Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Palu City disaster on the distribution of elephant and gabion stone material to the City of Pasangkayu. For data collection techniques, the author uses observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that it can be concluded that the natural disasters that occurred in Palu City also had an impact on the distribution of goods from the city to surrounding areas, such as the City of Pasangkayu, which depended on the material needs for elephants and gabions on the City of Palu. stopped the distribution of these materials to Pasangkayu City for some time, this clearly resulted in the development of Pasangkayu City being stopped for a while. Although a few moments later the material distribution activity resumed, but it was not really running normally, the length of post-disaster recovery made elephant stone production activities and gabion distribution from producers to distributors in Palu City not really running normally, So that scarcity due to limited stock of elephant and gabions is something that must be dealt with, and obviously this problem has led to an increase in the price of both materials. Full text linkThe field of non-medical support is one of the fields of health care support at Anutapura general hospital which oversees several installations or service units including Installation of Hospital Facilities and Infrastructure Maintenance (IPSRS), Nutrition Installation, Central Suply Sterilization Department (CSSD) Installation, Sanitation Installation, Laundry Installation. The focus of this research is on laundry installations. The purpose of this thesis research is to find out how the performance of employees and contract workers in carrying out their duties. To find out the performance of employees and contract workers in this thesis research using the theory of Robbins, (2006:260) with performance indicators including the quality of work, quantity of work, timeliness of work, effectiveness, independence and work commitment. Using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The source of the data is obtained through primary data which is the result of interviews with several heads of rooms and supporting attendees at anutapura hammer general hospital. The results of the performance research are based on the quality of work, there are still some jobs that cannot always be carried out, the quantity of work that the entire work volume can be completed properly, the timeliness of the work of the employee still needs to be repaired, coming in on time or more often late while the timeliness of contract labor according to work time, work effectiveness that almost all contract workers can use machines and laundry facilities while employees are still there who cannot use it, independence in carrying out work can do the work it is responsible for, while work commitments that there are still employees and contract workers work commitment needs to be improved

Full text linkThe purpose of this study; To find out how the policy evaluation of the implementation of the registration of ownership rights over land through buying and selling at the Palu City Land Office Evaluation Theory The policy used in this research is the theory of William DUNN, the basis and type of research is qualitative, while the type of research is descriptive, informant determination technique conducted purposively on the land office officials of the City of Palu. The technique of data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is the Miles Huberman model, which is carried out in three stages, namely; Data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. Based on the background of the research and the formulation of the problem, as well as the results of research and discussion using a theoretical reference from William DUNN, with the dimensions of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity of Responsiveness, and Accuracy, the results of the study can be concluded: Through buying and selling, it has not been effective, because from the six {6} evaluation dimensions of William DUNN have not been optimally fulfilled, because the targets set are not in accordance with the reality that occurs

Full text linkThis study aimed to examine and analyze the direct influence of perceived ease, usefulness, and risk of internet marketing users on the interest in online transactions with trust as an intervening variable. The population of this research is social media users Facebook and Instagram in Palu City. The sample selection used accidental sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample. The number of samples as many as 150 of the question indicator in the questionnaire refers to Hair with the formula n x 5, namely the sample and how to distribute the questionnaire using google form. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the smartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease and trust have a significant positive effect on online transaction interest, perceived usefulness has no effect on online transaction interest, and perceived risk has a significant negative effect on online transaction interest. Perceptions of convenience and perceptions of risk have a direct effect on interest in online transactions which is mediated by trust and Perceptions of usefulness do not affect interest in online transactions which are mediated by trust

Full text linkThis research aims to know how to fund Management village (DD) in the framework of community empowerment in Palintuma village in Pinembani District district of Donggala This research uses a qualitative method of descriptive. Data obtained from interviews with the sub-district, village government. Village Institution and village community (primary data source) and from observation, documentation, and data from Palintuma Village (secondary data source). Data collection techniques are conducted with observations and interviews. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data validity using triangulation techniques. The form of data analysis used is an interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions From the results of the study showed that: 1) Community empowerment in the planning phase is still very low this is due to the still lack of community involved in the decision-making in the planning of development programs, 2) Community Empowerment has not been involved in the management team of development activities formed in the village, the community in this case is still involved in the form of approving and as a witness in the formation of the team. 3) Community Empowerment in the implementation of activities has been active this can be seen from community involvement in the implementation of development activities and the impact that produced from the development for the basic social services has been Fulfilled, 4) in the supervision phase of village Funds management has been active, at the time of planning, organizing, implementation and supervision itself, but the society in this stage is still in the consultation stage, so it is necessary to give the understanding Continuyu to the public about the importance of engaging in all stages of Village development program

Full text linkThis research aims to determine the mining and digging subsector which is a superior and competitive subsector and has the potential to develop economy in North Morowali Regency through the analysis of the Gross Regional Domestic Product in North Morowali Regency on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Sulawesi Province. The analytical methods used in this research were the Combined Analysis of SLQ (Static Location Quotient) and DLQ (Dynamic Location Quotient), Shift-Share Analysis, and Klassen Typology Analysis. The results of the research: (1) Combined analysis of SLQ and DLQ shows that the superior subsector and can be a strength in the regional economy of North Morowali Regency is the oil, gas and geothermal mining subsector; (2) Shift-Share analysis shows that all mining and quarrying subsectors are growing more slowly than the same subsector at the level of Central Sulawesi Province; (3) Klassen Typology Analysis shows that only the metal ore mining sub-sector is included in the prime subsector where this subsector has high growth and a large contribution

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to find out and identify: 1) The contribution of the industrial sector to the economy of Pasangkayu Regency. 2) Sectors that are the basic sectors in the economy of Pasangkayu Regency. This type of research is quantitative with contribution analysis and Location Quotient (LQ) analysis techniques. The results of the study that the results of the analysis of the contribution provided by the industrial sector to the formation of the Pasangkayu Regency GRDP in 2013-2018 amounted to 28.74%. LQ analysis shows that the Pasangkayu Regency industrial sector from 2013-2018 became a base sector with an LQ value of 2.67. Distribution of industries focused in Pasangkayu District which is the capital of Pasangkayu Regency and several other districts

Full text linkThe objective of this research is to find out the implementation of outpatient rehabilitation services policy atclinicof National Narcotics Central Sulawesi agency. Theresearch type used was qualitative research. The informants determinate by purposive method with certain consideration by set 6 informants. The type of data used was primary and secondary data. The data were collected through interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis used were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The theory used was the theory from Edward III, namely policy implementation, outpatient rehabilitation services for drug consumption.The results of the research show that the implementation of outpatient rehabilitation services policy at clinicof National Narcotics Central Sulawesiagency is: communication insocialization to the community has been organized. Medical and social human resources has been implemented. Facilities and infrastructure become a major support for the implementation of the activities of each field. Disposition is sufficient. The bureaucrachy structure has been implemented well. therefore it is recommended that outpatient rehabilitation services be maintained

Full text linkThe research aims to analyze the Implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan for empowering beneficiary families in Central Bungku sub-district, Morowali district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The main theory as the reference in this research was adopted from George C. Edward III with four dimension, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The selection of informants with a purposive technique. by following procedures namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion (verification). The results showed that the Implementation of the Program keluarga Harapan for empowering beneficiary families in Bungku Tengah Subdistrict, Morowali District was not optimal, where from the Communication aspect, the PKH Implementer in Bungku Tengah Subdistrict, Morowali District had established communication between the parties, however socialization was not routinely carried out to StakeHolders, especially cross officials agencies that need that information. Where officials often change personnel because of the transfer of positions at a certain time, or when the distribution of information is carried out is unable to attend. From the aspect of resources (Resouces), PKH Human Resources (SDM) are sufficient in terms of quantity and capability and knowledge but have not yet been supported by the amount of sharing funds that should be provided by the Regional Government at least 5 (five) percent according to the Social Minister's circulation of PKH facilities and infrastructure. in Morowali district. As for the aspect of the Implementing Attitude, from the Loyalty side, the Commitment and honesty of the implementer in implementing the Family Hope Program has been carried out in accordance with the code of ethics established by the institution, and from the aspect of the Bureaucratic Structure. , also the distribution of authority and hierarchy has been running quite synergistically between the unit of government units involved

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to analyze the work discipline of the USN Postgraduate Program at Tadulako University. The main theory that became the reference in this study by Soejono (2000: 67), where in this study measuring the work discipline of ASN includes 4 aspects: (1) Timeliness, (2) Using office equipment properly; (3) High responsibility; and (4) Compliance with office rules. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The location of this study took place at the Tadulako University Postgraduate Program with 6 (six) informants. Data collection is used by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are used through: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusion. The results showed that the USN discipline of the Tadulako University Postgraduate Program was good enough to be seen from the 4 aspects studied, only two aspects that were classified as optimal, namely: aspects of using office equipment properly and adherence to office rules were optimal. One aspect is quite optimal, namely: high responsibility, and one aspect that is not optimal, namely timeliness
