No full textThe master's thesis is devoted to the issues of the socio-economic context in Russia, which has become an important tool for ensuring the housing needs of the population. The study covers key aspects affecting the development of the mortgage market, including economic conditions, legislation, income levels and social factors. The purpose of the study is to develop the most advanced approaches to creating an effectively functioning process for providing affordable housing to low–income citizens based on the principles of a market mechanism for obtaining housing, especially in an unstable economy. The object of the research is the real estate market, the trends of its further development and the impact on improving the efficiency of socio-econometric development and the economy of the country. Scientific novelty: econometric modeling reflecting the impact of the area of commissioned housing and average per capita income on the volume of mortgage loans issued.Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам социально-экономического контекста в России, который стал важным инструментом обеспечения жилищных потребностей населения. Исследование охватывает ключевые аспекты, влияющие на развитие ипотечного рынка, включая экономические условия, законодательство, уровень доходов населения и социальные факторы. Цель исследования – разработка наиболее совершенных подходов создания эффективно функционирующего процесса предоставления доступного жилья гражданам страны невысокими доходами, которые базируются на принципах рыночного механизма получения жилья, особенно в условиях нестабильной экономики страны. Объектом исследования является рынок недвижимости, тенденции его дальнейшее развитие и влияния на повышения эффективности социально-эконометрического развития и экономики страны в целом. Научная новизна: эконометрические моделирование, отражающее влияние площади введенного жилья и среднедушевых доходов на объем выданных ипотечных кредитов

Совершенно уникальным для дореволюционной журналистики был опыт газеты «Русские ведомости», вышедшей на прямой диалог с читателем и затем выпустившей сборник, куда вошел анализ читательских писем и статистический портрет среднего читателя. Это давало возможность редакции в будущем маневрировать с программой или форматом издания, но эти планы остановила Первая мировая война.The reader, as a consumer and customer of information, has been and remains a key figure in journalism. The editors have always tried to recognize him by recreating his portrait in various ways. The experience of the Russian Vedomosti newspaper, which entered into a direct dialogue with the reader and then released a collection that included an analysis of readers’ letters and a statistical portrait of the average reader, was completely unique for pre-revolutionary journalism. This allowed the editorial staff to maneuver with the program or format of the publication in the future, but these plans were stopped by the First World War

Мало того, что сам докуфильм находится на стыке таких глобальных институций, как журналистика и кинематография, так еще и сам экранный документ сегодня включает в себя такие технологии, как постановочность, актерская игра, анимация, множество графических решений, шумомузыкальных и светоцветовых. Мы хотели бы методом структурно-композиционного анализа выявить технологии компоузинга различных видов, форматов и жанров кинематографа с дальнейшей систематизацией гибридных приемов на примерах современных докуфильмов.The phenomenology of modern documentary cinema around the world lies in its deep hybridization both in form and content. Not only is the docufilm itself located at the intersection of such global institutions as journalism and cinematography, but also the screen document itself today includes technologies such as staging, acting, animation, many graphic solutions, noise-musical and light-color. We would like to use the method of structural-compositional analysis to identify compositing technologies of various types, formats and genres of cinema with further systematization of hybrid techniques using examples of modern docufilms

No full textВ исследовании предложены результаты опроса студентов медианаправлений Нижегородского государственного университета им. Н. И. Лобачевского об их опыте использования генеративных нейросетей, а также анализа их учебных работ по генерации изображений. На данном этапе студенты учатся применять нейросети именно в период обучения, год от года расширяя опыт, который зачастую все же оказывается недостаточным, особенно при использовании нейросетей для создания изображений. Тема требует дальнейшего мониторинга с целью коррекции учебных планов и содержания дисциплин.The study presents the results of a survey of students of media departments of Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod about their experience of using generative neural networks, as well as an analysis of their academic work on image generation. At this stage, students learn to use neural networks during their studies, expanding their experience year after year, which often turns out to be insufficient, especially when using neural networks to create images. The topic requires further monitoring in order to correct curricula and content of disciplines
