    This study aimed to analyze employee motivation at Mamuju Utara Departmen of Public Works. The method used was qualitative study. The method used in collecting data was interview, direct observation, and documentation.Based on the result, the employee motivation of Mamuju Utara Department of Public Works had been good, for the employees had been motivated to work well in serving people due to their willingness to fulfil their needs for achievement to gain recognition either from their employers or from their fellows. So was the indicator of self-actualization needs, some employees was motivated to work and to increase their knowledge in order to be promoted to higher position behind their service as public servants. Inspite of those indicators, for most of the employees, the social needs was not the motivation to improve their performance. The indicators of physiological needs and security needs had been running well, for cooperation relation had been harmonious in achieving the goals along with improvement of public service quality

    The purpose of this research is to know whether the Regional Real Income, General Allocation Fund, simultaneously affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Sulawesi Propince in the period of 2010-2016 and the Regional Real Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocations Fund partially effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Sulawesi Propince 2010-2016 Period. The testing in this research was Multiple Linear Regression data  panel with coefficient Determination, F test, and t for all data were processed by using Eviews 7.0. The result of F test shows the Regional Real Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Specific Allocation Fund, simultaneously affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product. It shows a larger F-count 56.06551> F- table of 0.05 where of the t test Result only Regional Real Income and the Specific Allocation Fund affecting the Gross Regional Bruto Product

    Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Implementasi Kebijakan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistimatis Lengkap di Kabupaten Tolitoli Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.  Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan informan yang dipilih sebanyak enam orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu (1) Pengumpulan data (2) Reduksi Data (3) Penyajian Data (4) Verifikasi (5) Kesimpulan. Teori yang digunakan dalam peneletian ini yaitu teori Van meter dan Van Horn dalam (Subarsono, 2005), yang mengukur implementasi kebijakan dengan: (1) Standar dan Sasaran (2) Sumber Daya (3) Komunikasi (4) Kondisi sosial, ekonomi dan politik (5) Disposisi.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti maka disimpulkan bahwa   Implementasi Kebijakan Pendaftaran  Tanah Sistimatis Lengkap di Kabupaten Tolitoli Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah belum terimplementasi secara optimal, dilihat dari faktor sumber daya yang belum memadai yaitu jumlah pegawai di kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tolitoli yang masih kurang serta sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur yang juga belum memadai

    The research itends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), job characteristics, and empowerment on civil servant’ performance in The Agency of Environmental Palu City. The study designed quantitatively with size of population 99 people; sample is determined with census technique. Data is analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job characteristics, and empowerment simultaneously have significant influence on civil servant’ performance in The Agency of Environmental Palu City; 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has significantly influence on civil servant’ performance in The Agency of Environmental Palu City; 3) job characteristics have significant influence on civil servant’ performance in The Agency of Environmental Palu City; 4) empowerment has significant influence on civil servant’ performance in The Agency of Environmental Palu City

    This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the ability of research and development (R&D) and human capital on the innovation’s ability in Furniture Business in Morowali. This is quantitative research and the sampling technique applied in this study is purposive sampling with number of sample are 60 respondents with consideration based on the characteristics of respondents namely a minimum operational experience of 1 year and representation of each district.     The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of youth policy at the Department of Youth and Sports of Central Sulawesi Province. Research location at the Office of the Department of Youth and Sports of Central Sulawesi Province. The selection of informants using Purposive is the technique of determining informants with certain considerations by setting 5 informants. Data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In this study researchers used the Milles Hubermen analysis approach technique. The results of the study are. 1. Communication, in policy implementation is very influential on the acceptance of policies by policy implementers and policy recipients, so that the quality of communication will influence in achieving the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy. In addition, based on indicators, namely transmission, clarity, consistency, it can be described that communication has proceeded well in supporting policy implementation by seeing meetings between policy implementers and policy recipients. 2. Resources, Resources are one of the variables that influence the success and failure of policy implementation such as human resources (staff), namely staff in inadequate categories. Budgetary resources (financial / financing, limited available funding causes constraints in a variety of appropriate and appropriate youth programs must be limited, funding in the category is inadequate, even though there has been information and no abuse of authority. Supporting facilities and infrastructure facilities in the category inadequate 3. Disposition by the Department of Youth and Sports of Central Sulawesi Province in the context of implementing policies based on observations and interviews shows that the disposition has proceeded as it should.4 The structure of the bureaucracy implemented in the implementation of the policy has been running well because of many influencing it works well like SOP and fragmentation

    This study aims to determine how the Quality of Integrated District Administrative Services (PATEN) in Sindue District Office Donggala Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that is by describing and describing events and phenomena that occur in the field and presents data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The researcher used triangulation techniques and sources to check the validity of the research data. Data analysis in this study uses four components consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services in the Sindue District Office in Donggala Regency uses the dimensions of direct evidence (Tangibles), Realiability, Responsiviness, Assurance and Empathy along with the indicators. Of the five dimensions, there are things that have run optimally, namely responsiveness and Empathy, but there are some indicators that have not been optimal in the quality of services, namely direct evidence Tangibel in this indicator, but it is clear that the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support services still not maximal, Reliability is still constrained by the expertise of officers in this case employees who provide services that are not in accordance with the scientific qualifications possessed and Assurance has not been able to maximize services related to service publishing

    This research is conducted in the Governance of Central Sulawesi Province in accordance with the economic growth, investment and employment by using qualitative-descriptive analysis in order to explain the datas which are related to. The economic growth is able to be only measured from the PDRB or PDB (product domestic bruto) of Central Sulawesi while the investment will consider the use of capital for many sectors and the employment is divided into autonomous employment and not-working labor. The result of this research shows that the economic growth which is based on the bruto regional domestic income has a firm relation to the investment, the better economic growth then the better investment atmosphere in the local area. Moreover, the economic growth has an impact to the absorption of employment in Central Sulawesi

    This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance at the Department of Industry and Trade in Donggala Regency. To measure the motivation variable using David Mc Clelland's motivation theory, it covers the needs of achievement, the need for power, and the need for affiliation. Next to measure the performance variable using the performance theory by Kast and James, which covers the ability, effort, and opportunity. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. In data collection carried out using Observation, Questionnaire, Interview, and Documentation methods. Measurement of question items using a Likert scale and conducted Validation Test and Reliability Test on the research instrument. The data analysis of this study used Descriptive Analysis Technique and Inferential Analysis Technique with multiple linear regression model statistical techniques. The results of the study prove that the motivational effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in Donggala Regency is 0.881 or 88.1% with the category of Very Strong relationships. The effect of motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in Donggala Regency are variables X1, X2, and X3 with regression coefficients of each variable of 1.571, 1.968, and 0.532 this means that there is a significant influence between the need for achievement (X1 ) and the need for power (X2) on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Donggala Regency, while in the Vaiable of Needs for affiliation (X3) there is no significant effect on the performance of employees at the Donggala District Industry and Trade Office

    Poverty is a complex problem that occurs in almost every country, especially in a developing country like Indonesia. Data of Susenas showed that the poor in are in rural areas and majority of them depend on agriculture for their livelihood with relatively low incomes compared to residents who live in urban areas. This research intends to identify and to analyze the poverty conditions based on consumption spending on food and non-food commodities in Labuan Toposo village Labuan sub-district Donggala Regency. Method used was descriptive analysis using quantitative approach where the sample was taken trough Slovin formula. Data analysis method used was a poverty line calculation that was designed so as not to be separated from the actual BPS calculations. The result of this research revealed that the majority of the populations in Labuan Toposo village Labuan sub-district Donggala Regency still live below the poverty line
