    THE IMPLEMENTATIONOF MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION IN INCLUSI ISLAMIC SCHOOL. Indonesia is a country that is made up of various ethnic groups, culture, ethnicity, and religion so that Indonesia can simply be referred to as a multicultural society. Nurcholish Madjid revealed that the plurality and multicultural is a rule of God (the laws) that can not be denied and anyone who tries to deny the law of cultural diversity, then there will be no end to the phenomenon of turbulence. Schools play an important role in instilling values in the multicultural students. If they have shared values, tolerance, love peace, and respect for differences, then these values will be reflected in the behavior of their everyday since formed on personality. If it is successfully held the young generation we, then the next life can be predicted to be relatively peaceful and respectful of others can be realized. Therefore, caring school teacher in this case is not only required in a professional implement multicultural values in a variety of opportunities that exist in schools in each subject, but they are also required to be able to instill the values of inclusive diversity to students

    Baitul Maal Wat Tanwil (BMT) merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro syari’ah yang secara faktual telah memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap berlangsungnya pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. BMT sebagai koperasi syari’ah berada di bawah naungan Dinas Koperasi, konsekuensinya , segala aktivitas keuangan yang terjadi dilindungi oleh kebijakan Undang-undang Koperasi. Namun secara faktual keberadaan UU Koperasi justru belum mampu memberikan dasar hukum yang sesuai dengan praktik BMT yang ada. Oleh karenanya pembentukan aturan hukum yang pasti merupakan hal yang tak bisa ditunda lagi mengingat keberadaan BMT kian tumbuh dan semakin berkembang baik dari aspek jumlah maupun permodalannya. Dengan dibatalkannya UU Koperasi No.17 Tahun 2012 maka perlu bagi BMT memiliki aturan hukum tersendiri sebagai payung hukum bagi aktivitas BMT sebab Koperasi dan BMT (yang disejajarkan dengan Koperasi Syari’ah) berbeda secara operasional dan prinsip. Oleh karenanya pembentukan Undang-Undang Koperasi Syari’ah sebagai dasar Hukum BMT harus segera dilaksanakan. Dalam rangka pembentukan UU Koperasi Syari’ah dalam kerangka Ius Constituendum  maka hendaknya perlu diperhatikan 3 nilai dasar , nilai dasar tersebut adalah: pertama Nilai Keadilan yang mendasari secara filosofis terbentuknya suatu aturan hukum ( Filosofiche Geltung ) dimana dasar ini merupakan suatu landasan ideal yang mengandung cita-cita kolektif masyarakat tentang nilai luhur yang  terkandung dalam Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Kedua adalah nilai kemanfaatan yang mendasari secara sosiologis ( soziologische geltung) agar hukum memiliki kekuatan berlaku dimasyarakat. Ketika adalah nilai kepastian yang lahir sebagai dasar yuridis suatu aturan hukum( Juridische Geltung), dasar ini terkait dengan  persyaratan formal pembentukan suatu peraturan selanjutnya Landasan politis artinya bahwa keberadaan suatu aturan hukum merupakan suatu upaya menuangkan cita-cita kolektif masyarakat Indonesia dalam suatu aturan hukum melalui kekuatan politis yang ada dengan kata lain dasar ini memiliki keterkaitannya dengan kekuasaan yang berperan sebaga

    AL-QUR’AN VERSES AND PROPHET HADITH OF DELIVERING LESSON PRINCIPLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STUDENTS’ ABILITY. SCL (SCL) approach appears to make the learning implementation with conducive fun atmosphere, and students centered. In the SCL approach, the teacher gives many attentions in involvement, initiative, and student social interaction in classroom. One of the principle in SCL approach is teacher delivers the lessons in accordance with students’ ability. By using Fazlur Rahman double movement theory to analyze the Qur’an verses and historical criticism, eidetic criticism, and pratical criticism of Hassan Hanafi to analyze the prophet hadith, this study aims to reveal the moral ideal of Qur’an and prophet hadith about delivering lesson principle in accordance with students’ ability as well as determining the contextual meaning for life recently. There are 21 Qur’an verses which contains the basic idea of delivering lesson principle in accordance with students’ ability and there are 11 Hadiths which contains delivering lesson principle in accordance with students’ ability. The verse and hadith show the necessity principles to put human in accordance with his position and necessity to talk with them in accordance with his ability, and completed with practical examples from the Prophet. The implementation of educational values in some Qur’an verses and Prophet hadith is able to make the learning more empower the students’ potential and influence on student personality development

    The institutions of ECD (Early Childhood Development) have a vital role in a nation education sector because they are the very first institutions to instill educational values to learners, either religious values or universal values. The management of ECD institutions has been seemingly considered less important or less prestigious compared with the management of higher education institutions such as high school or university level. This paper portrays the activity results of Community Service Program focusing on early childhood development in the Garawangi and Rancaputat village, Sumberjaya District, Majalengka. This paper is expected to increase the awareness of all parties regarding the importance of early childhood education management,  particularly in financial management aspect.     THE IMPACT OF THE WISDOM OF OMITTING INTERNATIONAL BASED SCHOOL INTO THE ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING. This study is a qualitative study, which is the subject of this research is the teachers, principals, and students in State Elementary Schools Ex SBI Gemolong Sragen. The purpose of this study is to know the impact of the abolition of the International Standard School decided by the Constitutional Court. The result indicates that the impacts of the abolition of International standard schools internasioanal are very diverse, including students’ motivation in learning Islamic education increased, because the attention of schools and School Committees are not only more focused on science and language learning. Besides that, the quality of human resources (educators) is better than when the school has international status. By adding skills items beyond teaching in the recruitment process that is applied in State Elementary School Ex SBI Gemolong Sragen in recruiting Islamic education teacher indirectly alter the learning process in class, such as the language of instruction in the learning process that is used to emphasize using the English language, after the Court’s decision on the abolition of international school, the culture is replaced with the Arabic language without losing the characteristics of learning that existed before

    The success of the collection and distribution of ZIS funds determined by the management of fundraising and distribution adopted by the institution of zakat. There are several models of fundraising and distribution of ZIS funds that can be applied in managing the ZIS funds. UPZ is one part of the organization's most end zakat according to our regulations. UPZ has the authority to collect zakat and charity donation fund. This article aims to analyze the model of fundraising and distribution of ZIS funds in UPZ Wonoketingal village, Karanganyar, Demak. The approach used is a qualitative approach to observation, interviews, and documentation as methods of data collection. When the analysis of the data used is the analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that fundraising in the UPZ Wonoketinggal village combining two models, namely direct and indirect fundraising. Indirect fundraising is used to promote the program through announcements in lectures, town hall or at the time of Jumu'ah prayer. And direct fundraising committee UPZ done by visiting the houses of citizens directly. While the distribution model of ZIS funds applied consumerist traditional models and creative productive models. Consumptive traditional models used to distribute zakat fitrah, zakat mal for the poor, and funds charitable donation.
