PROSES KOGNITIF SISWA SD TERKAIT PENGGUNAAN SIFAT-SIFAT OPERASI HITUNG DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH
Abstract: The objective of this research was to describe Cognitive Process of four grade students in the IV SD Negeri 1 Latihan SPG Ambon related to use Characteristics of Sum Operation in Problem-Solving. The approach of the research was qualitative. There were 3 abilities of the subjects, i.e. high, midle, and low. Results found there subjects acquired information with a reading method. Eventually each subject managed information with different methods, e.g. subject with high ability used associative characteristic of time, subject with midle ability used comutative characteristic of time, subject with low ability used comutatif characteristic of total sum. Finally all subjects saved information with re-checking the outcome.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh proses kognitif siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Latihan SPG Ambon terkait penggunaan sifat-sifat operasi hitung dalam pemecahan masalah. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yang memiliki 3 subjek, yaitu subjek berkemampuan tinggi, sedang, atau rendah. Hasil yang diperoleh, yaitu ketiga subjek menerima informasi dengan cara membaca. Kemudian masing-masing subjek mengolah informasi dengan cara yang berbeda-beda, misalnya subjek berkemampuan tinggi menggunakan sifat asosiatif perkalian, subjek berkemampuan sedang menerapkan sifat komutatif perkalian, sedangkan subjek berkemampuan rendah menerapkan sifat komutatif penjumlahan. Akhirnya ketiga subjek menyimpan informasi dengan cara mengecek kembali penyelesaian

Abstract: Political education should be socialized to elementary schools’ students. One of the appropriate media is using general election process context. General election is one of political activities that can be observed and analysed by elementary schools’ students. By analyzing general election process, students will have direct experience in effort to studying the meaning of democracy. Program Bimbingan Berbasis Neuro Linguistic Programming untuk Mereduksi Distres pada Peserta Didik di Jenjang Pendidikan SD sampai PT
Abstract: The purpose of the present study is to formulate a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)-Based Counseling Program to reduce the distress experienced by elementary-through-higher-education students. This research employed a quantitative and qualitative approach. Results of this research found that NLP-based counseling program was effective to reduce the distress experienced by students of elementary school up to students of higher education levels.

Abstract: Strategy of language learning can be seen as a general or a special action that is done by language learner for solving problems in language learning or non language learning. Based on information processing model in language learning, language learning strategy can be divided to cognitive strategy, meta cognitive strategy, and social strategy. Learning material development of Indonesia language in the elementary school should consider language learning that is used by language-learner so the learning material can be appropriate to learning mechanism. SUMBER BELAJAR BERBASIS KOMPUTER DAN PENERAPANNYA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: There is a variety of learning resources. One of the variety of learning resources is learning resource based on computer which has very fast development in education world, i.e.formal, informal, and non formal education.The use of this resources can be seen as as a compulsory in education world in 21st century and it is very appropriate for elementary schools' students because it has learning, playing, and early IT introduction dimensions. In application it can be seen in computer assisted instructional with program: tutorial, drills and practice, simulation and instructional game, eventually developed on multimedia teaching, includes internet. The resource has a big enough contribution so teaching became more effective and eficient. Existence of the resources was not for replacing teachers' role but as an alternative learning resources in the knowledge age. Even though there are side effects, the implementation of the resource can be solved and it is our responsibility for making the effects minimum dan solved. Abstrak: Sumber belajar (learning resources) banyak jenisnya. Salah satunya adalah sumber belajar (media) berbasis komputer yang saat ini sangat pesat perkembangannya dalam dunia pendidikan baik formal, informal maupun non formal. Penggunaan sumber ini sudah menjadi tuntutan dunia pendidikan abad 21 yang bersifat global dan sangat cocok untuk siswa SD karena memiliki dimensi belajar, bermain, dan pengenalan TI secara dini. Dalam aplikasinya berupa pembelajaran dengan bantuan komputer (Computer Assisted InstructionI) dengan program berbentuk: tutorial, drills and practice (latihan), simulasi dan permainan instruksional, selanjutnya berkembang ke pembelajaran multimedia termasuk internet. Kontribusinya cukup besar sehingga pembelajaran dapat lebih efektif dan efisien, namun bukan untuk menggantikan peran guru , tetapi sebagai salah satu alternatif sumber belajar di abad pengetahuan (knowledge age). Walaupun disisi lain ada dampak negatifnya, itu dapat disiasati serta menjadi tanggung jawab kita semua untuk meminimalisir dan mengatasinya
PEMBELAJARAN AKHLAK DI SEKOLAH DASAR MELALUI PEMANFAATAN BERITA-BERITA MEDIA MASSA
Pembelajaran Akhlak bagi anak-anak adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting dalam rangka membentuk manusia yang berkualitas. Banyak media bisa dipakai untuk mengajarkan akhlak kepada anak-anak, satu diantaranya adalah berita-berita yang dimuat di media masa. Oleh karena karakter dasar anak adalah ingin meniru segala apa yang mereka lihat dan dengar, maka penyampaian berbagai informasi dari media masa baik elektronik maupun cetak, yang notabene tidak asing bagi anak-anak akan menjadi daya tarik tersendiri dalam mengajarkan akhlak. Namun demikian, kepiawaian guru sebagai pihak yang mengarahkan dan memaknai setiap berita tetap menjadi penentu keberhasilan penggunaan media ini

PENGEMBANGAN MODEL REALISTIC MATHEMATICS EDUCATION PADA PEMBELAJARAN OPERASI BILANGAN BULAT, KPK, DAN FPB DI SD
Abstract: The purpose of this research and development was to improvea quality of teaching mathematic material of integer, KPK, and FPB. Location of the research was in the SDN Metro centre, east, south, north, and west. Subjects were fifth grade elementary schools' students and teachers. Steps of of the research were: preeliminery study; development of RME model, and test the RME model. Data was collected by teachers and students' activity instruments, media, questionnaire, and test. The collected data was analized by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research found teaching Realistic Mathematics Education model improved students' activities and learning outcomes. Students' learning motivation positively increased and also their achivement increased. Abstrak: penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika materi bilangan bulat, KPK, dan FPB. Lokasi penelitian di SDN Metro Pusat, Timur, Selatan, Utara, dan Metro Barat dengan subjek penelitian guru dan siswa kelasV. Tahap-tahap penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model RME, dan pengujian model RME. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen aktivitas siswa dan guru, penggunaan media, angket, dan tes. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran model Realistic Mathematics Education dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar siswa tumbuh positif dan prestasinya meningkat secara signifikan.
PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA SECARA KONSTRUKTIVIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN BILANGAN BAGI SISWA KELAS V SD
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan pembelajaran matematika yang beracuan konstruktivis untuk membelajarkan bilangan siswa kelas V SD dan mengkaji apakah pembelajaran tersebut dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bilangan. Sumber data penelitian ini 41 siswa kelas V di Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang pada tahun 2002. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, angket, tes, studi dokumen, dan catatan lapangan. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran matematika yang beracuan konstruktivis dapat meningkatkan pemahaman bilangan siswa kelas V SD
