Get PDFThe study aims to analyze: 1) simultaneous influence of competency, motivation, and work discipline on teachers’ performance in Immnuel Educational Foundation of Palu; 2) partial influence of competency on teachers’ performance in Immanuel Educational Foundation of Palu; 3) partial influence of motivation on teachers’ performance in Immanuel Educational Foundation of Palu; 4) partial influence of work discipline on teachers’ performance in Immanuel Educational Foundation of Palu. Type of study is quantitative descriptive. The results show that the R square value is 0.429 or 42.9% that means that independent variables of competency (X1) , motivation (X2) , and work discipline (X3) influence the performance of teachers in Immanuel Educational Foundation, Palu of 42.9% while 57.1% is influenced by other variables that are not studied. Estimation value of R is 0.655 or 65.5% that shows that competency, motivation, and work discipline influence teachers’ performance in Immanuel Educational Foundation of Palu

Get PDFThe purposes of this study are: 1) to determine the growth of operational expenditure, capital expenditure, and funds equity on govermental working units in Sigi; 2) to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of operational expenditure and capital expenditure of fund’s equity on govermental working units in Sigi; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of operational expenditure on fund’s equity; 4) to determine and analyze the influence of capital expenditure on funds equity in govemental working units of Sigi. The results shows that the R2 value of 0,968 or 96,8% means that operational expenditure and capital expenditure have influence on fund’s equity of 96,8% in govermental working units of Sigi. While 3,2% influenced by variable that are not studied

Get PDFThe aims of the study are: 1) to discover and analyze the competency, commitment, and performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency; 2) to discover and analyze the influence of competency and commitment on the performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency; 3) to discover and analyze the influence of competency on the performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency; 4) to discover and analyze the influence of commitment in the performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency. Population covers 42 govermental units in Sigi Regency from departements, agencies, secretariat, inspectorates, to district levels. The result of the test shows that R2 of 0.507 or 50,7% indicates that independent variables, competency and commitment, have impact on the performance if finance administrators in The Governmental Units in Sigi of 50,7%, while 49,3% is indicated by other variables that are not included in this study

Get PDFBy looking at the existing problems at the Department of Tourism Sulawesi province seemed a decrease in employee performance so that research conducted in order to determine the performance of employees Department of Tourism Central Sulawesi province. Using descriptive qualitative research methods. The number of informants in this study that eight people, drawn by pusposive sampling techniques. Mechanical collection and retrieval of data consists of observations, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in view of employee performance that is the theory put forward by Dessler, the concept as a measure of performance for Employees at the Department of Tourism Central Sulawesi province. The results showed that the performance of employees at the Department of Tourism of Central Sulawesi province can be seen from the aspect. First, the quality of work of employees showed a pretty good performance. Second, the quantity of employee jobs can be completed in a timely manner. Third, supervision is also performed by employees, fourth, employee attendance does not guarantee the performance of employees in the work and the fifth, employees do not optimal conservation. It can be concluded that the three performance indicators according to Dessler, only three aspects that show the employee performance aspect of quality of work, quantity of work and supervision required. Get PDFComparative Financing Analysis of National Health Insurance Program and Regional Health Insurance in Achieving Budget Effektiveness in TheOffice of Health, Buol District. The study aims to compare the financing between national health insurance and Regional insurance program in Buol Districk by using a qualitative design. Informants of this study consist of 23 people hwo take part in the organization of national health insurance and Regional health insurance program in The office of health and community health centers in Buol District. The results of the study confirm that national health insurance funding concentrates on health and operational services at community health centers (Puskesmas); Regional health insurance funding allocates to providing health services at the local community health centers in Buol area and Hospitals in sentral Sulawesi in collaboration whit The Health offices ; it also funds activities in the Health office in Buol District. Budget allocation for the national health insurance is relatively higher compared to Regional Health Insurance Program. Funding of the National Health Insurance is more sufficient that the allocation for the regional program. The national health Insurance program reaches SILPA every year, while the regional Health Insurance program is always deficit. Management of the national health care programs in terms of budget utilization has not been effective in terms of service and budget utilization but ineffective in terms of budget provision

Head of National Land Office assisted by PPAT, as authorized officer to issued right transition deed of land to registered to National Land Office. Legal protection of the owner of land right's deed that has not out of land registration system, such negative system contains positive elements, means that land registration done to issued deed or certificate as strong evidence. Positive existence stels in land registration in Indonesia does not purpose to modify registration system as regulated in Agrarian Law, but it is more than to uphold the existed registration system and still give legal protection to the good faith party to registered land area

This research type is descriptive research. This study will provide an overview and explanation and interpret data in detail or with respect to the quality of employees on the laws and regulations. basic research using field research (field research) that is doing research in the field to obtain direct information and informants. techniques of data collection is done by observation techniques, interviews and documentation. while the informant is the head of the legal department, head of sub-section 2 (two) as providers of legal products and documentation, 1 (one) staff of the people, and the community as service users. Data analysis technique used is the interactive mode. data validity checking is done by triangulation of sources and methods.The results of this study indicate that the quality of service documentation and product information law at the law and the laws and the regional secretariat Tojo Una-una, by Parasuraman and Keller (2009: 52) can be seen from the aspects of physical facilities (Tangible), reliability (Realibity), responsiveness (Responsiveness), assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Empaty).In business and efforts to improve service quality legal products, especially on the law and the laws and the regional secretariat Tojo Una-una.based on the results obtained can be concluded that the quality of service of employees of the documentation and information laws have been very good but there are some things that need to be improved so that the quality of employees to be better and more effectively

Get PDFThis research is aimed to determine and analyze; 1) the inpluence of product quality on company’s image of Toyota Avanza in Palu ; 2) the inpluence of product quality on customer satisfaction toward of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 3) the inpluence of company’s image on customer satisfaction towards of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 4) the inpluence of satisfaction on customer trusts to Toyota Avanza in Palu. The research method is causal-descriptive with 240 samples. By using Structure Equation Modelling (SEM). the results show that; 1) product quality significantly and positively has effects on company image of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 2) product quality significantly and positively has effects on customer satisfaction toward of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 3) company’s image significantly and positively has effects on customer satisfaction towards Toyota Avanza in Palu; 4) satisfaction significanlty and positively has effects on customer trust towards Toyota Avanza in Palu
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BALAI WILAYAH SUNGAI SULAWESI III
Get PDFThe purpose of this research out the influence of the leadership style which are delegative leadership style, autocratic leadership style, participative leadership style both simultaneously and partially to the casual employee performance on Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III. The population in the research is a casual employee on Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III with samples obtained amounted to 88 people. Meanwhile, the analysis technicque is using multiple regression analysis. The research result shows that the leadership style which delegative leadership style, autocratic leadership style, participative leadership style have simultaneously significant influence to the casual employees performance on Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III. This result is supported by the simultaneous corelation coefficient of 42,9% shows that either correlation or relations between those variables to the casual employees on Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III have strong relation. The research result shows that the leadership style which are delegative leadership style, autocratic leadership style, participative leadership style each variables have partially significant influence to the casual employees’ performance on Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III

Get PDFThe study is analyzing the proses of budgeting, implementation and management, accountability, control and utilization, and anstacles in the managementand utilization of national health insurance capitation funds in community health center in Parigi in 2016. Type of study and data analysis is qualitative. Data collecting methods consist of in-depth interview, observation, and document review. Informants consist of 7 people who take part in the management and utilization of national health insurance capitation funds in Parigi’s health center, the key informant is the head of Health Departement in Parigi Moutong Regency. The result shows that the management of capitation funds of national health insurance has been implemented in accordance with the applicable laws and regulation, but there is a delay in reporting and and the accountablility of the clinic. This affect the delay in the issuance of SP3B dan SP2B, which also affects in the financial reporting delays. The utilization of capitation fund of national health insurance based on the Regents’ letter and regulations has been utilized 70% for service, 10% for medicine, BHP and medical devices, and 20% for operational feels. The amount of services feel paid to employees is based on the points collected. These determined by their presence, type of their work, and employment status. Utilization of operational costs affects by the limited resources, delays in planning, and expenditure of operasional costs that are considered difficult
