Interpretasi Fiqh Siyasah Pemerintahan Islam Pada Masa Al-Khulafa’ Al-Rasyidin
Abstrak This article is entitled, Interpretation of fiqh Siyasah the Pattern of Islamic Government during the Time of al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidin. The problem that was Whichresearched is related to the process of appointment of caliph at the time of al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidin, the pattern of government during the time of al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidin and the practice of Islamic government during the time of al-Khulafa' al-Rashidun. The type of research in this article is library research. Methodologically, library research is included in the qualitative research category, namely research in the form of documents and records of past events, which can be in the form of writing, drawings, or monumental works from someone regarding the history of Islamic government in the era of al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidin. This research uses two approaches adapted to the problems discussed, namely the analytical and historical approaches. The research results displayed in this article are; at the time of al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidin, there was no standard pattern regarding appointing a caliph or head of state. The pattern of government of al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidun, a government based on deliberation, consistently implemented The mandate of "Baitul Mal," putting the interests of the people first from the importance of ashabiyah and implementing a "democratic" government system. While the practice of Islamic government during the time of al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidun is not merely a political government, but can be said to be a representative of the perfect prophecy, they function to carry out national order, maintain peace, defend the borders of the state, and also they carry out the obligations that have been carried out by the Prophet SAW, during his lifetime, namely as murshid, teacher and educator. AbstrakArtikel ini berjudul, Interpretasi fiqh siyasah corak pemerintahan Islam pada masa al-Khulafa’ al-Rasyidin, permasalah yang diteliti adalah berkaitan dengan proses pengangkatan khalifah pada masa al-Khulafa’ al-Rasyidin, corak pemerintahan pada masa al-Khulafa’ al-Rasyidin dan praktek pemerintahan Islam pada masa al-Khulafa’ al-Rasyidun. Jenis penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah library research (penelitian kepustakaan), secara metodologis library research termasuk kategori penelitian kualitatif, yaitu penelitian berupa dokumen, catatan peristiwa yang sudah berlalu bisa berbentuk tulisan, gambar, atau karya-karya monumental dari seseorang mengenai sejarah pemerintahan Islam pada masa al-Khulafa’ al-Rasyidin. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan yang disesuaikan dengan permasalahan yang dibahas, yaitu pendekatan analitis dan pendekatan historis. Hasil penelitian yang dipaparkan dalam artikel ini adalah pada masa al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidin tidak terdapat satu pola yang baku mengenai cara pengangkatan khalifah atau kepala negara. Corak pemerintahan al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidun, pemerintahan yang berdasarkan musyawarah, selalu melaksanakan Amanat “Baitul Mal”, mendahulukan kepentingan umat daripada kepentingan ashabiyah dan melaksanakan sistem pemerintahan “demokrasi”. Sedangkan praktek pemerintahan Islam pada masa al-Khulafa' al-Rasyidun, tidak semata-mata merupakan pemerintahan politik, tetapi dapat dikatakan sebagai perwakilan dari nubuwwah yang sempurna, mereka berfungsi untuk menjalankan tatanan negara, menjaga keamanan, membela batas-batas negeri, dan juga mereka melaksanakan kewajiban-kewajiban yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Rasulullah SAW, pada masa hidupnya, yaitu sebagai mursyid, guru dan pendidik.
The Internalization Entrepreneurship Values of Students at Al Fahham Islamic Boarding School Purworejo
This study aimed to explain the process of internalization of entrepreneurship values to students, to identify the entrepreneurship values of students, and to explain the output produced from establishing the entrepreneurial value of students at the Al Fahham Islamic Boarding School. This study was qualitative research that used interviews, observation, and documentation to collect the data. The respondents in this study were cottage caretakers, 2 administrators, and 8 students. Data collected were analyzed through the process of data reduction with select methods related to the goal of this research. Then, the result of data reduction was presented in a systematic, easy so this could be understood easily with a draft or theory. Furthermore, the data could be concluded based on the goal of this research. This study describes data about the internalization process using the planning, acting, and evaluation theory. The values of santri entrepreneurs are explained by the concept of indicators of entrepreneurial attitudes. Meanwhile, taxonomic concepts are used in the form of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor to explain the output or results. This study concluded that to realize students with entrepreneurial attitudes, the students needed to determine goals, programs, and proper evaluation methods. Al- Fahham Islamic boarding school’s goal was to create an entrepreneurial spirit in the students themselves and to create capable and skilled cadres of students who serve the community. Implemented programs supported objective boarding schools, forming the Islamic Boarding School Business Unit (entrepreneurship) and giving spiritual motivation (spiritual). The evaluation was done at the Islamic boarding schools Al Fahham to create students’ entrepreneurial spirit through monthly income reports and appreciation with the method of giving gifts (rewards) to successful students who reach beyond target income. Internalization process of entrepreneurship values to the students successfully grows up entrepreneur attitude such as discipline, sincerity, independence, hard work, religion, togetherness, caring, affection, simplicity, respect, courtesy, responsibility, and honesty. This value proved that it could help the pesantren alumni to have some skills needed by entrepreneurs, such as creative thinking skills, skills in making decisions to be independent, and leadership skills
Pengembangan Toleransi Beragama Siswa Melalui Aktivitas Pembelajaran di Kelas Dengan Metode Komunikatif
Education has an important role in developing the value of religious tolerance in students. Learning in the classroom has a strategic role in developing it. This research aims to determine the influence of the learning process in the classroom on students’ religious tolerance. The research subjects were 210 students who were randomly selected from two junior high schools in the city of Malang, East Java. Data was collected through a class activity scale and a religious tolerance scale. Analysis was carried out using simple regression techniques. The results of the analysis of the influence of class activities on students’ religious tolerance character, there are six classroom activity indicator factors, namely: classroom rules, student support, student involvement, positive learning, teacher support, class management. Of these six indicators, the most influence on students’ religious tolerance character. is the rule in the class with the regression results getting a significance value (0.13<0.05). The results of this research have the implication that classroom rules can influence students’ religious tolerance by 59%
Blended Learning Model and PAI Learning Challenges In The Society 5.0 Era at MTsN Blora
This study analyzes the blended learning learning model with a background from the Covid'19 pandemic incident which resulted in the formation of learning methods by combining conventional and modern learning, namely conducting face-to-face learning in electronic-based networks. The purpose of this study is to describe the blended learning model in PAI lessons that has been carried out at MTs N Blora in the midst of the co-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which comes from teachers in the field of PAI and several students who were selected purvosively. The data is obtained from being able to use observation and interview techniques. This research can create new references regarding learning methods that are more creative and innovative, because blended learning is a learning model that is not monotonous and students here don't only listen to lectures, but they also explore expertise in the field of information and technology (IT) through applications. So that the co-19 pandemic can create new breakthroughs in the world of education. The results of this study are to be able to find out the differences between offline and during learning, the implementation of blended learning at MTs N Blora is done by utilizing the Google Form, Google Class, Google Meet and Zoom meating
Penguatan Moderasi dan Toleransi Beragama (Studi Nilai-Nilai Toleransi Pada KKN Kolaborasi UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dan UHN I Gede Bagus Sugriwa Bali)
AbstractStrengthening religious moderation in higher education institutions is a concrete form of countering radicalism and intolerance. This research aims to explore and discover the values of tolerance that are formed in Collaborative KKN between students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta who are Muslim and I Gede Bagus Sugriwa State Hindu University Bali who are Hindu from 25 July to 25 August 2022. This research is a research qualitative. The data in this research was collected by means of questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The informants and data sources in this research were taken from KKN group 97 Kuata participants, totaling 24 students. The data presented is then analyzed using an interpretive approach. The results of this research reveal that the religious moderation-collaborative KKN program between UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta which is Muslim and UHN I gede Bagus Sugriwa Bali which is Hindu in 2022 can strengthen the attitude of religious tolerance for the academic community in higher education. The most important thing that strengthens the attitude of tolerance between religious communities is by adding insight from each religious teaching to adherents of different religions, so that they can understand and respect things that are considered sacred in a religion. Apart from that, they are increasingly aware that differences in beliefs and worship are a wealth of this nation that must always be protected and respected. This moderated KKN activity can strengthen harmony between religious communities and be an effective solution in creating a moderate and tolerant generation. AbstrakPenguatan moderasi beragama di institusi Pendidikan tinggi merupakan bentuk konkrit kontra radikalisme dan intoleransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menemukan nilai-nilai toleransi yang terbentuk pada KKN Kolaborasi antara mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang beragama muslim dan Universitas Hindu Negeri I gede Bagus Sugriwa Bali yang beragama Hindu pada 25 Juli sampai 25 Agustus tahun 2022. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan cara kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Informan dan sumber data pada penelitian ini diambil dari peserta KKN kelompok 97 Kuata yang berjumlah 24 mahasiswa. Data yang tersaji kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan interpretatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa program KKN kolaborasi-moderasi beragama antara UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang beragama muslim dan UHN I gede Bagus Sugriwa Bali yang beragama Hindu pada tahun 2022 bisa memperkuat sikap toleransi beragama bagi civitas akademik di pendikan tinggi. Hal terpenting yang memperkuat sikap toleransi antar umat beragama adalah dengan adanya penambahan wawasan dari masing-masing ajaran agama kepada penganut agama yang berbeda, sehingga mereka bisa memahami dan menghormati hal-hal yang dianggap sakral dalam suatu agama. Selain itu, mereka semakin sadar bahwa perbedaan dalam keyakinan dan peribadatan adalah sebuah kekayaan bangsa ini yang harus senantiasa dijaga dan dihormati. Kegiatan KKN moderasi ini bisa memperkuat kerukunan antar umat beragama dan menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam menciptakan generasi yang moderat dan toleran
Pendidikan Toleransi dan Praktik Beragama Masyarakat di Kampung Jawa Bali
The purpose of this study is to explain the forms of tolerance in Kampung Jawa as well as the driving and inhibiting factors of community tolerance by using a case study in Wanasari Hamlet. In this hamlet, the non-Muslim community and the people of Kampung Jawa live in harmony. The survey method used is a qualitative survey method, and data collection is done by qualitative descriptive and interviews with several informants in Kampung Jawa. The results obtained from this study are that the practice of religious tolerance in Kampung Jawa is going well, because the attitude of community tolerance is very high. The people of Wanasari Hamlet in carrying out religious activities can run smoothly and peacefully, besides that they are also invited in the form of mutual cooperation activities, festivals, village celebrations or traditional ceremonies between religious communities in Kampung Jawa. It can be used as a support to create a peaceful life, full of tolerance and harmony.
Comparative Study of Poverty Alleviation in The Verses of The Qur’an and The Green Economy Program SGDS
Poverty is defined based on the failure of individuals to meet their primary life needs. Poverty has a tremendous negative impact on the life of the individual and community level. All societies in the world have made efforts to overcome this challenge. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting verses related to poverty and presenting them in a categorization form to obtain an intervention level. Islam, through the Qur’an, has presented a comprehensive system to overcome this poverty problem. At the individual level, poverty can be reduced by providing aqidah concepts regarding sustenance, increasing skills and creativity, and encouragement to work hard while still paying attention to sustainability aspects. At the community level, the Qur’an recommends building a social welfare net through philanthropic movements and the spirit of altruism and stipulating religious obligations and suggestions regarding the distribution of wealthPoverty is defined based on the failure of individuals to meet their primary life needs. Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT Dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam
This research aims to investigate the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media in enhancing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers. ICT-based learning media offers significant potential for Islamic Religious Education teachers to expand access to learning resources, create interactive learning experiences, boost student motivation, and foster collaboration among fellow educators. This study proposes a descriptive-quantitative research approach, involving the distribution of questionnaires to Islamic Religious Education teachers in the Candi sub-district of Sidoarjo. Through this research, it is anticipated that a deeper understanding of the impact and implications of utilizing ICT-based learning media on the professional development of Islamic Religious Education teachers will be gained. Based on the analyzed data, the research will demonstrate that out of the surveyed teachers, 16 teachers (53.33%) achieved high scores, while 11 teachers (36.67%) fall into the medium category, and finally, 3 teachers (10%) fall into the low category. This research also conducted interviews with several Islamic Religious Education teachers at the middle school level, revealing that these teachers have effectively utilized ICT-based media in their teaching and professional development
Pembinaan Sikap Disiplin dan Tawassuth Pada Santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Darussalam Boyolali
This study aims to describe the fostering of discipline and Tawassuth of students and to describe the impact of fostering discipline and Tawassuth of students at the Salafiyah Darussalam Boyolali Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative research. This research uses data collection techniques through structured interviews with the presence of researchers in the field, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was used, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that: 1. Fostering discipline and Tawassuth students through giving advice, exemplary and scheduled activities such as congregational prayers, recitation, dziba activities, tahlil activities, simaan, rote memorization, roan, and activities with the community. 2. The impact of fostering disciplinary attitudes and Tawassuth students from disciplinary attitudes, namely: The impact of fostering disciplinary attitudes on students at the Salafiyah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, namely: Compliance with regulations in Islamic boarding schools, disciplinary attitudes related to the completion of learning assignments, the obedience of students during class hours, as well as in fostering a disciplinary attitude there are sanctions for those who violate it. Then the impact of fostering the attitude of Tawassuth is: Establishing friendship between people so that divisions do not arise, students do not discriminate between groups or groups in interacting and communicating, accept opinions from other people who have different opinions and students can receive suggestions, input and constructive criticism from others
Implementasi Konsep Estetika M. Iqbal dalam Pemenuhan Kewajiban Bersama Bagi Suami Istri
AbstractAesthetics in the family can be created by fulfilling mutual obligations. Based on the will and ends with the pleasure of God. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the implementation of the aesthetic concept of M. Iqbal's ideas for the fulfillment of mutual obligations for husband and wife. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to explore M. Iqbal's aesthetic concepts and their implementation in fulfilling mutual obligations between husband and wife. There are three research results in this article, that M. Iqbal's aesthetic concept contained two principles, namely expression, and function. One of the means to create a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family is to fulfill the mutual obligations between husband and wife. The fulfillment of mutual obligations between husband and wife is the beginning of the creation of aesthetics in the family. The beautiful form of the family is oriented toward the expression of love, social function, and the Divine. This expression of love is actualized by actions to fulfill mutual obligations based on awareness of their position as husband and wife, as well as the functioning of the family as the initial environment that leads to Godhead, human development, and social progress. AbstrakEstetika dalam keluarga dapat tercipta dengan cara saling memenuhi kewajiban bersama. Didasari dengan kemauan dan diakhiri dengan rida Tuhan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menguraikan tentang implementasi konsep estetika gagasan M. Iqbal terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban bersama bagi suami istri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mendalami konsep estetika M. Iqbal dan implementasinya dalam pemenuhan kewajiban bersama antara suami istri. Ada tiga hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini, [1] dalam konsep estetika M. Iqbal terkandung dua prinsip, yakni ekspresi dan fungsi. [2] salah satu sarana untuk mewujudkan keluarga sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah adalah dengan memenuhi kewajiban bersama antara suami istri. [3] pemenuhan kewajiban bersama antara suami istri merupakan awal mula terciptanya estetika dalam keluarga. Bentuk keluarga yang indah berorientasi pada ekspresi cinta, fungsi sosial dan Ketuhanan. Ekspresi cinta tersebut diaktualisasikan dengan tindakan untuk saling memenuhi kewajiban bersama atas dasar kesadaran akan posisinya sebagai suami istri, serta memfungsikan keluarga sebagai lingkungan awal yang mengarahkan pada Ketuhanan, pembinaan manusia dan kemajuan sosial
