Financing of Foresight Projects in The Context of Digitalization
No full textВ статье рассматривается видовой контент государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в Российской Федерации как ключевого механизма социально-экономического развития общества. Анализируется сотрудничество между государственными структурами и частным сектором, которое выступает важнейшим фактором, способствующим улучшению качественных показателей жизни в условиях ограниченных инвестиционных ресурсов. В условиях, когда экономические субъекты сталкиваются с трудностями в привлечении капитала, а государственные инвестиции оказываются недостаточными, необходимым становится поиск инновационных и эффективных подходов к финансированию. Статья подчеркивает важность формирования конкурентоспособной экономической системы и необходимость повышения уровня общественного благосостояния, что требует четкого определения путей взаимодействия между государственными и коммерческими структурами. Авторы исследуют механизмы, способствующие не только реализации интересов сторон, но и достижению высокого уровня удовлетворения общественных интересов. В результате проведенного анализа выделяется многообразие форм взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в Российской Федерации показывая, насколько эффективно такое сотрудничество может повлиять на решение насущных социально-экономических задач.The article examines the specific content of public-private partnership (PPP) in the Russian Federation as a key mechanism of socio-economic development of society. The article analyzes the cooperation between government agencies and the private sector, which is the most important factor contributing to the improvement of quality of life in conditions of limited investment resources. In conditions when economic entities face difficulties in attracting capital, and public investments are insufficient, it becomes necessary to search for innovative and effective approaches to financing. The article emphasizes the importance of forming a competitive economic system and the need to increase the level of public welfare, which requires a clear definition of the ways of interaction between government and commercial structures. The authors explore mechanisms that contribute not only to the realization of the interests of the parties, but also to achieving a high level of satisfaction of public interests. As a result of the analysis, key aspects and recommendations are highlighted that can contribute to a more efficient functioning of PPP in Russia, thereby contributing to sustainable socio-economic development
The Intersection of Belief, Culture, and Social Life: A Case Study of Indonesian Ritual

Published online 10 October 2025.This study aims to explore the intersection of traditional beliefs, cultural practices, and social life as manifested in the Penti ritual of the Manggarai Indigenous community. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, focusing on various aspects of the ritual and its social significance. The data were analyzed thematically to identify key themes and sub-themes related to sacred and profane values, spirituality and social practices, and the integration of traditional customs with formal religion. The findings reveal that Penti functions as a fusion of spiritual, cultural, and social dimensions, where traditional beliefs coexist with Catholicism, and where social solidarity and gender roles evolve within the ritual context. The study suggests that Penti reflects a dynamic combination of spiritual beliefs and social practices, maintaining its relevance amidst modern influences. This research contributes to the understanding of how Indigenous rituals adapt and preserve cultural identity while navigating religious syncretism and social change, offering valuable insights for further studies on ritual practices in multicultural societies
