Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah maju di berbagai bidang, termasuk bidang pendidikan yang di mana pada setiap sekolah atau universitas memiliki fasilitas internet sebagai penyalur pelayanan informasi ke siswa, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat. Salah satu penggunaan fasilitas internet yaitu website . Website biasanya digunakan instansi untuk menyampaikan informasi secara rinci kepada masyarakat ataupun untuk berkomunikasi serta dapat mempromosikan instansi yang terkait agar dikenal oleh khalayak luas.
Program studi Informatika UPN Veteran Jawa Timur memiliki website resmi yaitu https://if.upnjatim.ac.id/ dengan menggunakan domain Wordpress. Website tersebut digunakan sebagai informasi untuk mengenalkan Informatika UPN Veteran Jawa Timur secara umum dan untuk mengunggah berita terbaru dari informatika itu sendiri. Di dalam website tersebut terdapat informasi umum yang didapat seperti Visi Misi , CPL (Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan), Kurikulum, dan informasi penting lainnya. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum optimal sehingga mahasiswa belum mengetahui kegunaan website tersebut. Dapat dilihat juga dalam penyampaian informasinya masih belum rutin, da n masih sangat minim digunakan. Oleh karena itu kami di sini akan memperbaharui website tersebut agar lebih interaktif dan update mengenai jurusan informatika UPN Veteran Jawa Timur agar nantinya website tersebut bisa digunakan bagi para tersebut bisa digunakan bagi para mahasiswa yang ingin mencari informasi.
Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah penambahan subbab header seperti Akreditasi, Fasilitas, Profil Lulusan, Jadwal Perkuliahan, Konversi Mata Kuliah dan lain sebagainya. Juga ditambahkan subbab baru mengenai Calon Mahasiswa yang meliputi Informasi Pendaftaran, Prospek Karier dan Kehidupan Kampus Informatika. Setelah itu juga terdapat pengoptimalan berita yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih tiga bulan menyesuaikan kegiatan yang terjadi pada rentang waktu tersebut. Sehingga website tersebut menjadi lebih aktif ketika dilihat oleh pengunjung baik mahasiswa sendiri ataupun khalayak luas. Dan diharapkan dengan pengembangan website ini bisa menjadikan website informatika menjadi sarana informasi yang bisa digunakan mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan baik mengenai Program Studi Informatika itu sendiri, ataupun mengenai kegiatan luar yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen informatika UPN Veteran Jawa Timur

In 24 weeks of industrial training at SID PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, I had an experience that was both exhilarating and important, and this phrase is apt to describe it. On March 1st 2023,1began my industrial training at SID PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, which will last until August 2023. I was assigned to the Department of Finance and Operation for the Melaka's branch. This report offers an overview of the company and my internship. My readiness for a real working life both physically and mentally was greatly influenced by my prior career. The report will begin with an overview of the background of the company as a whole, including its vision and mission, organizational structure and product supply. I’ve also submitted my resume that details my internship experience. Then, where I go into more detail, which my training outcome. My supervisor, Mr Saiful Islam Bin Dimyati, also a director manager, have helped and guided me understand a lot about how to manage finance and operation in the company. In addition, I included an observation on Sid Property Management that outlined the company’s SWOT analysis. This SWOT analysis is including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Besides that, there are also suggestions and in-depth analyses of the discussions. Students will have the skills essential to complete for higher-paying employment after their complete the internship. Additionally, it introduces students to the workforce, where they can develop their talents and becomes more marketable. Besides that, the advantages of industry training include exposing student to the reality of work and helping them develop their personalities, communication skills and discipline by modelling good work ethics and regulations

Indonesia is an archipelago country, therefore the ship into a transport at sea is
very important, as well as KM. Bukit Siguntang which is one of the ships owned by
PT. PELNI engaged in the transportation of passengers and cargo service between
islands in Indonesia, but in practice KM. Bukit Siguntang still experienced many
obstacles.
The cornerstone of the theory that I use in this essay describes a general overview
of the minimum requirements that must be owned by a ship, either passenger or cargo
ships in accordance with SOLAS. It also describes the factors that cause the
occurrence of an emergency.
In this essay research method used is a qualitative method. While the data collection
was done by observing the time the author implement practices in the sea
KM. Bukit Siguntang, documentation and interviews.
Accidents on board due to lack of awareness of the passengers of the importance
of safety of life at sea, the annoncement on the boat that are less known to the
passengers so that passengers often violate the existing rules, a lack of readiness of
the crew in handling emergencies, and also tools that do not comply the safety
standards SOLAS. To overcome these problems it is necessary to more information
to the passengers of the importance of safety of life at sea, put announcements in
places so that the strategic easily seen and read by a passenger, the fulfillment of
safety tools accordance with SOLAS standards, as well as emergency drill
implemented with earnest.
In this case concluded that increasing the safety of passengers on KM. Bukit
Siguntang hampered because the application of the safety of passengers on board the
ship that does not comply with the standards applicable rules, thus causing a lot of
accidents on board. Suggestions author is always careful on the vessel, application
emergency drills as scheduled and implemented seriously.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Tujuan dari peninjauan ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai strategi penjualan mobil Nissan terra pada PT Nissan Datsun SM Amin pekanbaru, dan mengetahui kendala strategi penjualan mobil Nissan terra pada PT Nissan Datsun SM Amin pekanbaru. Data dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa wawancara langsung dengan staf HRD-GA pada PT Nissan Datsun SM Amin pekanbaru, dan data sekunder berupa data- pada PT Nissan Datsun SM Amin pekanbaru yang mendukung penelitian ini dan berbagai referensi yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi penjualan Nissan terra pada PT Nissan Datsun SM Amin pekanbaru sudah tepat dengan menggunakan penjualan konvesional dengan cara pembeli mendatangi penjual, e-commerce sebagai sarana informasi website, telemarketing, dan konsinyansi ini bekerja sama dengan bank dan Indomobil Finance dan menerapkan direct selling yang dilakukan oleh sales,dengan strategi ini diharapkan agar dapat mempertahankan penjualan agar mencapai target.

Sehubung demi terwujudnya kinerja pegawai yang baik dan bekualitas bagi instansi pemerintahan, maka instansi pemerintah perlu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan yang diperlukan pegawai, kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten merupakan pokok dari keberhasilan suatu instansi. Motivasi kerja sangat dibutuhkan bagi pegawai agar semangat dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya, didukung dengan disiplin kerja baik, dan juga dengan memperhatikan lingkungan kerja agar tidak terjadi konflik antar sesama pegawai yang bisa membuat timbulnya stres dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pusat layanan autis provinsi riau yang beralamat Jl. Arifin Ahmad - Jl. Karya Bakti belakang gedung PL2B Pekanbaru, Riau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja, didiplin kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian terapis dan tenaga kesehatan di Pusat Layanan Autis Provinsi Riau. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunkan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, didiplin kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap varibael kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Layanan Autis Provinsi Riau.

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
