    Abstract: Educational fund is one of variables influences to quality of schools’ performance. After Bupati Act no. 188.45/255/012/2009 published, Schools’ committee could draw education fund from parents. There were some conclusions from this research: (1) education fund was a determinant factor guaranted effective schools’ performance; (2) Fund management authority of schools’ commit-tee could enhance bargaining power when they met Schools’ principal; (3) Schools’ educational fund transparancy and accountability had a signficant contribution to improvement of parents’ care toward schools’ management and improvement of school images.     Pembelajaran menulis kreatif bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengungkapkan pikiran, perasaan, dan imajinasinya berdasarkan obyek yang diminati dalam bentuk prosa maupun puisi. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal, pembelajaran menulis berorientasi pada hasil akhir, siswa tidak mendapatkan kebebasan untuk memilih topik yang diminati. Pembelajaran menulis dapat mengintegrasikan dalam bentuk permainan, sehingga terjalin  adanya kerjasama antara siswa-siswa, atau siswa dengan guru. Dengan kata lain strategi yang digunakan guru belum menampakkan kreativitas siswa dalam menulis. Strategi pembelajaran berdasar pada proses dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa dalam menulis kreatif

    Abstract: This study had objective to test a relationship between leadership of school principle, schools'service quality, and achievement of the national standardized test in the Manado City elementary schools. The samples were 40 of 264 elementary schools taken by proportional random sampling.The research concluded that there were: (1)  a positive correlation between the leadership of schools' principle and the achievement of the achievement of the national standardized test in the Manado City elementary schools; (2) a positive correlation between  schools' servive  quality and achievement of the national standardized test in the Manado City elementary schools; (3) a positive correlation amongbetween leadership of school principle, schools'service quality, and achievement of the national standardized test in the Manado City elementary schools.Therefore, based on the result of the study, the achievement of the national standardized test in the Manado City elementary schools school can be improved through the leadership of school principle, and school quality of service.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kualitas pelayanan sekolah dengan prestasi Ujian Akhir Sekolah Berstandar Nasional (UASBN) Sekolah Dasar di Kota Manado. Sampel diambil 40 dari 264 SD berdasarkan random sampling proporsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada korelasi positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan prestasi UASBN, (2) ada korelasi positif antara kualitas pelayanan sekolah dengan prestasi UASBN, dan (3) ada korelasi positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kualitas pelayanan sekolah dengan prestasi UASBN. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi UASBN dapat ditingkatkan melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kualitas pelayanan sekolah

    Abstract: The purpose of this classroom action  research was to describe application of cooperative learning Jigsaw type and to improve learning processes and learning outcomes in the social studies elementary schools' students. Subjects were fifth grade students in the  SDN Baringin Anam Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam. Results found application of the cooperative learning Jigsaw type in teaching social studies included material desription, expert group, home group, and quizz. The application of cooperative learning Jigsaw type improved learning processes and learning outcomes in the social studies elementary schools' students.  Abstrak: penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar  IPS siswa SD. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Baringin Anam Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran IPS, meliputi penyajian materi, expert group, home group, dan menjawab kuis. Penerapan model kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar IPS di SD.

    Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan Pengetahuan Sosial adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah dasar. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan anak dalam mata pelajaran tersebut diperlukan penilaian seperti mata pelajaran lainnya. Oleh sebab fungsi mata pelajaran ini bersifat pengembangan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap, maka penilaiannya pun diarahkan pada tiga ranah tersebut. Pengembangan alat penilaiannya dapat dilakukan dengan model kognitif dan non-kognitif. Penilaian kognitif meliputi tes objektif dan esai, penilaian non-kognitif meliputi domain afektif dan psikomotor. Domain afektif meliputi nilai, sikap, minat, dan perasaan; domain psikomotorik meliputi unjuk kerja. Penilaian dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan Pengetahuan Sosial yang menekankan pada soal afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor dapat digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan tingkah laku siswa secara menyeluruh

    Abstract: The purpose of this research and development was to develop a creative teaching model in art painting through a picture media in higher class at elementary schools. Research result lebeled  ilustration and decoration  art painting creative teaching. The contents included: the model, implementation strategy, and teaching video. The continuing action of this research was production the book "Models of Paint Art Creative Teaching at Elementary Schools". It is stiil needed the development of  creative teaching in art painting focused in painting, printing, and forming at higgher class and lower classes. Hasil penelitian diberi label model pembelajaran kreatif menggambar ilustrasi dan dekoratif. Isinya meliputi model itu sendiri, strategi pelaksanaan, dan video pembelajarannya. Tindak lanjut dari penelitian ini adalah terwujudnya buku "Model-model Pembelajaran Kreatif Seni Rupa di SD".
