KETELADANAN KEPEMIMPINAN YESUS DAN IMPLIKASINYA BAGI KEPEMIMPINAN GEREJA PADA MASA KINI

This paper is an analysis of the exemplary leadership of Jesus and its implications in the present. The author conducts literature research by looking at the principles of Jesus\u27 leadership in the four Gospels, then finding the implications. From the results of the study, the Bible shows that Jesus is a figure who can be an example to his community and the example of his leadership is still relevant to Christian leadership today. The Bible shows that there are at least four areas of exemplary leadership of Jesus: the character of Jesus in leading, the spirituality of Jesus in leading, the management of Jesus in leading, and the ministry of Jesus in leading. Katarina & Krido Siswanto, Keteladanan Kepemimpinan Yesus dan Implikasinya Bagi Kepemimpinan Gereja Pada Masa Kini. Penulis melakukan penelitian literatur dengan mencermati prinsip kepemimpinan Yesus dalam keempat Injil, kemudian menemukan implikasinya. Dari hasil penelitian, Alkitab menunjukkan bahwa Yesus adalah sosok yang dapat menjadi teladan bagi komunitas-Nya dan keteladanan kepemimpinan-Nya masih relevan dengan kepemimpinan Kristen pada masa kini. This title was formed from the author's anxiety when looking for a place of worship in a new location. There are already many places of worship, but obstructions such as being far from the worship, prayer reminders, and the call to prayer not heard because we are in a soundproof place such as an office or even we are in a place where the majority are non-Muslims and the existence of a prayer room or mosque which is quiet because the location is unknown so that it can prosper the mosque or prayer room, Therefore the author makes a solution to the problem of finding mosques and prayer rooms around us and so that ta'mir or can mark mosques or prayer rooms so that people who install the application can be known. the algorithm for finding the nearest mosque or prayer room is Haversine where the system will later calculate the user's device point from the nearest place of worship and when the user wants to know the route to the mosque or prayer room it will calculate the node from the device point to the nearest mosque or prayer room using the Dijkstra algorithm. The mosque and prayer room can prosper with the search for the nearest place of worship. The haversine algorithm itself is used to calculate two coordinate points and the Dijkstra to find routes from two points in a graph.

Instructional media has an important role in the learning process. Nevertheless, many schools lack an understanding of the importance of learning media in support of learning in the classroom. Learning media has not been seen as an important factor in the learning process. The pattern of planning, procurement, organization and control of teaching media in SDN 3 Boyolali can be used as a reference by other schools. Learning media can be used by teachers to take turns so that classroom learning does not saturate. Diverse array of media types of learning, encourages the management and organization of the learning media. This is the basis of the author examines the media management model of learning in SDN 3 Boyolali.
This study has three objectives. 1. Describe the planning of instructional media in SDN 3 Boyolali. 2. Describe the use of instructional media in SDN 3 Boyolali. 3. Describe the maintenance of instructional media in SDN 3 Boyolali. The research is a qualitative research design with phenomenology. Implementation of research at SDN 3 Boyolali. Sources in the research is the principal and teachers at SDN 3 Boyolali.Teknik data collection is interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of data using an interactive model.
This study has three outcomes. 1. Planning the learning media is an inventory of types of instructional media, merelevansikan media teaching materials crate globe use in social studies, confirming media with other teachers or friends of the group, preparing a book support package from the government, and pour the planned use of media in learning devices , 2. The use of instructional media is able to show a medium of learning makes the students more easily understand the teaching materials, instructional media were able to show increasing curiosity about the new sciences, capable of showing the learning media help teachers explain the learning material, and be able to demonstrate learning media reduces verbal learning theory. 3. Maintenance of instructional media is keeping the medium of learning material or objects in special cabinets, learning media in the form of a file stored on the computer, and the media is damaged beyond repair maintenance direct teachers or experts.

Full text linkThe poor in rural areas experience obstacles in getting access to Islamic financial House. Limited savings and fixed assets have limited the credibility of the poor as borrowers, making it difficult for the poor to obtain credit from financial institutions. This is where Islamic Financial House inclusivity is needed. This activity carried out by the author and the student team was carried out in 2019 at Kali Sangkrah Hamlet, Sumberoto Village, Malang Regency, which acts as a fostered partner. The majority of people in the fostered partner areas work as bamboo craftsmen with the main problem of capital difficulties that occur in the bamboo craftsmen community in Kali Sangkrah Hamlet caused by ignorance of Javanese financial product services and how to establish their own financial institutions. The form of this assistance activity is the establishment of a Sharia Financial Institution (Islamic Finance House). Activities carried out for approximately 4 (four) months. From the results of the activity, there was positive benefits for partners, including the formation of a sharia microfinance institution for groups of bamboo craftsmen
Characteristic Polynomial and Eigenproblem of Triangular Matrix over Interval Min-Plus Algebra
Full text linkA min-plus algebra is a linear algebra over the semiring R_ε', equipped with the operations “"⊕'=min" ” and “⊗=+”. In min-plus algebra, there is the concept of characteristic polynomial obtained from permanent of matrix. Min-plus algebra can be extended to an interval min-plus algebra, which is a set 〖 I(R)〗_ε' equipped with the operations ¯("⊕'" ) and ¯("⊗" ). Matrix over interval min-plus algebra has some special forms, one of which is a triangular matrix. The concept of characteristic polynomial and eigenproblem can be applied to a triangular matrix. There is a more concise formula for solving the eigenproblem of triangular matrix because this matrix is a special form of matrix. This research will discuss the characteristic polynomial and solving eigenproblem of triangular matrix over interval min-plus algebra using its characteristic polynomials. The research method used is a literature study. From the research results, the permanent formula and characteristic polynomial formula of the triangular matrix are obtained. It is also obtained that the smallest corner of the characteristic polynomial is the principal eigenvalue and the vector eigen corresponding to the principal eigenvalue can be obtained through the matrix A_λ. So that this position has the potential and strength to be able to contribute significantly in creating world peace by providing education about the great benefits of peace between fellow believers through calls for peace and real examples in everyday life through social interactions between people. show tolerance and mutual respect that need to be fostered. In this study the author uses qualitative research with a library research approach and is descriptive in nature, where the writer wants to reveal more deeply the position of Indonesian Muslims has a significant influence in the realization of world peace.
