FOLKLOR CIREBON DALAM LUKISAN KELUARGA SENIMAN: Komparasi Visual Karya Haryadi Suadi dan Radi Arwinda
No full textPainting is the result of creative work, intention, and sense of human sight which’s can be seen by human vision. A painting isn’t loose from the creator “the painter”. Some of artist in Indonesia still take the traditional themes of their paintings. Among the Indonesian artist especially at Bandung city, which’s raised that tradition themes is Haryadi Suadi and Radi Arwinda. Both of them are nearest relation and have Cirebon culture background which’s have relation as a father and son.
In this study, author illuminate the paintings visualisation created by Haryadi and Radi, as well as examine the aesthetic value which’s consist in it. This study have the purpose for knowing visual value, theme and meaning of symbol, showing objects, technique and media which’s used, as well as painting style which’s out warded by of both that artist. Data was collected with observation techniques, interview, documentation, and literature study. The next stage, author analyze the aesthetic study of paintings Haryadi and Radi. Analysis process is doing with nearing aesthetic approach and comparison study.
After seeing the analysis result, author can take the red yarn of this research. Haryadi and Radi have same academic background of Fine Art at FRSD ITB. Although both of them different generation, but both of paintings have the special charactheristic of Cirebon which’s strong. Haryadi’s painting still consist in a modern art, whereas Radi following the contemporary art.
Either Haryadi or Radi have the same themes of folklore in their painting. Haryadi’s painting are divided into four themes, namely the Javanese puppets figure, supranatural being, Jayabaya forecast, and Chinese Primbon. While that Radi’s painting divided into four themes, namely the Javanese puppet figure, supranatural being, worship being, and Japanese Maneki Neko. Haryadi’s painting style tends expressionist while Radi featuring the pop art style and decorative.
The result of this study expect can be the reference for art connoisseur as an apreciation reference as well as give the inspiration and the idea for the other researcher. For the artist which’s studied, hopefully they motivated for do always the creative process and work better until can be the historical record as well as enriching the treasures of Indonesian painting
Requirements on and Antecedents of Big Data Quality: An Empirical Examination to Improve Big Data Quality in Financial Service Organizations
No full textBig data has been widely known for its enormous potential in various industries, including finance. However, more than half of financial service organizations reported that big data has not delivered their expected value, yet. Among all, data quality is one of the issues behind this phenomenon, and thereby being the focus of this study. The objective of this research project is to develop key requirements for a reference architecture that improves big data quality in financial institutions. A joint approach between Requirement Engineering and Data Quality Management frameworks is performed to yield the desired requirements. Data collecting method through three case studies, seven content analysis, and literature review are performed to obtain the most comprehensive result. Overall findings indicate that antecedents of big data quality consist of data, technology, people, process and procedure, organization, and external aspects. They also encompass discovery of big data value, accessibility to data, and operationality of big data projects. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi public relations, citra perusahaan dan peranan strategi public relations terhadap citra perusahaan pada hotel Grand Kopo Bandung. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Sampel sebanyak 90 orang pelanggan hotel Grand Kopo Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi public relations berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan hotel Grand Kopo Bandung.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the public relations stategy, corporate image and the effect of public relations strategy to corporate images of the Grand Kopo Bandung Hotel. The research method used by the author is a quantitative approach to data collection techniques, namely, interviews, questionnaires, and literature. The type of research used is explanatory research. Sample as many as 90 customers of hotel Grand Kopo Bandung. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data analysis used descriptive and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that public relations strategy have significant effect on the image of Grand Kopo Bandung hotel.

The film Kim Ji Young Born 1982, which has a melancholic genre, tells the personal life of Kim Ji Young as a young mother who was forced out of her job due to pregnancy and had to become a full-time housewife. The issue raised in this novel is the patriarchal system and gender equality in South Korea. This analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method that reveals all the messages in the film and the psychological approach used is a cognitive behavioral counseling approach to analyze the causes of the characters experiencing depression to the problems they face. The results of the analysis show that the cause of Kim Ji Young's feeling of depression is caused by the patriarchal cultural habits she got since childhood
Mass of Malam Jumat Kliwon at Sendang Sriningsih: Sociological and Theological Insights

This research is motivated by the author's interest in the Kliwon Friday night Mass at the Sendang Sriningsih Maria Cave, Dalem, Klaten. The author feels that the Kliwon Friday night Tirakatan Mass is a form of inculturation in the Catholic Church, specifically for Catholicism in the Sriningsih area. In this research, the author wants to look at the meaning of the Kliwon Friday night Mass for the people in Sriningsih. The theoretical framework that the author takes is to use the Javanese philosophy of life according to Suwardi Endraswara's book, Querida Amazonia Document which deals with inculturation, also from Gaudium et Spes which talks about the relationship of evangelism with culture. This research produces data that the people really feel the sincerity and solemnity of the Tirakatan Kliwon Friday Mass, even though there is no special ritual in the celebration. The absence of special rituals is not a barrier for people to meet and find God
Tracing the trajectory of vocational education research on career adaptability: a bibliometric study
No full textReports on the evaluation of the most relevant themes on career adaptability through bibliometric analysis using the keyword “career adaptability” as its input aims to get a comprehensive view of current issues and trends in career adaptability research. The VOSviewer software in collaboration with Microsoft Excel and Open Refine was adopted as tool to visualize the network of authors, countries of origins and keywords in publication data mined on June 19 2022. The analysis found a total of 728 scientific publication from 1981 to 2022. The results show that in the last 15 years the number of career adaptability publications has grown very significantly. The United States is a major country contributing of publications. Author analysis presents Nota L as the most prolific author, while Savickas L is a prominent author while Guan Y is the writer with the best writing network with 8 other writers on career adaptability. Academic Press Inc. dominates the publication with 22.94% of it is production. Keyword analysis shows that career adaptability studies in the last two decades have focused on the theme of career planning through the establishment of a career guidance framework that aims to create prosperity

In this study, the author uses an empirical juridical research method, namely "research in the form of field studies starting from primary data to find theories regarding the process of occurrence and the process of working the law. 1). Primary data is data obtained directly from the first source. Primary data obtained through interviews are data obtained directly in the field through the respondents who have been carried out. 2). Secondary data is data obtained from official documents, diaries, and so on. Secondary data obtained from existing books. The results of the study contain: Forms of Implementation of Legal Protection Against Narcotics Crime Reporters in the Jambi City Region, Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims is expected to provide protection for witnesses and whistleblowers whose core is justice and truth and is able to guarantee certainty, order, law enforcement and protection for witnesses and respect for human rights which are the rights of a witness to a crime that has occurred.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis, bentuk perlindungan hukum yang dapat dilakukan untuk Pelapor Tindak Pidana Narkotika Di Wilayah Kota Jambi. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis, kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemberian perlindungan hukum terhadap Pelapor Tindak Pidana Narkotika di Wilayah Kota Jambi. Permasalahan yang dibahas adalah: 1). Bentuk Pelaksanaan Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Pelapor Tindak Pidana Narkotika Di Wilayah Kota Jambi? 2) Kendala Yang Di Hadapi Dalam Pemberian Perlindungan Terhadap Pelapor Tindak Pidana Narkotika di Wilayah Hukum Kota Jambi? Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu “penelitian berupa studi-studi lapangan yang bertitik tolak dari data primer untuk menemukan teori-teori mengenai proses terjadinya dan mengenai proses berkerjanya hukum. 1). Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber pertama. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara Adalah data yang diperoleh secara langsung dilapangan melalui para responden yang telah dilakukan. 2) Data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen resmi, buku harian, dan seterusnya. Data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku yang ada. Hasil penelitian berisi tentang: Bentuk Pelaksanaan Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Pelapor Tindak Pidana Narkotika Di Wilayah Kota Jambi, Undang-undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban diharapkan dapat memberikan perlindungan bagi saksi dan pelapor yang berintikan pada keadilan dan kebenaran serta mampu menjamin kepastian, ketertiban, penegakan dan perlindungan hukum bagi saksi serta menghargai Hak Asasi Manusia yang menjadi hak bagi seorang saksi tindak pidana yang telah terjadi
