Saka Dana Mulia is appropriate, and if so, to what extent. The research methodologies used here are qualitative in nature. Interviews and written records are used as data collecting tools. Triangulation was used to check the data's validity in this investigation. Reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions are the three stages of data analysis. This research shows that, first, there are structural differences between the roles of collateral appraisers in BPRS Saka Dana Mulia financing and Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 13/14/PBI/2011 concerning Asset Quality Assessment for BPRS, with financing at BPRS being handled by the SDM of Kudus, who is not an independent appraiser. instead, an Account Officer is entrusted with the responsibility of determining the value of collateral. Second, the evaluation of BPRS collateral has been carried out in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/14/PBI/2011. Consider the 5Cs (cost, condition, market, tax, and liquidation) when estimating collateral's worth.

Abstrak
Sesuai dengan Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/14/PBI/2011 tentang Penilaian Kualitas Aset Bagi BPRS, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan sudah tepat atau tidaknya peran penilai agunan dalam pembiayaan di BPRS Saka Dana Mulia, dan jika iya, sejauh mana? cakupan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan di sini bersifat kualitatif. Wawancara dan catatan tertulis digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Triangulasi digunakan untuk memeriksa keabsahan data dalam penyelidikan ini. Mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan membuat kesimpulan merupakan tiga tahapan analisis data. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, terdapat perbedaan struktural antara peran penilai agunan pada pembiayaan BPRS Saka Dana Mulia dengan Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/14/PBI/2011 tentang Penilaian Kualitas Aktiva bagi BPRS, dimana pembiayaan pada BPRS ditangani oleh Penilai Agunan. SDM Kudus yang bukan merupakan penilai independen. sebaliknya, Account Officer diberi tanggung jawab untuk menentukan nilai agunan. Kedua, penilaian agunan BPRS telah dilakukan sesuai dengan Peraturan Bank Indonesia No.13/14/PBI/2011. Pertimbangkan 5C (biaya, kondisi, pasar, pajak, dan likuidasi) ketika memperkirakan nilai agunan.

Implementasi 4DX (The 4 Disciplines Of Execution) Dalam Pencapaian Wajib Halal Oktober (WHO) Tahun 2024
Indonesia bertekad menjadi pusat produsen halal dunia dengan potensi populasi muslim serta pangsa pasar produk halal. Keberhasilan Indonesia dalam mencapai peringkat tiga besar dalam Global Islamic Economy Indicator (GIEI) menunjukkan penguatan positif ekosistem Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH), dengan salah satu langkah strategis melalui sertifikasi halal. Undang-Undang Nomor 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 39 tahun 2021 mewajibkan semua produk yang beredar di Indonesia untuk bersertifikat halal mulai Oktober 2024.Untuk mewujudkan implementasi sertifikasi halal, dilakukan rapat koordinasi antara perwakilan Lembaga Pemeriksa Halal (LPH) dan Lembaga Pendamping Proses Produk Halal (LP3H) di Sulawesi Selatan pada 5 Maret 2024. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan kampanye tentang kewajiban sertifikasi halal serta training untuk meningkatkan pencapaian target sertifikasi halal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggabungkan metode daring dan luring. Sesi training memberikan materi pendekatan Disiplin 4dx (The 4 Disciplines of Execution) dalam pencapaian wajib halal Oktober 2024.Hasil yang dicapai berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi pencapaian target sertifikasi halal. Keterlibatan aktif stakeholder, peningkatan kapasitas, pemantauan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, inovasi dan adaptasi, serta komunikasi efektif dalam implementasi sertifikasi halal. Kesimpulannya, implementasi Disiplin 4dx menekankan pentingnya "disiplin" dalam mencapai tujuan. Dengan fokus pada WIGs, penggunaan lead measures, pembuatan scoreboard, dan penciptaan irama akuntabilitas, diharapkan LP3H dan LPH dapat memainkan peran strategis mereka secara lebih efektif dalam mencapai tujuan wajib halal pada Oktober 202

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a social and environmental responsibility that is a company's commitment to participate in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of life and a beneficial environment, both for the company itself, the local community and society in general. D Company. Junior Baru is a micro, small and medium enterprise company operating in the roof tile industry that carries out corporate social responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation and results of CSR at UD. Junior Baru Tlambah Karang Penang Sampang. The approach used in this research is a qualitative data analysis method with a case study approach. With the research location at the UD Junior Baru tile factory company. This type of research uses field study research. This type of research uses field study research. This was chosen because this research was carried out by conducting direct research in the field to obtain accurate data. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews and documentation. The research results provide actual results of the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the roof tile factory industry at UD. PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE DORATOON SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI PADA MATERI ORGAN PERNAPASAN
This study aims to develop the Doratoon website as a technology-based learning medium for respiratory system materials. In this digital era, the use of technology in education has become increasingly important to enhance the effectiveness and attractiveness of learning. The Doratoon website provides tools for creating educational animation videos that can be uploaded to platforms such as YouTube. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the study indicate that the use of the Doratoon website as a learning medium is effective in improving students' understanding of the respiratory system and makes learning more interactive and engaging.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website Doratoon sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk materi organ pernapasan. Dalam era digital ini, penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan menjadi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan daya tarik pembelajaran. Website Doratoon menyediakan alat untuk membuat video animasi edukatif yang dapat diunggah ke platform seperti YouTube.
